Now under " Cute Nails and Spa" Very disappointing experience. My SNS nails popped off within 2 hours of getting them done. Returned the next day, as they had closed at 7pm. I also called and left a voicemail that evening about what happened. The salon refused a refund, only offering a redo--which I wasn't comfortable with after my experience. The nail tech laughed while I was explaining my issue to the person in charge. The nail tech made my cuticles bleed, leaving them sore, and I noticed poor hygiene, with tools that did not appear properly sanitized. Additionally, NCSOS shows the LLC was dissolved last month, which raises concerns. I would NOT recommend this salon. read more

My first experience at this salon was a pedicure. It was excellent. I went back about 6 weeks later to get another pedicure and a gel polish change. It was a different experience. The girls were nice but the nail file that was used on my fingernails was dirty. I am 4 days out from my services and the gel polish on my middle finger peeled totally off by itself. Also got a pedicure wasn't super impressed with the way that it turned out either spent $143 on a full set of nails, a basic pedicure and to have my five-year-old's toenails painted! My tech was horrible. Paid $73 for a very sloppy job. I would post pictures if I could. I left one on Google maps with pictures. My toenails were chipped and the gel polish was extremely crappy. Save yourself...DO NOT GO HERE. **UPDATE** Drove 45 minutes back to the salon. Spoke with the owner. He refused to fix my nails due to the "damage" and I needed to "wait 2 weeks." He would not refund me, but he did give me a gift certificate for a future redo. I'm on vacation and live 2,000 miles away...he knows this. The salon is dirty. The brushes, tables and equipment are not properly cleaned. I had to stop the tech to ask to wash my hands since she did not make me. The people working are very king but their service is not satisfactory. I went in to get a gel mani and regular pedi. They over charged me for my manicure and i had to go next door to wal mart to get cash for a tip. My gel polish started to peel off the day after I got them done. I went in 3 days later when all of my polish had peeled off (on its own) and asked for a refund. They could not offer me a refund but Mimi fixed my nails for free. The polish stayed 4 days this time. I've had WAY better service at this establishment then what I received in past two day. YES two days, I've literally had to go back & forth for simple services. I need a nail take off and pedicure. Granite I do understand it's a busy time but you should treat your regulars the same NO MATTER WHAT. I made an appointment two days in a row and wasn't acknowledged either time. I had to WAIT to get my nails soaked off when that could've been done while I was getting a pedicure. Great selection of colors & polishes for salons in the area, does a great job, & the prices are good. Yet the last 3 visits I have left furious. The first upsetting trip I was charged $5 more just to get my toes painted French tips as opposed to a color. I know okay but then my bill was $25 more than expected because they gave me a greater pedicure package than asked for, they admitted there was a misunderstanding and still charged me for it anyway. The next trip I was treated absolutely terrible by the staff & then was charged because I did not like the color the girl attempted to put on one of my nails. The last time (today) I was charged for a nail polish bottle that was broken during the process of painting my nails. OUTRAGEOUS why should I be charged $15 for a nail polish that not only did I not use or get or break ??!!
