Within the past month we had an unexpected illness that meant we had to go to Cleveland for a couple days. Called last minute not knowing how long we would need to use their services. Very accommodating, our dog stayed 3 days. Came home no problem, and again we needed their services. We were unsure of how long we would be, they worked with us extending our dogs stay. They sent pictures and our dog was having fun. We kept in contact and let them know the situation. Our dog was going to run out of food because I only packed a week of food, I was under a lot of stress and they suggested that I could have Amazon deliver her food so I wouldn't have to leave to bring her food. I am so grateful for their quick thinking, and the way that they just kept working with us, not knowing our schedule. They showed compassion and understanding that I didn't expect. I was worried about my loved one in the hospital and it was a huge relief knowing I didn't have to worry about my dog. I knew that the people working there genuinely love animals and they saw what a sweetheart my dog was and allowed for her high energy and wore her out. She enjoyed herself, but more importantly we felt good with our choice. She went back after we got home and didn't even look back as she walked to the dog area. I would highly recommend the Hubbard Pet Resort. They really like dogs and it shows.

I contacted her because she grooms a neighbors dog and the neighbor has us "dog sit"/ get his energy out with my kids so we wanted to do something nice. I cannot say enough good things about Debbie and her little business. Debbie is a sheer joy. Always…read morea smile on her face and never in a rush. She wants to know how you are and really gives such a personal touch. I love it. Debbie asks in detail what you want done with your pup (hair length, style etc.) Though she doesn't do larger animals anymore due to an injury she sustained, she does all small to medium sized dogs that can be easily lifted. She is patient with the dogs and has a genuine love for animals. I paid $35 to get my little Oreo groomed (Maltese Shihtzu mix) and I think that is a steal....considering how well she does. Her business is out of the basement area of her home. She has it very professionally set up with its own entrance and she keeps it nice and neat. Thanks Debbie!!!!

My wife and I just brought our Siberian husky dog here today…read more We are visiting family here in Ohio from Florida and he needed a bath/shower because we think we saw a flea in his fur. Anyways we brought him in washed him ourselves and we love it. 50pound dog $14.00, for owners that wash their pet. Well worth it. We used the flea and tick shampoo, they have a different variety of shampoos to choose from. His coat is nice and clean and smells good again. They have towels and really good strong blow dryers to dry ur pets fur. Works really well. And when you are washing them they have leash clip on's to keep them in the tub while you bath them. They have brushes there too for the fury babies. Also she recommended us to use the rake type brush for our hairy baby. They have rubber brushes too to brush them while they are all wet and it worked out well. Both ladies were very kind to us. And they also have aprons to wear. 100% A+. Dar's Dirty Dogs Business is amazing, outstanding, clean, excellent customer service and a wonderful place to bring your dog in for a bath/shower.
