Tui was exceptional at coming up with creative and practical solutions to maximize some really small spaces and some with strange angles. The Fusion product is unique and none of the other companies offered it. It gives all the elements such a beautiful finish. Classy Closet was also the best priced even when using their superior Fusion finish. Finally we were really pleased with the install process. Ayax and Darren showed up on time and worked really hard all day to do the entire installation. They protected the floors and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We LOVE our closets! She came to my place on time, listened to my ideas, took measurements and then we brain stormed. Shortly after I received an email with her design. We had a great experience working with Classy Closets. We wanted to add some nice looking storage to our large garage. We contacted them and got a quick reply back. Shortly we scheduled an appointment with Hannah to come out and review the space with us. She took measurements and made some suggestions after hearing what type of storage and space we wanted. She went back and worked on some 3D illustrations of the proposed work. That was really helpful to see and we ended up making a few more changes from there. Once we agreed to the scope of the job we put in a deposit and scheduled an install day- about 6 weeks out- which I took to mean they are in pretty high demand these days. She kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything. The installers showed up on time and masked. They were professional and friendly during the two day install. They worked hard into the night to finish off the details of the project. The molding and seem less joints really look sharp. They were true professionals. She was helpful, knowledgeable and above all she has a great eye. Our office space has come to life and we love it. This is especially important, because with the variety of choices, we were able to select what we liked, instead of having to settle on just what was available. I can't say enough positive things about the installation from initial contact to the initial design, design revisions, & final installation. We recently got out Master closet and reach-in closet done with Classy closets. Got quotes from other providers as well (Closets by design, california closets etc.) and their quote was on par with others. Couple reasons for choosing Classy Closets: 1. Main reason was the excellent design that Kate put together for us. She was spot on with the design and we were really impressed with the well thought out design that was customized specifically to our needs. Kate is really friendly and she is very straight forward. If your suggestion doesn't make sense to her, she'll right out tell it to you and explain why it won't work (so don't get offended. She knows what she is talking about :) ) 2. They take care of the "demo" of your existing closet (if needed) and they'll also do touch up to patch the holes and paint them over, haul away the old wood panels. Don't expect them to do a full paint job. They are professional cabinet installers, not painters!. Other providers don't do the demo work. So you need to shell out extra bucks if you have to remove your existing closet shelves. Once we signed the contract, the installation was done within 4 days! We fixed a time slot and the installers were in and out in a breeze. It's better that you also do your homework and know what you want before you call them in. That'll make the consultation fruitful (I used easyclosets.com to design on my own and that helped me in figuring out what i wanted). Also come up with a budget and let them know upfront. Only con is that the shelf edges are razor sharp that it could easily peel your skin off if you are not careful (happened twice to my wife). Something we missed checking when we went to the store. I wasn't sure if the edges weren't sanded correctly or if it is by design. I contacted Kate and she mentioned that it is by design and she hasn't heard such feedback from any other customer.
