Terrible. I haven't been to this salon since last year. Still when I'm swapping horror stories…read moreabout salon experiences this is by far the worse. The stylist cut my hair crooked and was rushed. Waxed my brows super thin when I slecifically said I like them thicker. They also had gaps where the hair was waxed completely off. Also, when I went back in to have the owner fix it she ripped my skin off. Literally. They gave me money to buy makeup to cover it up and fill in my brows. Also, they refunded my money after I went in to complain. Regardless I would never go back. As I share my story with friends I hear more and more negative experiences from others. I like to be honest though so I will tell you I used to work with someone that loves it.

Love the place and love Kate and the girls!!!! Got my nails done and after a few weeks of swimming in the lake, sand, washing dishes and my nails growing out- they still look FABULOUS as the day they were done! They do hair as well and one of my guests was in a pinch. They got stood up by another salon and I told her - "Go talk to Kate, she'll figure something out for you". They did her hair and makeup ( not their standard service) and she looked BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm so grateful to have found Kate's place and now I have a go to spot anytime I'm in town. I'll make it a point to get my nails done when I'm in Marquette. I wish I had pics to share but they have nails artists that can do any technique and style you want!

They've completely transformed my skincare and beauty routine. I see Shyla regularly for lash extensions, and my lashes are always stunning and natural-looking. She's meticulous and consistent every time. I also had my permanent brows done by Rhonda, and she gave me the perfect shape and color to complement my face. I wake up every day feeling put together without lifting a finger. Her work is flawless and has given me so much confidence--not to mention the ability to ditch my makeup routine and trips to Ulta. For my anti-aging treatments, I see Amanda, and she is nothing short of amazing. She takes the time to truly understand my skin goals and makes thoughtful recommendations that actually work. My skin has never looked healthier. And last but definitely not least--Rachel has changed my life. I struggled for years with cystic acne and the scarring it left behind, but her customized treatments with Laser Genesis, Scarlet SRF microneedling, and chemical peels have completely transformed my skin. The results speak for themselves--clearer, smoother, and brighter skin than I ever thought possible. I've even been able to stop wearing concealer and foundation, which has been such a relief. If you're considering any aesthetic services, Superior Aesthetics is the best in the business. You'll be in expert hands no matter who you see. 10/10 recommend!
