This company resurfaced my pool entirely and the spa wouldn't fill with water when it was being filled up afterward. It turns out this company rep states that this stuff happens when it's settling. Too coincidental for me that it leaks right when they're done with this job. It cost me $600 to have a leak company fix it. There are many imperfect flaws in the workmanship, but the cracks at the top of the tiles, right under the lip of patio deck, is around 75% cracked the first day, this is a nightmare for me.The rep sent a guy to put grout over all the cracks. The rep told me,"the cracks will come back, grouting is only a temporary fix."
I had to go through some personal health issues during all of the issues with this installation, but the rudeness of the company rep is inexcusable. He said, "I'm not responsible for the pool walls settling. I explained that the cracks were immediately after the resurfacing. It's been a year and I can't find someone to fix the issues and the cracks have created mold and mildew. My family and I have scrubbed the top layer of grout where the cracks are, but some of the cracks have gotten worse before we started scrubbing, so we skipped those areas. I called this rep with the issues I'm still having and he was screaming at me that he's not responsible for these issues. My pool only had one loose tile and cracks around that one spot. The resurfacing has left me in a worse position than before the job was done. Don't let this fast talking rep think they do great work. As far as I'm concerned, he left us with too many costly issues. read more
