I have been going to classic nails since I moved up here in 2005 from Orange County. That alone should answer your questions. The service that is provided? Here is quality that would be the best word to describe is quality. The vibe the vibe is quiet relaxing, especially when you're getting a pedicure. However, it could also be a lot of fun when women get together. That don't know one thing about each other consistently and laughing joke didn't talk about politics and the world and even the color nail polish that we have chosen. I won't go anywhere else because believe me, I have. Yes, I have cheated on my nails. At who is because it was it emergency? And I wasn't in town. And it was adjust appointment because as a wave, my nails tend to lyft. And fall off barry quickly won't go in to other places period. Cindy has been the only person that I literally can wait 4 weeks to have a field. It's a very clean salon. Her husband is amazing that he's always helping her. It's great when you've been with one company for so many years. Because you see those kids they had grown up, go to college and become something very important in this world. This salon was horrible. I would not recommend this shop under any circumstances. Shop around! We moved to the high desert a month ago and got a mani/pedi and acrylic nails, and the service was very expensive. The husband does not know how to do a professional polish. The cuticles on my hands/feet were not polished and he did not know how to shape the nails. Cindy did not know how to shape my acrylic nails to coffin, and did not follow my instructions. I have been going to Cindy for at least 18 years. I moved to LA for 3 years and every month I made a point to drive back up to Victorville to get my nails done.Cindy is quick and does an excellent job. New set complete gel in 45 min or less.Family based she is well worth the wait. This stupid Covid 19 has my nails looking crazy can't wait for them to open up. She has what I call growing hands my nails grew 4" in 3 months I only got a full set my nails short short and got 4 fills. If I could give this zero stars I would the man kept burning me with the drill and when I pulled my hand away he grabbed my hand back (my hand was still by my shoulder) he said " Oh sorry" and kept on burning me then with the drill he went around my index finger like my fingerprint. Also my friend want a while back and she said her nails where worse then mine. My index nail is pointing to the right. I'm giving this place a one star review because I just recently stopped by there a few days ago with my mom and we were excited to try a new nail shop cause we saw it had good reviews.So as soon as we went in,the only two people working just stared at us instead of welcoming us,like regular staff does.My mother had to say"Um hello?" For them to even start asking what we wanted.We both said what we wanted,kind of irritated that we already had a bad start with this salon.The lady then tried making this other girl who's been waiting for god knows how long to wait because she didn't want to miss out on double cash then just hers!! Are you kidding me?? The girl gave her attitude and stood up for herself but this place definitely earned mad dog looks and lost two customers before we can even start,walking out right as she pulled that in front of everything.My advice? Do NOT go to this place,rude,unprofessional,and definitely should shit down if you ask me. read more

This is the worst. I have spaces in between my natural nail and the acrylic, the shape was horrible, the gel polish chipped. They cut my toe nails too short. Nor did I ask them to trim my toe nails. I tried to explain to them what I wanted but I got blank stares from both nail techs. I showed them pictures, and mind you it was not a complicated design, and they couldn't even get close to what the picture looked like. My nails hurt as the nails started to grow out, i had ingrown nails on both my hands and feet. The service sucked, because there was no service. I went on a Monday morning, one other client, and just to get them to notice me entering their establishment was ridiculous. They took forever for a crappy job, and when I went to pay the cost for a shitty nail job and horrible experience was nearly $70. I get my nails done quite often, and when I moved to the High Desert I was hesitant to try just any nail salon, I read the reviews for this and it seemed okay. I guess people are okay with shitty looking nails, shitty prices, and shitty services. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, because I will not walk around with ugly ass nails. I'd rather drive down the hill and I guarantee you I could find better for way cheaper than this bogus ass nail salon. read more
