I ended up booking a bikini full which is as much or lil hair off in the front, but no butt strip wax is the main difference between bikini full and brazilian (which is everything off + includes butt strip). And just like the under arm wax appt the bikini was soo painless and fast! no mess! She did a fantastic job both waxes. I've only used her waxing services and I always come out clean and no problems directly after or later in the night (I know since I've been to other waxers until I found Lisa. I've never gone to another one since) Good parking around the block so parking isn't an issue, just make sure to look at street cleaning signs lol. The place is calm and clean and always welcoming. She's got music in the waiting area and always relaxing or throwback music which I appreciate! There's a bathroom in the waiting area you can use. Definitely ask her questions if you have any. About 5 minutes later, he tells me to sit 2 stations down. Ten comes over after she assisted another customer and asks what cut I would like. I told her I wanted to keep my V shape + long layers and just wanted to thin out my hair. She said ok and started straightening my hair. My hair is already very straight to begin with and I've never been to a salon where they start off straightening your hair, but this should've been enough for me to trust my gut and get up and leave! I decided to "trust the process" and she basically began dry cutting my hair and kept straightening in between cuts. In the end, she styled it with the straighter and said "I gave you more layers ok?" I'm so disappointed by Ten because not only did she not listen to what I asked for, but she butchered my hair. Of course with all the straightening, my hair would look decent because it's "styled," but when it's freshly washed and blow dried without styling, it's a choppy 3 layer haircut! I'm not sure who hired her, but she isn't fit to be a hairstylist. Now I have to either find someone who can fix my hair or just let it grow out.
