The old man agent was so rude and very racist, the first thing he said do not pull your camera pull out your check. We just ask if we can see the 9 sitter van since we are ready to buy 2 vans, he make us feel we can not afford it. I just said sir you don't have to be rude, we just want to see the inventory, he walk away and just left us. He does even deserve 1 star. I never experience rude car sales man but we found he is the owner so he does not really care, he just assumed we can not afford it.

The website says make an offer their class B 2005 pleasure way was priced at $59, 000.$15,000 overpriced I made an offer

I contacted this dealer through the web as most people do... this unit was $15,000 overpriced according to NADA. A. 2005 Pleasure Way diesel. I was willing to pay top dollar for what it was worth even on the high end. So I made an offer. That's what their website says...make an offer! Check out the reply they sent me...lol.."they had no control over the price" and that it didn't include tax and licensing so it would have been out the door grand total of $65,000 which is $20,000 over it's retail value. I don't know where their other reviews come from but honestly they have people posting reviews to help them get on their feet. Here's the honest truth they're taking advantage of supply and demand to a level that's clearly dishonest. I wouldn't buy here now even if they are the best damn taken care of vehicles.. Since when do people have " no control over the price of their own things that they sell? Crazy lame excuse. BUYER BEWARE

I had a successful transaction withic vans in Hayward. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle from out of state. They walked me through everything and it was seamless. I highly recommend purchasing an RV through classic vans. I looked all over the place for the specific than I wanted and classic vans had it. Yes made the process very easy for me.

Can fit easily between standard parking lot :)

It did not surprised me to see a 5 Star rating for Classic Vans and I'll tell you why.... We bought our Class B motorhome, 1999 Volkswagen Winnebago Rialta from Classic Vans. We originally had planned on purchasing a 2000 Chinook as we love the Ford chasis because it had tons of torque power to tow a car or a trailer and it was longer and roomier inside. But, after measuring the width of our long 200 feet driveway, it wasn't going to fit. Also, the Chinook had the permanent bathroom that appealed to us for longer vacations. However, after talking to our Classic Vans specialist, he really listened to our needs especially when he discovered that our driveway was way too narrow for the Chinook to clear. Low and behold, it just so happened they had a Volkswagen Rialta in their lot that day that was just perfect for us. I was sold on the 21mpg on highway, the VR6 Engine, the two twin beds, a separate computer desk with a built in chair with seat belts for me to work remotely, a built in generator to power everything like roof air conditioner, microwave and fridge when we go boondocking in the middle of nowhere, but.... the pullout bathroom... we weren't so sure. However, the Rialta with it being 22 ft long, can be park in a standard diagonal parking, it can even fit in between parallel metered parking in San Francisco (I've done it)... was impressive. We went home and thought about it for a couple of sleepless nights (all the excitement of build up), we then decided to purchase the Rialta. Our experience with Classic Van was amazing. They took care of all the paperwork, they cleaned our Rialta in and out and made it "spicken" brand new, and the carpets even had the plastic covering (reminded me of my aunt's sofa from the Philippines) hahaha..., and they even gave us all the little things that we needed to get us going for our first "glamping" which included the toilet necessities (biodegradable environmentally safe liquids). Oh and they threw in the 30 amps converter to 20 amps for free. Our Rialta has only about 36,000 miles. We put 30,000 miles of it ourselves. We are so happy with our purchase from Classic Vans. In fact, we are in the process of adding a solar roof, changing out the bathroom layout, replacing the generator, removing the microwave for a convection oven, installing hardwood floors, upgrading to all LED lighting and more. Lastly, if you are in the market to purchase a van, a class B motorhome, look no further. Classic Vans have excellent customer service and they will followup with you in 90 days to make sure you are very happy with your purchase. They also provided us a free oil change in the first 90 days. I highly recommend them as they really go the extra mile to fit you with the right vehicle. PS - our Rialta has an outdoor shower with hot/cold that comes in handy when we take our dogs to the beach and rinse them off. Makes life so easy. :p Cheers!

They have a great selection and the prices were good but there was no one working. I waited 20 minutes walking around then I went inside to find someone and no one was there. Now I get to travel to Sacramento to their competitor. Hopefully they will have someone to assist me.

There are very few comfortable wheelchair van options when you need a full-size van. While looking for dealers, I found Classic Vans and let me tell you, I'm blown away by their company. From their vehicles' top tier quality to their superb customer service, I have zero complaints. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to buy any conversion vehicle, not just for wheelchair vans!

Our communication crossed multiple forms of media (call, text, email) which was greatly appreciated given my change in time zones and work schedule. Tanner was quite patient, as I was a novice and did not know what I was looking for--just that I wanted a camper to make travel nursing in remote areas safer and a bit more serene in a 3 week timeframe. Tanner was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and always available! He went above and beyond, I was beyond grateful that Tanner was there for each question, frustrating moment, and moment during the selection and finance process. Tanner excelled in finding the perfect camper for the client's needs, coordinating between departments, and maintaining exceptional customer service. A few times I wanted to chose another dealership or disregard this idea, but Tanner was truly the deciding factor! September was ray of sunshine in an otherwise stressful financing portion of the experience. She too was knowledgeable, helped me find options that best suited me in financing and RV coverage. After signing there is an extensive walk through to ensure I knew what every button operated, how to hook up to power/water/sewage, and troubleshooting tips. Despite how busy they were, I did not feel rushed in any part of pick up day. Fast forward, in my first week questions were eagerly answered over the phone no matter how many times I called. Later during my learning curve of driving an RV, I needed assistance from the parts and repair department-- Brad and Justin were shining stars! They alleviated my stress by meeting my urgency with urgency and professionalism, repairing what they could, and assisting with finding a repair shop and starting the estimates. Never once did they make me feel like i was not a priority, embarrassed or ashamed. They continued to extend that professional courtesy even afterwards. I cannot describe every instance or employee but i urge you to make HAPPY DAZE the only call you make for a trade-in or new purchase!

You will need service and they will absolutely let you down and disappoint you at every turn. Our purchase experience in Oct 2021 was very good, Jason and team were very helpful and we got a very fair deal. Pick up day wasn't great, there were about 9 things that I found that had to be fixed during the walk-through. My strong advice here is to not sign the paperwork until after you do the walk-through. Essentially we already owned the RV the first time we got to walk it and find all the problems, not a good situation. Derek and the service team took care of us and after a couple hours we were able to leave with the 9 above things mostly fixed. Within 3 weeks of purchase we started having issues with the Schwintek slide mechanism not working correctly, it was popping and there were metal shavings coming from it. Back it went to the Happy Daze and they recommended full slide column replacement, after much back and forth, including having to pick it up for a trip and then bring it back, it was fixed after a month or so. I later discovered the ladder was damaged during the time at Happy Daze, which isn't surprising considering the crazy amount of RVs in the tiny lot that have to be moved around constantly. We then had good experiences with our 2400BH for next few months. July 2022, we were camping for the 4th and noticed our Furrion12v refrigerator wasn't cooling well. This is apparently a very common problem with these units. We limped it along for the trip and when we got home I did a bunch of testing, called Furrion for help and they said in the 1st year of the 2 year warranty I have to work with Grand Design, ugh, not looking forward to this. Also, our slide starting popping and creating metal shavings again. I called Happy Daze service and Alfred answered, I explained the situation and let him know we had our next camping trip in 5 weeks. He set an appointment for us to drop it off in 2 weeks, not great, but acceptable. I called Alfred 1 week after dropping it off and asked for the status, now is where things really go down hill. He said they haven't looked at it yet and they won't until it is "my turn," I asked when that would be, he said he didn't know. I asked how many RVs are in front of me, he said maybe 20. I mentioned again that we have a trip now in 2 weeks, he said they will try and look at the fridge. This is crazy to me, why would I drop my RV off if you aren't going to look at in the next day or two, what is the point of making an appointment? I let another 10 days go by and call again, no answer, I called more than 6 times over the course of 3 days, no answer. I left a voicemail, nothing. We are now 2 days from camping so I go to pick up my RV. Alfred is there, he says oh yeah, there are only a couple more in front of you at this point. Great, I need to collect it so we can go to our scheduled trip with everything still broken. It was in the farthest possible spot in the back, they had to move at least 6 other RVs to get to mine. One hour later I get to take my still broken, and now very dirty RV home and bring it back the following Monday. I am so mad at this point I could scream. I happened to run into Jason, who sold me the RV, less than 10 months ago. I explained my situation, he had no response, another customer came over and asked him a question and he took that opportunity to quickly get away from me. It is all very sad and maddening. This is not our first RV, we owned a Forest River Coachmen for 5 years that never once had to be serviced. Grand Design is advertised as a premium product and experience, I can say I will never buy one again. I love our RV, I love RVing, but the complete lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. I do want to say that Derek in the service department is an awesome guy, he recognizes me every time I come in (which is entirely too often), is super friendly and goes out of his way to try and make me feel better, he is very much one man alone. Do not buy an RV from Happy Daze until and unless they fix their broken service department.

On our first visit we met April, who gave us plenty of space to look around without bothering us. When we were ready, she walked around with us, showing us options that met our criteria, and patiently answered all our questions. We weren't ready to buy, and when we communicated that, she understood. A couple of weeks later, after thinking through the different choices, we came back. April was by then on maternity leave, so we worked with Briana, who was equally friendly, knowledgable, and low-key. The transaction was smooth and painless. No last minute charges, no pressure to buy extended warranty (though one was available if we wanted it). We arranged for financing with our credit union, and that was fine, too (no pressure to take financing through the dealer). On the day we arrived for pick-up, they had cleaned and prepped the trailer, and Luis gave us a thorough walk through, making sure we understood how everything worked, from the smart hitch to the a/c to the slide-out & etc. We had been to another, big RV dealership months earlier, and were so traumatized by the high pressure sales tactics and endless (endless!!!) "follow-up" phone calls that we were paranoid about shopping again, but we had heard good things about Family RV, so we took a chance. Glad we did! I highly recommend this place; we would definitely buy there again.

We are now in small claims court unfortunately due to the company's inability to stand up and do what's right. I think this all started due to the employee we started with Ron who is no longer working there. Originally contacted Family RV to make a 7pin pig tail for our Lance truck camper. That pig tail wasn't done right or something happened to it, intermitent issues with turn signals and brake lights. Decided to take the entire rig in for service to get a new furnace and some electrical work done. New furnace is great, they did work I did not ask for or approve and charged me for it. The rig also was damaged while in their care, exterior was hit and punctured a pretty good hole in the front of the camper. They provided us with a free rental since we had planned to use our RV. That rental's slide out stopped operating at the RV park... They couldn't find the short for the electrical work I asked for... Short story 5800 dollars, a new furnace, repaired damage caused at their shop, the same short, and a new pig tail. We are now in small claims court to get some of the money back for the work that I didn't ask to be done and electrical work that was never identified or fixed. Will definitely not be going back here again.

The paper towel came up almost black, indicating that the RV hadn't been mopped in some time. We also found a charger under the mattress, so clearly the staff did not fully clean the RV.
