I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge.
