Helen was soo great with our dog, Sophia , who was a pretty big mixed pup . .about 85 lbs , ,…read more Sophia was a very timid girl , but Helen was so patient with her , talking to her and we know it made her feel less fearful. She was so patient with her . We took her there a few times for grooming , she passed a few years ago but Helen is a very loving person and we highly recommend her for any grooming you need for your furbabies.

I've always been hesitant to use groomers, especially with the horror stories you read about lately…read moreabout pets being hurt or abused, so trying to find someone that's trustworthy is just as important these days as it is to find someone that will do a good job. And I'm pretty sure I've just found that person. Helen was warm and inviting, and it's clear she absolutely loves what she does. I brought my 9-month-old husky in for a nail trim. He's very fussy about his nails and I have issues trying to clip them myself. Helen didn't let that put her off and was patient with him, getting things done. She did everything she could to make him feel comfortable through the process. I can say I would totally feel comfortable leaving my boy with Helen for a "spa day." We'll for sure be going back for his nail trims in the future - with hopefully less squirming and fussing involved.

We had a,great experience except for one particular staff member was very rude.said we needed proof…read morefrom the vet we took my gr sons dog to for proof we got him care like 6 years ago ,when they r the ones that helped financially but had no records of this vet or helping financially. We paid a good part & they helped with the rest but no record of it at all but we were suppose to have it .I questioned them on keeping financial records for donations but got nothing except cant adopt unless we get proof. We called the vet who faxed the proof over & on the paper was ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE name so again we should keep records but they don't keep records where their $ goes. Then more questions after she had the proof .! Jump through hoops more or less .Should have more bonding time with the older cats in the big colonies & separate alone time in a room. Not with 8 other cats.cant get a cats attention during feeding time & a bunch of other cats running all around.. they don't tell u about a wellness check needed within a month & they will call the vet to make sure we took him .The cat we adopted just had a wellness in April she saud but needed one by end of June, once a,year which was not a,year at all but that was another 70$ the vet looks at him ,listens to his heart & sees if hes well .Animal league could so that there. If we didn't take him they would take the cat fr us .like she had some real issues of rudeness !!!! Every one else was fantastic. Bethenny the CEO .is very dishonest. Says she will call but never did .ever !!!! Said after 5 but called at 5;30 & she went home. Never ever returned my call.once .After 4 days still no call ! Very poor at PR.!

My wife and I just brought our Siberian husky dog here today…read more We are visiting family here in Ohio from Florida and he needed a bath/shower because we think we saw a flea in his fur. Anyways we brought him in washed him ourselves and we love it. 50pound dog $14.00, for owners that wash their pet. Well worth it. We used the flea and tick shampoo, they have a different variety of shampoos to choose from. His coat is nice and clean and smells good again. They have towels and really good strong blow dryers to dry ur pets fur. Works really well. And when you are washing them they have leash clip on's to keep them in the tub while you bath them. They have brushes there too for the fury babies. Also she recommended us to use the rake type brush for our hairy baby. They have rubber brushes too to brush them while they are all wet and it worked out well. Both ladies were very kind to us. And they also have aprons to wear. 100% A+. Dar's Dirty Dogs Business is amazing, outstanding, clean, excellent customer service and a wonderful place to bring your dog in for a bath/shower.
