In addition, we have used this place to board our Bernadoodle when we go on summer vacations and take out-of-town trips. The place is always clean and she requires copies of your shot records to make sure your pooch's shots are up-to-date. On one occasion when we picked him up, the owner said she had to throw away his dog bed because he made a mess of it. While I didn't ask, I just assumed he probably tore it up by chewing on it. On our most recent visit just a few weeks ago, she had to throw away the pillow that we left however she did wash the blanket we brought with him because he soiled it. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. Plus, my dog never seems anxious, distraught or unwilling to go with the staff when we drop him off which tells me he is being treated right. We will continue to use their services in the future.

Everything about this seems perfect. I went to tour the facility and was happy with the overall cleanliness and the fact that they separate the small dogs from the larger dogs. Our 2 dogs were able to be kept in the same kennel which was perfect bc our older dog gets a little anxiety when he's alone. We dropped them off on Thursday afternoon and picked them up Monday morning. When we got there our dogs bedding was saturated in urine, water, wet dog food, and possibly feces. Due to the uncleanliness of their bedding after only 4 days, we won't be sending them back when we go on vacation for a week in September. I was pretty disappointed in this since these are by far the best prices around the Youngstown area but I guess you get what you pay for.

Rebecca took them in, even the ones recently released to me on hospice protocols. She assisted in medication management combined with myself and my vet. They came home way healthier than I sent them to her. (Nothing contagious, neglect case) and she ended up adopting the worst foster I ever had! She loved that log with legs immensely. I have no clue how she tolerated the most annoying screams of "I neeeeeed ice cream not this dog food" that was squealed every 30 seconds from the sofa table with legs. And let's not forget my friends dog whom boarded shortly after my misfits. She was a pro escape artist who was NOT nice to anyone, including her family. She lived a long feral life, and Rebecca was able to keep her safe, comfortable and loved during her stay. If Rebecca can handle all this.... She can surely handle whatever Fido offers to her. She is the absolute best!

We have taken our dog here a few times as it is right down the street from our house…read more The staff here is fantastic to deal with and they are great with our dog Mobey. This place has always been very clean and seemingly sanitary. We usually get him clipped every 6-8 weeks. I must say that the last time he was there, they did an OK job but the top of his head was sort of shaped like a cone because of the way they timmed him. It wasn't a moment were we said "Oh my gosh" but he did look kinda funny. Kind of a bad hairday for us upright walkers in comparison. He is actually due for another hair cut soon but we will probably take him to a different place we have in the past. Simply, the other place (review soon to come) does a bit of a better job. All in all, this is a good place to go for your man's best friend grooming needs. I'm sure we will visit again in the future as they do an overall good job and it is very convienent for us due to the proximity to our house. Probably a 3.5 star place but the friendliness bumps it up to four.

And I'm pretty sure I've just found that person. Helen was warm and inviting, and it's clear she absolutely loves what she does. I brought my 9-month-old husky in for a nail trim. He's very fussy about his nails and I have issues trying to clip them myself. Helen didn't let that put her off and was patient with him, getting things done. She did everything she could to make him feel comfortable through the process. I can say I would totally feel comfortable leaving my boy with Helen for a "spa day." We'll for sure be going back for his nail trims in the future - with hopefully less squirming and fussing involved.
