Definitely one of the best nails salons I've been to in hickory. When I walked in, I didn't have an appointment and the salon was full. I only had to wait 15 minutes for them to start on my nails. They greeted every client that walked in by first name, and were all very nice ladies. My nails look AMAZING, two women worked on my set and took their time. I see why they have so many loyal clients! Definitely recommending this studio to friends! read more

Not a great experience. No liners on the pedicure bowls. Unwelcoming. Literally have the cleaning brushes and spray bleach sitting on the table beside the pedicure bowl that they use between customers. No pedicure upgrade options. The chairs didn't worker either. So I was sitting straight up the entire time. Would not recommend. read more

I went Saturday morning for a pedicure when they opened at 10:00. I did not have an appointment so they asked me to come back at 11:30 so I did. The woman who did the pedicure did the absolute worst pedicure that I have ever had in my life! She was speaking her native language non stop and then cackling like a hyena! She butchered my nails, actually cutting me! They are uneven and look like a drunk person cut them. Then her polish job was just as bad with the color all outside the nail and on the cuticle. Hopefully the management will not let her continue to work on clients because she has forever cost them my business. $35 plus tax wasted on toenails that look worse than when I went in. Praying I don't get an infection from cuts! read more

I went to get a pedicure with my mom and daughter and when we walked in the lady asked if I had an appointment and I said no. She said "ohhh you don't have an appointment. Well have to see if we have any openings. She said they did not have anything today. Mind you it is 10am and they are open until like 5pm. that's ridiculous. And they did it in front of like 6 people. There was NO sign saying appointment only and nothing on the website. Shouldn't turn away business. Will not be going back and will not recommend them. read more

These ladies are amazing! My regular manicurist is Padra, she is awesome! The best pedicure I have ever had was from Kesa, she is amazing! The salon is very clean and the staff is always so friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done. I highly recommend any of these amazing ladies for your next salon visit. read more

Nail Studio II is definitely not good. I went for a manicure and pedicure and both of them were terrible. My toes look like my 5 year old granddaughter could have done them and my nails popped off like they were press on within a week. I was not pleased. read more

Went in for a full set and pedi after reading several good reviews on yahoo. Upon arrival the salon was clean and busy with reasonable prices. Though I did have a great pedicure with a very sweet girl unfortunately the same can not be said for my nails :( 5 out of 10 were glued on pointing to the sky leaving a very lg and unpleasant gap between the artificial nail and my finger up too over a 1/4"!!! To make matters worst she left large uneven marks in them from improper sanding/buffing only to top it off with a bad paint job. Needles to say I left a very unhappy girl and will not be retuning. read more

All of the nail techs are very talented and do amazing work! Although, arranging an appointment is a must as they stay booked up! They can do most designs/present nail trends and own a large collection of polishes to choose from. Prices are great as well! read more

Was from out of town and daughter gave me gift certificates for pedicure. I had 2 each worth $25. That morning dog chewed top half of each. When I went for my appointment I showed them the certificates and was told they would not honor as they were not intact. I explained that dog chewed it that morning. Was told NOPE can't help you. When you find the rest bring it in and we will honor. I said so I will bring in the dog crap and you will piece it together. She just looked at me. You could tell it just happened. Apparently they needed the money more than me. Very sad I will never go back. Not nice customer service at all read more
