They are so under staffed making a same day appointment is next to impossible. But when you drive 30 miles to take advantage of that appointment only to arrive and find out they've overbooked themselves... Ah, NO! So congratulations on another 1 star review from someone that was a regular customer. read more

The staff is very rude, My last appointment was yesterday when I overheard them admonishing one of their own staff in front of everyone. Embarrassing the woman to the point of tears. Never again. read more

Good customer service. The place has a good masculine ambiance, free coffee, televisions with individualized cubicles. The haircut I got was definetely one of the best cuts i had. I live their hot towel service and shoulder massage. Sarah was really good in considering my face shape for the cut. I do suggest to call for an appointment. read more
