I was super indecisive as of what nail design I wanted. literally changed the design idea three times with her. She was incredibly accommodating and willing to switch what she was doing. Just so I would like my nails. She didn't amazing job not super talkative, but would engage with me if I spoke to her. My nails are gorgeous, I also thought pricing was good. The only negative is that the back of my nails look ugly but no one is looking at those and I don't care that much. Definitely recommend this place.

Classic nails is conveniently located at the Westfield mall in Trumbull. I stumbled upon it one day when my regular nail place was closed. The staff is nice and they do a great job. I have only gone in for the UV gel nails, but I can tell you they leave my nails looking so nice and natural. They file the gel so thin and perfect each time. I have gone to three different nail techs and each one was excellent. It's not a fancy place, but the prices are fair and the work is great. After coming here for about a year now, I can honestly say that the two male nail techs are the absolute best at doing the UV gel nails. I have had many people work in my nails, but I have found that they take excellent care and the end result is beautiful and lasts 2-3 weeks with no chipping.

I'm a Sacred Heart student. I love getting my nails done, specifically powder. The place I go to back home is incredible, so I didn't expect this place to compare. But I didn't expect it to be THIS bad. *Please see the photo to see what I was left with after staying AN HOUR at this place* Please read it's a fun story!!! I got to the place and said that I wanted my powder nails taken off, and just regular nail polish to replace it. The woman seemed new. She asked someone else what to do about the powder, maybe her superior, and they said "take it off like it's gel." Like I said, I get my nails done all the time. This woman was not doing it right. I don't blame her, I blame the company overall for failing to train her properly. She tried filing the powder down completely which actually burned terribly. I have a high pain tolerance and literally pulled my hand away from her. I asked her to soak them in acetone instead. She couldn't figure out how to wrap the foil on my nail! I wanted to tell her how but didn't want to be rude. She then took the bottle of nail polish remover and was pouring it directly onto my nails and just squeezing the foil onto it. The foil kept falling off, the powder wasn't coming off, it was A DISASTER. After an hour of her trying, I'd given up. My friends' nails were already completely done. I told her I had to leave. The guy at the counter kept trying to charge me $20 just for a powder nail removal. I paid them $10 & gave her a tip. Just trust me, if you care about your nails, do NOT GO HERE. Again, the establishment should have noticed the employee struggling and offered assistance. She was very kind and I felt bad leaving.

this was literally the worst nail salon i've ever been to in my entire life. Not only did they put powder gel aka DIP powder on as acrylics (applied with brush and purple solution) I walked out with the ugliest nails in history. It was sloppy, not to mention EXPENSIVE (I'm pretty sure this was around $50). never again. I also waited about 1 hour just to get seated, and they didn't even use foil to soak my nails. They made me wait 1+ hours to get seated and then another 45 minutes to soak my nails in acetone. My hands were so dry from being in there so long. DO NOT COME HERE

Be careful who you get to do your nails. The older ladies in the salon lack the modern techniques that make nails look smooth and polished. The first picture is from nails done by an older lady and the next picture is by a younger nail technician. We have come here many times and this time my mother (who hates her nails now and has a cut that is still bleeding as I type) want to warm others.

literally the worst manicure i've ever received. i went in with 5 nails that had remaining SNS and i asked for a soak off. the lady doing my nails proceeded to scrape and ruin my nails. I asked 5 times for a soak off but she kept scraping at my mails with an old tip. Literally so disgusting. So she painted my nails and i dried them. When i went to pay they told me the total was 20 dollars bc i got a "soak off". So i paid extra to have my nails destroyed, got it. THE WORST nail salon ever. Don't go unless u want ur nails destroyed.

Thanks Trina...love my nails!!! Mary H.

I use Trina when I get my gel fills and manicure. Not only is she a professional....she has an artistic flare and does exceptional designs. She is fast which is great for me...she knows what she is doing and confident in her abilities. Honestly, if so many people had bad experiences...why did they stay to the end? Why not complain to mgr then leave? To the person who said staff kept looking at there phones...I make my appts by text message and that person responds by text. Not strange or unprofessional in this day and age of modern technology. They all do it and the exception is calling to make an appt. My experiences here are usually great...have never seen the salon look anything but clean, neat and tidy. I honestly believe people are confusing this nail salon with the other one downstairs in the mall. That one is gross from the get go plus cheap looking inside and out. That place I would never set foot (or hand) in again.

Claire, the owner, is extremely welcoming and kind. Water, tea, little snacks are available to satisfy our human needs. I start to relax as soon as I see her. Now to her offerings: check out the menu of services. My favorite combination is the one hour massage with a facial afterwards. This allows Claire to focus on my body massage for the hour and then my facial completes the healing. Now to the experience. Claire is a little bit of heaven. I told her that everyone's version of heaven is different. Mine is having her complete a massage and then starting all over again. There is simply no one to compare to Claire. And if you have had a personal trauma in your life, Claire is an accomplished Reiki practitioner and an overall healer. She can clear your chakras and transform your trauma, though it may take more than one session as it did me. Do you have fibromyalgia or another autoimmune disease that is persistent and painful? Claire is a healer and can help. Definitely reach out to her. You won't be sorry.

She is well credentialed, very knowledgeable, and knows her stuff. She has a great treatment room right in her house with calming music, nice scents, wonderful oils and creams, hot stones and towels. I have been going every other week for 3 years for general aches and pains and restful and calming treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And she doesn't gouge you in the pricing area. Very reasonable rates. She also does reflexology and energy work(transformative!). Give her a try. I don't think you'll leave disappointed.

I had lower back surgery years ago and suffer occasional disk pain so deep tissue and myofascial release really helps me. My mother is in her 70s and has swelling in her knees and calves caused by edema which Joyce helped with immensely. Joyce has a great profile on her website, well worth the read. Her approach is holistic and healing. There are nice details too; hot towels for feet and back and a warm pillow for your chest, essential oil is offered and at the end of the session I was given a bottle of water and granola bar along with a few great recommendations. I've already purchased a few addition massage vouchers which are on special this month.

They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. It was really good and very caramel-y We were brought back to our hour massage where Sharna worked her magic. She did a good job hitting every knot. When it was time to lay face up, she adjusted the bed, so there was a slight incline and put a nice warm towel over my eyes. It was definitely a relaxing experience. We then took turns with our facials, and Dahlia did a great job! It was just an express facial, but it was very relaxing with a nice neck and shoulder massage. There is a warm towel on the face in neck, which made it even better. There was a little in between time for our pedicure set up, so we chose a bottle of wine then moved onto our pedicures where we sipped and chatted. We had a nice lemon pedicure with jelly, which I've never had before, and it was very relaxing. It felt weird putting your feet into the gel, but it was so squishy and fun. We were able to choose our nail polish from the extensive variety. We then ended our day with a large charcuterie, board, with a display of nice meats, cheese, crackers, and cookies and the rest of our bottle. Overall, that was a great experience, and I would definitely come back! It's definitely something you may need to budget, or as some of the packages and prices are little outrageous, considering what the menu prices were à la carte The services themselves were excellent, however, I only give this establishment 4 stars due to the miscommunication and discrepancies in the pricing I had to continuously call to fix. I specifically explained that this was for my wife's birthday, and and had a specific price range, I was told by one of the staff that I couldn't customize services and make it a package. Although the services were great, the communication lacked a little bit.
