I'm so pissed I don't even know where to start. Read the reviews went in.. said we needed appointments, set it up and came back during appointed time. No greetings.. we sat ourselves down and waited. Their prices were not clear. Ended up with gel set with french for both girls.. $80.00 and $70.00 per set... Because the girls were determined to get their nails done we stayed to finish.. I was already pissed off about the pricing.. like forreals I've never paid more than $70 for nails.. anyways we gave it a try maybe their service was going to be good and the nails were going to be beautiful.. so I thought!!! An hour and half later one girl had her nails with the white tip showing but also between the white part and the skin of her nails were also showing the glue parts too.. the other girl's nail had air bubbles, scratches and dents on her nails and we haven't even left the salon... I was unhappy with the end results.. Nancy tried to fix it but the damage was already done.. when you fix a messed up nail, it's still going to show the bumps and dents.. Ended up paying $150.00 plus tip $10.. for this much the girls didn't even get a hand massage with lotion!! 1. Customer service sucks 1/5. 2. Quality sucks 0/5 3. Pricing ridiculous -0/5 4. Hands down my favorite nail salon & staff. Nancy & her staff make you feel right at home while providing excellent care to their clients. My boyfriend comes with me to get a pedicure while I also get a pedicure & a manicure. They always make sure to make him feel comfortable & pick around with him. Neither of us will go anywhere else. I had a had a bad experience early last year and stopped going here. Until today, my in-laws booked a nail appt here for a girls afternoon. I decided to give them another chance.. MISTAKE! Last year they ripped my acrylics off, did not soak them, didn't try to ease them off, in doing that they ripped layers of my actual nails off leaving at least 2 raw almost to the skin! THEN dremeled the top of my nail so much it caused redness and blood to pool under the remaining nails. I chose to pay and leave before going through anymore Torture! Today WAS WORSE!!!! She OWNER did my nails. I wanted my acrylics taken off, and just a fresh coat of paint. THE FIRST NAIL SHE RIPPED OFF!! She did NOT say sorry. She did NOT acknowledge it, that it was bleeding, that half my nail was gone, that the remaining was half way on, until she saw me staring wide eyed in PAIN and awe!! She had moved on to the next one and everything!!! Once she saw my expression she then took a paper towel and applied pressure to try and stop the bleeding. Which was not stopping! Then she APPLIED NAIL GLUE TO MY OPEN WOUND!!! Saying we will just put an acrylic over that one. OVER A OPEN WOUND!! I told her, holding back tears, I wanted to wash my hands and go buy items to mend my injury. (Peroxide, antibiotics, and a Band-Aid). She insisted she finish and take off the rest. I go to wash my hands after she's finally done, terrified the whole time she was going to rip another off. I tell her I'd like to leave and doctor my hand. She again insists to try and file my nails at least before I step out. She does a quick file and then tells me it is $10. I finally get to go and get things to fix my injury 15 minutes after receiving it. Once I was able to calm down and look at my other nails I also noticed a bruise starting to form under another nail. To add I always always always mention I am a type 1 diabetic and my nails are thin now from the prior incident. I have been getting my nails done for at least 8 years a few times a year. And this is the only place I have been injured!!! Please please please go somewhere else!!! It is not worth being hurt!!! read more

I have been coming to DaVi nails for years. I even moved to Salisbury for awhile and still drove back to get my nails done. I've had gel mani pedi and lip waxing done and they always exceed my expectations. I've also brought my 4 year old daughter here for a manicure and they're so good with her. read more

I stopped in her one day because I was already in wal mart and in horrible need of a fill in and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was quick and friendly. When I left my nails looked great and they did a great job cleaning out the acrylic and glue from the underneath side of my nails. I sat there and chatted with the employees while doing my nails and it was like sitting there with friends that I have known forever. I am now a regular there and get my fill ins every two weeks like clock work. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Tried it for a couple of months. Fast but sloppy service. Nails were never the same shape. Products are cheap & she only wants to use certain polishes. Why offer nail art then tell you it will not last long cause it's not gel polish. She needs to go for update on different lines of materials. Nail shows give you multiple options. There are polishes that are not gel and maintain just as well, but of course they cost a bit more. read more

I have been here a couple times and been very happy with my mani. I had the same woman both times, the funny one that always seems to be there and runs the place very well. That gel manicure was as hard as diamonds and did not chip for 3 weeks. It could have gone longer but it was time for something else. When the gel came off, my nails, which are thin, not strong, and prone to breaking on any given day, were still in good shape. I am way impressed with this place and will be back anytime I need to treat myself to having a mani done for me. I got exactly what I asked for.
