Even bigger surprise was found. They use BeBio Products and other vegan/organic nail systems. I called right away and was lucky to be able to get in with Crystal today! Let's just say that I will be happy camping this weekend!! I love the time she took on my nails and great attention to detail. Ya'll there was NO DREMEL used!! When we exited, they charged us $50 each and said it was a manicure - they never asked our permission. Two in our group had colors on their toes and it was an extra $1 per toe for color - what? That was not on the board. In fact, polish was stated to be included. Another person had stones on big toes - $10 each. Again, no notice. Happy to pay for products and services but this felt like a nickel and dime at the last second, especially with the kids. And of course there was a credit card fee of 4% to top it off. We would say, ask upfront to be clear about pricing, but we did, to no effect. We will not be back.

They weren't very warming, i've been to some places that ask me if i need anything to drink and such but they didn't. which is just extra stuff. Then when she told me the price was $70, i was like no way. I usually pay 40-50 for my nails, i don't have the kind of money for $70 a set!!! Also when i went to pay, she asked me if i could use venmo and then when i proceeded to ask if she could use my card she said something along the lines of "it's debit, those have venmo" and i said i didn't have the app. I feel like a professional buisness shouldn't ask for a venmo and they should accept cash or card. overall my nails look good, she took her time on the polish and the shape and im pleased with the quality of my nails.

I also called and left a voicemail that evening about what happened. The salon refused a refund, only offering a redo--which I wasn't comfortable with after my experience. The nail tech laughed while I was explaining my issue to the person in charge. The nail tech made my cuticles bleed, leaving them sore, and I noticed poor hygiene, with tools that did not appear properly sanitized. Additionally, NCSOS shows the LLC was dissolved last month, which raises concerns. I would NOT recommend this salon.
