Their prices just can't be beat and they have an amazing crew, designer who works with you and listens! Highly recommend Classy Closets. We had the amazing pleasure working with Melissa the designer. She knows her stuff and is so accurate with her measurements and recommendations. She took our simple traditional closet and turned it into the perfect accommodating for our needs. The options are great, there's a low, medium and if you want to go all out, you can get everything! They are affordable!! Our closet was under $2000. Others we've quoted were $5,000 and up. Now before you think the price matches the product.... can safely day...it does not. The materials they use are ultra super heavy duty closet system. Not like ikea, home depot or Lowes, it's even better than that. Without all the extra costs! What more could you ask for? The only set back we had, which in the end worked out perfectly because I learned a new skill. They do have demolition in the budget that is part of the cost, however they only do very light/little patching and touch up paint if provided by the client. What the plus is to this is you can do the work demo yourself and have the confidence that its a fresh new closet....or they are awesome enough to have a contractor come in to help for an additional affordable costs. Some folks have easier jobs than others...I just knew ours needed more work than just a simple demo with patch holes. The install was flawless (of course thanks to my amazing drywall skills) and the crew were respectful, clean and cleaned everything up. Closet of my Dreams. We recently moved into our home my mom recently gave to us & she left the room untouched/no renovations. The closet & entire room needed a full upgrade. It was old & outdated (1983). I did a bunch of research with different companies for our best options. And definitely needed something affordable since the whole house is practically under renovation, little at a time. One company had an insane price, starting around $10k-$15k for my odd shaped 7x12 walk in closet. I just needed something that would fit all of our needs. I was quoted one third of that with Classy Closets! Thats when Tui came in. She walked me through each step while designing. She measured my stuff, my closet wardrobes, shoes, bags & accessories. He looked into competing companies and independent contractors for this project. He spent about a month and had multiple companies come here to do evaluations; In total about 11. Through all his time and research, we decided that Classy Closets was the best option. For both affordability and quality. We are a very frugal family, so this purchase was not made lightly. In the design process, we had a lot of revisions. It was a very tedious process because of the demands of our family. Tiffany handled every revision with grace and patience. Once the project started, there was a human error. One of the contractors screwed into a water pipe, causing it to leak from the top floor to the second floor. Everything in the walls and the ceiling was soaked with water. The next morning, Gary, the owner, called and reassured us that he would pay for all the repair. And he did! He had access to very expert plumbers and contractors that came in a very timely manner, and worked with both caution and efficiency. It was at this moment that we were so relieved that we went with Classy Closets. Mistakes are absolutely human. We all have done them. The question is, "How are they handled?"
