Every visit has been a good experience. I have had manicures and pedicures here and I'm pleased with the results.

My coworker's been getting her nails done here for a minute & they're always cute, so I decided to finally stop by & try 'em out. I scheduled an appt & waited a bit, but it was a Saturday; so to be expected. Tip: sign in at the machine in the front when you walk in & grab your number. Both mani & pedi techs were customer oriented & accommodating. I got SNS initially, because I'm trying to grow my nails out & a cute inspo pic. The design was fun & the nail tech literally nailed the look, but the paint started chipping a couple days later. I was able to get in the same day that I reached out about the issue & she said it was due to the SNS. She added a little powder & wahlaaa - good as new & honestly even better than the 1st set in terms of designs & shape. My only other complaints are I got a gel pedicure & it chipped, which I've never seen Gel do & purposely stay away from regular polish for that reason. I'm sure if I reached out, they would fix it. However, my schedule doesn't allow it until my next appt. Secondly, the pedi was a lil more expensive than my regular spot. Other than that, I would come again & recommend it. I called and made an appointment for 4:00. I wanted 3:30, but she told me they were busy, so I went with 4:00. They took me back at 4:15 and left me sitting at a chair for 15 minutes before I walked out. I did give her a chance to quote me a time, but all I got was excuses! It is not ok to take an appointment at 4:00 and at 4:35, not expect that person to walk. If you are too busy with other appointments/walk-ins, don't take the appointment! Why is it soooo hard to find a good mail salon, with consistency and, good customer service and fairness to all who enter. I've been coming here for a minute. And haven't been able to get the guy who kept me coming back since. He's only there on a Monday's I was told. My schedule finally opened up for a Monday and he's not here. Ok no problem, I'll give someone else a chance. The lady I like for my pedicure is here so great! Several walk ins and I'm one of them. I watched the owner send back 3 women in front of two women of color who were clearly there before. All getting pedicures so there was no confusion there. I'm one of the two women of color. I walked out. I will never make a scene. I don't have to bring my business to any establishment. I go where I choose, can receive great service and people are kind and fair. The ladies there were rude and not very accommodating. They don't talk to you and they don't listen to what you want. The result of my nails; there's little specks on a few of my nails where she tried to fix her mistake but just made it worse. First time here, won't be coming back here. read more

I paid over $60 for a full set on my toes and fingers to get this type of work is disappointing 3 days and it's already looking gross ( pictures attached ) the lady doing my nails asked if I wanted for them for cut my cuticles and said sure she said it's $10 more I think that If you are doing a service like this cuticle "fixing" should be included. I just don't think I will be back, not to mention why set a appointment if your only going to have me sit and wait for 20 min smh... read more

For starters nobody acknowledged me sitting there . they also took forever to start my pedicure as if the lady didn't want to do them. But my final straw was when they had the inexperienced nail tech do my nails it took two hours to do a fill in and she also cut my finger filing my nail. I spend good money just like anyone else that came in there but me being different I got treated less then . I am very disgusted and displeased with this place. read more

This is my favorite place to get mine and my daughters nails and toes done. A lot of times right before we head to the beach, we will just go in to get our toes painted, not a pedicure, I personally really hate pedicures, they tickle and I'm always getting cut somehow and it's just really uncomfortable. So, I also have ingrown toenails. I've been here and pay $6 to get my toes painted, and they've gotten the ingrown part out for me for FREE when they paint them! Man, it makes your toes feel so much better when you're not in pain! So, for adults, they charge me $6 for toes, and $6 to paint my nails. For my daughter, who is 9, they only charge $3 for nails and $3 for toes!!! At that price I always let her spend a few extra bucks to get some kind of design on her toes or nails.. She's gotten like palm trees before. They freehand the design and it always looks great! I usually get my eyebrows done here as well. They do a great job, most places are the same pretty much when it comes to eyebrows, so, they're average and like the rest of them. Never too long of a wait, and the ladies are super nice! read more

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here EVER!!! I went for a full set and pedicure and was told it would be 15 minute wait... it was 45 minutes! Next after 2 weeks 3 finger nails broke off!! Needless to say I went back to the lady I had been seeing and found out I had a fungus starting to grow under my 2 big toes and my thumb on my right hand!!!! I was recommended to this place by a friend, and honestly it sucked. I asked for an acrylic overlay on my nails. They called me over and the person doing my nails was unfriendly and rude. I tried to make casual conversation and she blatantly ignored me. Then instead of doing what I asked for she just painted my nails. And they kept saying we told her what you want and they offered to fix it, but the atmosphere was so tacky and rude I didn't want to be in there another second. THEY DON'T CLEAN THE TOOLS BETWEEN PEDICURES!!! I wish that I could no star this place. Used to be nice a relaxing. This past time they did a deluxe pedi and gel nails in 33 minutes. Sure that could be great but they didn't do a great job! My toes hurt. My fingers hurt. I was the first customer of the day so it didn't occur to me to check that the equipment was sterilized. I came here a month ago to get my nails done for prom and I was beyond impressed and zero complaints and they stayed for 3 weeks without lifting (lily did them), I came back for a fill in with a different lady I'm extremely disappointed.. they are so lumpy and each nail has a different shape. I paid 50$ for them on Saturday and it's Wednesday and I want to have them taken off already. I want to get them fixed but I honestly don't want to pay anymore for these. My daughters and I went for pedicures (3 of them). Each lady that did our pedicures were all the same, HORRIBLE! We all had the same complaints, they were very rough, seemed to be in a hurry (they did 3 pedicures in less than 20 minutes, from start to finish). After they finished and was in hurry to take my money so they could all go and set down to socialize, RUDE! While I was getting my pedicure the lady beside me mentioned she had been sitting there for 20 minutes and wanted to soak her feet. My lady said something to the other worker, which made them all look at the lady and started laughing. I felt so sorry for her and should have said something, but was fearing I would be in more pain. As I was drying my nails, another lady was saying she didn't like the color of her nails (only 1 nail had been painted) and asked to change the color so it would match her toes, she was told she could not change color and had to stick with that color cause "It's Pretty". WHAT who's paying for the service. Not to mention one of my daughter's toes was not painted all the way, the other ones came half off within 2 hours of leaving and my big toe messed up 3 hours after I left. So now after paying for 3 pedicures and tips for each lady, we will be removing our polish and our business from there. read more

I have been going here for a while now and after today I'm completely done with classic nails. I've had bad experiences before for example on my birthday the lady doing my nails was talking on the phone to her boyfriend the entire time she was doing my nails. So my nail shape was very uneven and I told her and she handed me the filer to fix it myself. Today I went in to get one nail fixed. I had them done a little over a week ago and today one just became loose and fell off. I called and was told they would fix it for free. Of course when I got there I was charged. Told them what had been told to me on the phone they didn't care and charged me for it anyways. Now it looks completely different than my other nails. I've never left a bad review on anything but today I was very disappointed with how they handled things. They are way too overpriced and only care for your money. read more

This place was great when it first opened. However, over the years, it has gone down hill. Its not kept as clean as it used to be. On my last pedicure, I'm not sure the tools were even clean. I wish if I can give no stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They did my nails less than eight days ago and the nails are already coming up. The girl that did my nails called herself 'T' and she absolutely didn't care. She just stated that I needed to pay another $23 to have the pink filled in after paying $40 a week ago for a full set of pink and white. Not only did she not want to do the fill, though I agree to have it filled in and pay the $23, the manager disregarded the fact that I was not happy with the service and basically said I could leave. The service was good at one point however, with more customers coming in, they just don't care anymore and I've noticed that if you're not white the service is even worse. read more

I was helped promptly and had a friendly gal doing my toe nails that was both good at it and professional acting. However, sitting in the back where the foot baths are, I found myself accompanied by the people who work there ranging from 1-5 or 6 people, who treated this area like a break room when not busy. They were either sleeping (with mouths wide open) or playing on phones in the chairs. They would moan and groan when called on to do someone's nails. Honestly it felt pretty unprofessional and definitely detracted from any kind of relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention the gal that was called on to do my nails (that clearly would have rather stayed on her phone in the seat next to me) laughed and made fun in another language when she mistakenly squirted soap all over my hands instead of lotion. No apology, I was definitely not in on the joke. Price is right, service was prompt, but if you are looking for pampering this is not the place!! read more
