If there were more stars offered, I would definitely award as many! What can I say about this fantastic company our representative Kate was an absolute dream. She really took her time to get to know me and my husband when she came out to do the initial measurements, making sure that our renovated Closets we're going to fit our lifestyles. As revisions were needed throughout the process, she always got back to us in a timely manner. we were both very impressed with the tear out crew that came first followed by the installation crew. We also replaced other closet doors refreshing all of the bedrooms in our home. I cannot say enough good things about this quality company and its employees. We had gone to a few other companies to source it out, and there was really no comparison with the quality, workmanship and price ! Not forgetting to mention , after the project was completed, it needed a few adjustments that Kate was quick to respond and readily provided assistance!!! Thank you very much! Amazing! From start to finish our expectations were exceeded. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and Danny really worked with us to meet our needs (wants). After meeting with Danny, we didn't feel the need to gather other bids because he made us feel so comfortable. The installers were meticulous and the result was honestly better than I expected (and I had high expectations). The fusion edge is gorgeous and we absolutely love our new closet! I can't say enough about the whole experience. I definitely recommend this company. read more

Highly recommend Classy Closets. 7 years ago we had a competitor (California Closets) do the primary bedroom. Logically we went back to them when we wanted to do the kid's closets and pantry. Well California Closets has changed for the worse. During the consultation with California Closets there were ethically boundaries crossed and even CSLB laws violated. I went searching and heard great things about Classy Closets on NextDoor. I contacted them and they sent out Danny. Right away I knew I found the right place. Danny's design was better. The prices are better, I was offered more options AND, they include removing and hauling away the old closet stuff. I had great communication from the scheduling team. On the day of the install Francisco and Jose arrived early. They put down protective mats and got right to work. Lucky for me, another crew finished a job early so they came to help. I had four guys working in sync to get my closets installed quickly. Then they walked me through the job so I could approve. The quality of materials was great and I was treated well. Thanks Classy Closets! read more

What a wonderful, no-stress experience our closet renovation proved to be! Kate took the time to fine-tune exactly what we needed, was very detail-oriented and loads of fun to work with. We toured their manufacturing facility. It's done in-house which gives Classy Closets excellent quality control, and let me tell you it shows! Kate gave us CAD drawings so we could visualize the finished product and once approved we were on our way. Our finished product is absolutely top-notch and the process was seamless. The installers made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Classy Closets provided excellent value (yes, we looked at competitors in the area) and they came in right on budget. Hands down they are the BEST and we couldn't be happier! read more

We had bids from three companies but chose Classy Closets for a few reasons. Tui was exceptional at coming up with creative and practical solutions to maximize some really small spaces and some with strange angles. The Fusion product is unique and none of the other companies offered it. It gives all the elements such a beautiful finish. Classy Closet was also the best priced even when using their superior Fusion finish. Finally we were really pleased with the install process. Ayax and Darren showed up on time and worked really hard all day to do the entire installation. They protected the floors and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We LOVE our closets! Thank you!! read more

We are so pleased with our son's new closet and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rebekah and her team. She came up with a fantastic design for us after collaborating on a few different options. We look forward to working with Classy Closets again! read more

My husband and I just had custom master walk in closets designed and installed by Classy Closets. We worked with Tui. We absolutely love the result! We requested some custom features that Tui was able to accommodate. The crew that came to install worked cleanly and efficiently and left the closets ready to use. Every part of the experience was a pleasure. Our project went from a 2 month start to finish exercise to almost 5 months due to COVID related delays. We spent a significant amount of time upfront during the design phase to make sure we got the details right. Each detail was thought through ahead of time. It was so so worth it. We love our closets and will be using Classy Closets again and again for a number of needs throughout our home. read more

Awesome shop!! One of the best family owned clothing stores in Elsinore. A must see! Stop in you'll love it there. Little gem!

Wow!! Kate at Classy Closets was wonderful to work with. She was professional, bright, warm and a great listener. She came to my place on time, listened to my ideas, took measurements and then we brain stormed. Shortly after I received an email with her design. I had a couple of questions, but I didn't change a thing. She then scheduled the "crew" to come in to install. I liked that they are employees. Also, it was during "stay at home" order because of coronavirus and they got it done! The quality of the product is great. I can only give 5/5 Stars. I would have given a 10/10 Stars if I could. If you are going to upgrade your closet I highly recommend you receive a quote from Classy Closets. Pictures to come. read more

Great customer service and great results! If you are looking for a company to re-do/upgrade your closets, this is the place! We upgraded 3 reach in closets and 1 shoe closet. Everything from getting the consultation, the quote, to the execution of the closets was a great experience. Miriam was the one who did the consultation was awesome! She listened to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions on the closet layouts, and helped us stay within budget! The installers: Jerardo and Cristo were also great! They were clean, precise, and answered all my questions about the adjustability of the closet, and even gave advice on upkeep! Our families are already in love after seeing our closets, and I'm sure will be requesting a quote soon! We will definitely be coming back to this company in the future once we're ready to continue our upgrades! :) Thanks so much Miriam, Jerardo, and Cristo! We love our new upgraded closets! read more

Third time we have used this company and they have done a great job every time! Danny helped design our perfect closet and was so responsive and helpful. He dropped off clothing racks for us to use temporarily and was able to move up our install date when someone had to push theirs out. Great service and great product. read more

We had a great experience working with Classy Closets. We wanted to add some nice looking storage to our large garage. We contacted them and got a quick reply back. Shortly we scheduled an appointment with Hannah to come out and review the space with us. She took measurements and made some suggestions after hearing what type of storage and space we wanted. She went back and worked on some 3D illustrations of the proposed work. That was really helpful to see and we ended up making a few more changes from there. Once we agreed to the scope of the job we put in a deposit and scheduled an install day- about 6 weeks out- which I took to mean they are in pretty high demand these days. She kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything. The installers showed up on time and masked. They were professional and friendly during the two day install. They worked hard into the night to finish off the details of the project. The molding and seem less joints really look sharp. They were true professionals. We're very happy with them and would recommend, we will certainly use again. read more

Classy Closets is just what the name says. Classy but with affordable prices. We have used them twice now in the past few years and I couldn't have been happier. I redid my daughters' closets as well as our own master closet and Jaye Riggio did an exceptional job of working with my out-of -the-ordinary designs. I had a vision and she made it happen. Few years later, I used them again for a shoe closet in my garage. And because I was a past customer they again went out of their way to accommodate me in a short time. I'm very, very glad I came across this company!!!! read more

The entire team at Classy Closets were a dream to work with. Professional, responsive, courteous, and great customer service. My neighbor had recommended them to us and I am glad we chose to work with this company. The designer really listened and tweaked the layouts to ensure we were completely happy with the design before the work started. It is amazing how much of a difference the new layouts make. My closets felt over stuffed because I was piling one thing on top of another on a single shelf above the hanging rod and now I have more space than I know what to do with. The installation crew was outstanding! Friendly, on time, thorough, and fast. The workmanship was top notch and the end product exceeded our expectations. Finally, the customer service was wonderful. The office staff kept us informed of everything on a timely basis and the owner called us to ensure we were 100% satisfied. That level of customer care extra was greatly appreciated! My husband and I highly recommend Classy Closets of San Diego! read more

We were impressed by Danny at Classy Closets after we first met him that we did not even want to seek a second bid. We redid our walk in closet and a display cabinet. Danny was patient and responsive to the our requests from start to finish. He promptly responded to our questions even on weekends!! We are very happy with the final result. The team that worked at the house was professional, covered all the floors which we truly appreciate especially during the pandemic. Thank you Danny, job well done. read more

Sean Ireland was the designer/estimator assigned to my property. This guy was snooping around right in front of me. He apologized but that was still a very unprofessional conduct. Be aware! Edit: Gary, I have no interest in proving the "accusation" to you. I can tell you that on the quote he sent over along with the plans he didn't even have my name correct. I am simply sharing my experience on here and allow others to decide for themselves. read more

I want to first comment on our Designer: Marlise Soto. Marlise is the most professional and capable person to help design an office system. She was helpful, knowledgeable and above all she has a great eye. Our office space has come to life and we love it. As an organization, Classy Closets has an high quality selection of materials and options. Their showroom had everything that we needed to help us decide on a space that worked for us. This is especially important, because with the variety of choices, we were able to select what we liked, instead of having to settle on just what was available. Pricing is reasonable and was second to most affordable, but first in quality of materials, based on our research. Moreover, upon every visit to the showroom, we were greeted with coffee and spent time with the managers/owners as well. The installers were on time, neat, and cleaned up afterward. Above all, they did an excellent job. I can not say enough how satisfied my wife and I are with this experience. read more

Our designer Kate was amazing. She worked patiently with us through the process and had great ideas and suggestions for making the closet more efficient and organized but still looking fantastic. She followed up always as promised and made the whole process go smoothly. The installers did a great job as well. The finished product is beautiful and exactly as we had planned. I would highly recommend going to Classy Closets first, you won't be disappointed. read more

Jaye was a joy to work with when designing our master walk-in closet! I got quotes and "interviewed" quite a few companies, and she was by far the easiest to work with, best value, and best timeline. She listened to our needs and designed a closet that fit us perfectly! On the day of the install, the work was done efficiently and we've had absolutely no problems with the quality of the closet. We will be using Classy Closets again for future projects! read more

I took quotes from a few different vendors, along with pricing out some online options like easyclosets.com and others. After my husband called in and talked to Sean, he quickly gave him some rough estimates before making the trip out so we both would know it was worth his time as he was comparing the prices to other estimates. The first pass was right in line with others, and just a small percentage more than what it would have been had I done it myself online. When Sean came to see some of my odd closets he came up with some great ideas and I couldn't have been more pleased with how things turned out. Plus, Sean was super cool and easy to work with. I should also mention Kate was great too as we talked when I visited the store to check out some of the materials. They are true professionals and will make sure things go as well as they can. Check out the photos and see for yourself what a great job they did! read more

Was on the hunt for a pantry for my house. Did a bunch of research and had multiple quotes. After dealing with Margo, my decision was easily made that I was going with Classy Closets. I had a design in mind, showed them the design and they gave me exactly what I wanted. The area I had to work with was not huge, but now it sure does feel that way. I have multiple drawers, vertical slats and various shelves and storage areas. I highly recommend Classy Closets. They take good care of you and do solid work! read more

I had custom cabinetry done in my laundry room a couple of years ago and I was so impressed with the quality of the work and material as well as the installation. Tui was so great, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. She explained everything in great detail, took the time necessary with me, answered questions and sent me a great 3-D sketch of what the finished product would look like. I was so happy with it that now I am having Classy closets do custom cabinetry done in my bedroom. I did not even look at other possible companies, I called Classy closets and specifically asked for Tui! She promptly came out and gave me the same excellent service and expertise I had expected from last time. If I could give Tui and Classy Closets TEN stars, I would! Thank you! read more

We recently worked with Classy Closets on 4 closets for our full-home remodel. Our designer Danny was really polite, easy to work with and got back to us very quickly with designs and to answer questions. CC designed a big master walk-in (that was challenging because we had weird soffits to work around), two expansive closets for my tweens, and a basic guest room. It all turned out better than expected, and at a GREAT price! In fact, we were recently talking to another couple that are designing their walk-in closet with Home Depot and they are paying more for that ONE than we paid to do all four in our home. It feels good to know we paid less and were able to support a local business! We will use them again when it's time to design the garage space! read more

We found Classy Closets on Yelp and after reading the fantastic reviews, decided to give them a try. So glad we did ! We worked with Kate at classy closets on our master walk in closet . I kept putting off getting a built-in shelving unit I needed because I couldn't decide which company to use. I finally got an estimate from a major chain and from a small company, but their prices were more than we had budgeted for the project. Good reviews here on Yelp convinced me to get an estimate from Classy Closets. From the start, their communication was excellent. CJ came out within a week. He listened to my needs, made a few suggestions, and in days sent three options for my review. I chose one that was within my budget and signed the contract. They gave me an estimated install date in two months and actually came on that day to put up my cabinet! I couldn't be happier with the finished work. The installers, Francisco and Jose, were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up the entire area and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. The unit seems very sturdy and is exactly what I wanted. The file drawers they built are better than I imagined - hanging folders fit perfectly and the drawers close smoothly. I have nothing but good things to say about working with Miriam and Classy Closets. We had two reach-in and one master closet installed. While we paid approximately $1700 for a kid's walk-in closet (ridiculous...I know), it was less expensive that the Container Store, and for a MUCH nicer and 'finished' looking product - not to mention a greater deal of customized options. Brooke was helpful with all my questions and provided appropriate guidance. The turn around was faster than expected and the install was seamless. After the installer left, I noticed that one of the shelves had some sort of watermark on them. I reached out to the company and they immediately offered to replace it. I was also in need of an extra shelf that we hadn't accounted for. Again, they were incredibly accommodating. I liked Classy Closets so much that I've already received another quote for another closet and have referred my mother-in-law to them. Definitely recommend. read more

I wanted to add a bank of floor-to-ceiling cabinets in my bonus room, so I got estimates from a total of five companies.
