This is one of the worst bars I have ever been to!! The service was absolutely horrible. My boyfriend and I walked in & for 15 minutes not 1 bartender looked at us to ask if we wanted anything to drink. We were clearly ready to order & it was a place with locals no doubt. We were visiting friends at the Holiday Inn Express next door and needed to get away from everything. This bar is larger inside than it looked from outside. We ordered a couple drinks, really laid back in here. Time does not seem to exist. The bartender took his time and it did not seem to phase him. We were ok with that, so we had a great time. Played darts at one of the two boards. The place has alot of tv's to watch any game. Lively bar because it was not too dark in there. On sat the second was the worst experience I have ever had at a bar, The bartender was fully loaded from the moment I came in it was mid afternoon, She had her I assume pal helping her behind the bar and maybe she works there too.... But undeniably she doesn't.,When I spoke to commoners I've known from past times staying at the extended stay ( I have stayed at the extended stay 1 4 times since 2016 for weeks n months ) was told she did not, I did get both of their names Victoria and Nicole. it was a complete disaster, The bartender was barely there as a human let alone a working and bartending, Both of em cared bout their own drinks n alcohol consumption over customers, When the other bartender friend lady came n sat down by the group of commoners n she talked about how she's banned from the bar n comes in anyway n that the managers a quack n pointed out the owner as he was on his way out stating "he likes me so no one cares im here", completely absurd, Very unprofessional establishment n with this staff the atmosphere feels your certain to get your money or have card info stolen. I paid in cash purposefully have stayed at the extended stay for work many times. I'm reviewing this as a 4/5 star hole in the wall type bar. It's a huge space with a large oval bar in the middle. They have multiple pool tables, darts, and other bar games. A friend of mine threw his 30th birthday here and there were about 25-30 people that came out and the space was more than enough size for the entire group! What I really really loved was Luna Pizza which is a free standing pizza place that you have to call and order from but they bring your food into the bar. We ordered the Super Stromboli which had green peppers, banana poppers, pepperoni, mushroom and onion. OMGGGG so so so so good. I'm going to be ordering from Luna's again really soon. Came in on a Monday with a party of about 20 people. We didn't call and make any reservations so we weren't sure what to expect. The Mexican girl Keisha was absolutely fantastic! Fast service, attentive, kind, and friendly. Not only did she give us a good service but we watched her go out of her way to make sure all bar-goers were taken care of! We are only in town for a week. A few of us stopped in on Tuesday and did not have the same experience. Rude night staff (didn't get her name). Didn't want to be there. The bartender on Monday served a bigger crowd and was serving us at our table and even when went outside to smoke she refilled our drinks and brought them to us. The bartender Tuesday was less busy and couldn't be bothered to go to tables we were asked to close our tabs and leave around 12:30-1am and we were told Monday the bar is open until 2:30am. We were told by the rude bartender with glasses keisha only worked a few nights a week. Friday in the afternoon the bartender Veronica was more focused on getting drunk then working, spilling dropping things. We decided we will be back and stay at the same hotel again but only on the nights keisha works. The rest of the bar staff we met clearly don't care about their job. If Keisha didn't give us a good first impression and we met the other bartenders first probably wouldn't be back. The 5 stars and kudos go to Keisha! read more

We had just played some hockey and naturally, wanted to drink...BW3s was too darn crowded...where to go? 5 of us tried this place for the first time and I'll rate it 2 stars. Apart from the bartenders, I was practically the only female in the place. It is definitely a dude-bar. It was Monday night, so maybe this changes on the weekend. The bartenders were not friendly at all, and it included the delightful exchange where my husband asked about an unknown tap handle. Upon being told it's a stout, he asked what kind (looking for the brand name). The bartender repeated, "it's a stout" and then attempted to explain what a stout was before we finally got through to her. We wanted to order pizza and were told we'd have to call the number on the top of the menu. Say what? Upon arriving, it was okay for the price we paid, but it really wasn't a good pizza. Pretty flavorless. On the plus side, our drinks were refilled fairly quickly and they've got lots of TVs. read more

Decided to try Classic's out since I am new to the area and it was the closest non-chain pizza place nearby. Delivery was quick and ordering was simple, however I was not impressed with the pizza. I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, but it gets made with marinara sauce? There was absolutely nothing BBQ about the pizza, just chicken, onion, bell pepper and cheddar cheese on top of tomato sauce. Fun place to come with a group. Three pool tables, two dart games, pop a shot, football game (which was not in working condition when we went) and electronic golf game. Nice outdoor patio (it allows smoking so the whole place has a bit of a smoke smell). Games were cheap and plenty of TVs and seating. Only one bartender really lengthened the time it took to get a drink but the guy was nice when he finally got around to you. NOT a huge sense of urgency but then again that's not really the atmosphere here. Huge place, big rectangle, very big bar. walk in, pool tables to the right, row of high tables and the bar to your left. Huge bar with granite counter, plenty of overhang and a good footrest. Maybe 30 barstools around the large rectangular bar. On the other side of the bar is two more rows of high tables. Basically, tons of seating. The stools are old school diner counter chairs/stools. Tons of 42 HD TVs. Strong drinks, good crowd (not great, basically a kid rock/jimmy buffet/beer for my horses crowd, which means they play any song about getting drunk). Great bartenders. Overall, a great place to grab a drink and bite to eat. Food from next door is pretty good (call and look up to give them your "coordinates"). As for the pizza, I'll keep my review shorter than some....I really like the pizza. If you sit at the bar, stay towards the door to avoid the fat-face loudmouth in the SE corner. I disagree with a lot of the reviews on this place. My wife and I stayed at the hotel next door and decided to have a couple drinks and this place just happen to be close. Music wasn't too loud and not too crowded. Bartenders were very polite and social. Tvs everywhere with variety of sports, even outside for the smokers. We had fun playing pool, darts, and basketball and I would definitely come back. Only thing I would say is to start selling food. The pizza next door was horrible. read more

I always forget about Classics for some reason even though I often find myself just steps away on the High Beck Patio. Classic's is great! Awesome for watching games because they have a ton of TV's. They have a great patio with heaters and an extra bar they open on special occasions. The bartenders are all very friend and good. They have a Mega Touch machine... so, I am right at home. They also have several pool tables and other bar games in a room off to the side. The pizza is really good... It is cut Ohio style like Donatos. I think they have a free pizza night too... can't remember when that is though. I haven't really tried any of the other food, but, it looks like your typical bar food... good and greasy. Classics is great for a group or just a couple people to hang at the bar. It seems like there is a pretty solid group of regulars that frequent the bar as well... I need to remember to keep this on my radar for watching sports!!! We had a blast during March Madness one Saturday afternoon. So 4 stars for being and keeping it so real here...and Classic too! 4x8 plywood panels hung vertically with 1 by trim on the walls. Some of you will know what I'm talking about. Painted high tray ceiling with Uni-Strut hanging 60's decor lamps. TVs mounted everywhere and kitschy beverage (alcoholic) company neon signs and mirror plaques on the walls. Some games in corners, like Hoop Fever, and several bar billiard tables. Oh, the empty kegs are staged under the Hoops! Many tables and the bar is huge. 50 or 60s style with seats (chairs and stools) that'll remind you of relative's houses with the chrome tube frames and glitter vinyl coverings. But it's cool. Real cool. The beer selection is diverse as to not drive the yuppies away but if you don't like this place it's because you forgot where you started. read more

Not a bad bar! I go here to just to relax with a few friends sometimes after work. It's close to my home and is always a friendly place to stop at, so why not?!? Great sports bar! This place has a great neighborhood feel and yet gets many people from out of town (due to the location of the nearby hotels) - a very diverse group of patrons. The bar staff is friendly and outgoing. Many big screen TVs with tons of sports to watch. The patio out back is large with 2 projector TVs and allows smokers to enjoy their habit. The daily specials are pretty impressive - something for anyone's discerning tastes. Food is provided by a separate pizza shop. So, my wife and I got home from a very long trip and were very hungry. Seeing as it was almost 11:00pm on a Thursday evening, there were not a lot of good food options and preparing a meal at home was definitely not going to happen. Before, I go any further I wanted to give a bit of a background of my pizza qualifications because I don't want to give you any wrong ideas here. First, to call any fast food pizza chain restaurant good is an indication that you simply do not know pizza all that well (no offense, it's just my opinion). That being said if I am hungry I will tell you that I like Papa John's, Dominoes, or on a rare occasion Pizza Hut. Here, when I use the word "like" it is in the loosest sense of the word. What I am saying is that it was edible and it would pass as being pizza. Secondly, you must know which camp I am in as far as crust (or pizza style). I LOVE a huge slice of pizza with a flimsy crust, a mild amount of sauce and the cheese has to just slide off. Therefore, you would call me a New Yorker. There are very few true New York style pizza places in Columbus or at least that I have found. I do, from time to time enjoy Chicago style, but the true fact is that I am in the California Camp. A medium sized crust with lots of sauce and a fair amount of cheese. Now, that we have that settled I can get to the point. My wife and I were immediately greeted with a wonderful saucy smell that could only mean one thing, you are in a pizza parlor. We ordered a half order of boneless chicken wings with hot BBQ sauce and a 10 inch pizza half with green olives and mushrooms, and the other half (mine) pineapple and onions. We sat and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, which really is not a long time to wait for these items. There were not a lot of places to sit, at least in the part of the building, but the place was well decorated with lots of Buckeye stuff and looked to be very clean. The entire staff we encountered were both friendly and informative even at such a late our in the evening. Once we got our order we quickly drove home to devourer what we were hoping was going to be a really good pizza and wings. My wife quickly platted our food and I dove in teeth first into the wings. I wanted a little suspense before getting to the pizza. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of the wings. I only had two minor complaints, I wished they were a little more crunchy and a little bit more spicy (and I don't mean that hot sauce vinegary taste either). I would definitely order wings there again. Of course, the moment of truth - I took my first bite of pizza and I was not disappointed. It was no Nirvana and it was not the greatest thing I have ever had but, I am pleased to say that the pizza was very tasty and delightfully flavorful. Remember, I like California style pizza, I don't like the thin crust of places like Denato's. This crust was, unfortunately for me, very similar to Denato's. However, with the flavor of the sauce the right amount of cheese and the right toppings I had no problem with this pizza. I would most definitely get the pizza again and would recommend it to other people (as evident by my very long winded review here). There are still a handful of places I would go to first, but I would not turn down pizza from this place nor would I hesitate to return. So, here is the bottom line if you don't want to or haven't read the above: They are open till 12am Sunday through Thursday and until 1 on Friday and Saturday and they deliver that late too. The prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly even after a long day on their feet, AND the place was kept clean. They also boast a decent amount of food options besides pizza and wings. Try it if you wish to have something new in town, I don't think you will be disappointed. Eat at your risk. :) They have a website where you can check them out and make your own decisions. read more

Staying next door at the Holiday Inn Express so I wanted an easy take out experience. I wasn't aware the restaurant was in the front so I walked into the bar in back. Apparently it was too much for the bartender to run my order with the 3 customers she had so she sent me to the "front" to get it myself. I would have had a beer while I waited but didn't find the environment super welcoming. I walked around the building to the front to place my takeout order. I was greeted promptly. I ordered a side Caesar salad and one order of boneless mild spicy buffalo wings. Let's start with the Caesar. Everything seemed OK until I realized there were NO Croutons. A pizza place that forgets the croutons on a Caesar is sorta unforgivable. Oh and tomatoes (at least I think they were..mushy, stringy, red things) have no place in a Caesar salad. Romaine, Parmesan, Croutons, Lemon, and a classic Caesar dressing-That is not so hard is it? The boneless wings were decent and a good portion size for the small order. This place could use a spring cleaning. The bucket of trash as a doorstop isn't the most welcoming introduction and the exterior could have used a broom and a dustpan. The girls at night are fun and energetic, the older broad during the daytime when I stopped in was just unappealing, to say the least, as a bartender. She appears to not like people and even seemed to have an issue with telling what the happy hour prices are and turning a different game on a tv. (It is march madness after all!!, get used to it!) We come here weekly for drinks with friends after work. We use one of their three pool tables for the night. They also have a pinball machine and darts. We really love the daily drink specials. Domestic buckets or pitchers are a deal on the weekends. But what keeps us coming back is the bartender Kassy. She is funny, attentive, and nice to talk to. If you live in the Tuttle area and have been dissatisfied with the likes of Enrico's and/or Tommy's, try out Classics. Their pizza has thin crust, but not flaky like Tommy's. While I'm not the biggest thin crust fan, this wasn't bad. Much better than Donato's thin crust (ugh cannot stand their thin crust. All about thick crust there). We had a 14" chicken veggie pizza and 12" pepperoni with green peppers. Toppings were plentiful, good amount of sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. Their prices are noticeably lower than a majority of pizza places around. Our 2 pizzas were under $24 after using a $5 off coupon and sufficiently filled up 3 people with leftovers. I do not recommend dining in at this location, as there are just a couple of tables and no A/C. There does not appear to be a bar here either. Try out the location on High Street if you're looking for a bar atmosphere. The subs there are amazing and very price friendly. They serve real bar food at real bar food prices. The Tuttle location is just west of 270 past Emerald/Britton Pkwy, as google maps has it showing smack dab on 270 which made it hard to figure out which side it was located on. read more
