Not many places groom cats...at least, not in this area. But NPS does. And they do an outstanding job! I bring my cat here 2-3 times a year, since she has really long fur.. I have her bathed and clipped. NPS does a great job with her. And I've always been very happy with the results. NPS is friendly and reasonably priced. Also, they won't try and talk you into something you don't need. Ex...my cat was doing an excessive amount of scratching and biting at herself. I thought she might have fleas, so I told NPS to give her a flea treatment, which would have been an extra charge. No prob. When I went to pick my cat up, NPS told me they didn't see any fleas, so she didn't need the flea treatment. I recently took my cat to the vet for her regular shots, and to check on the scratching. The vet said to me "I don't know where you get her groomed, but they did a really great job." I told the vet NPS! She was impressed because it's hard to find a groomer that will take care of cats, much less have them come out this good. I highly recommend NPS for your pet. read more

We were referred to Michelle and her Salon by Josh Danso and I am so glad he gave us the heads up. Josh is also a groomer so to me that means even more when one groomer recommends another. The shop is nothing fancy but from the moment I walked in I could tell by the way the groomers were taking care of their clients that I was going to like this place. These ladies were ohhing and ahhhing over the fur babies they were working on. They were really treating them like babies not animals and I love that. Sassy was so happy during her appointment. She did not struggle and seemed to really enjoy herself! She's been such a happy cat since we had her shaved. I am thrilled with how well it went and we will be bringing in the rest of our menagerie for spa days as well! Thank you ladies for a great experience! We look forward To seeing you again! read more

Amazing pet salon! I recently adopted a new Bich poo puppy and I'm so glad I took her here right away. I was really anxious because of the way some pet groomers are but not this place AND They have unbeatable prices. Niles Pet Salon is the best groomer in this area! I take my Bichon Frise regularly, to Kerri, she is awesome!! She does a great job and he always comes out looking like a prince. She also trims the nails of my other 2 large, mixed breed shelter rescues. Even though my Lab mix, Skye, is difficult and hates her feet touched, she handles her like a pro! They will treat your baby with all the TLC he/she deserves. I only go to Kerri, but all the other groomers there are very friendly and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Excellent service! Fast and affordable! Melissa is a top notch professional! Our Maine coon big boy Dax (supercat) became matted under his arms and chest area this year and I couldn't get them out, I was afraid to get aggressive because it's hard to tell where the matts start and the skin stopped I needed a Professional so I called every groomer in a 30mile radius many won't do cats but Many recommended Melissa as the best around! I absolutely agree she did a great job shaved his thick long fur and left him looking like a majestic Lion, he is so happy with himself now, and I'm happy that we got it done so quick and very affordably!! He was putty in her hands on his first ever grooming. I don't think with any amount of money we could have done much better! I definitely recommend her for anyone's pets grooming needs! read more

I am so happy to have found this place! I have a long-haired cat with grooming issues, and was desperate to find somewhere to get her safely groomed. I had no idea how she would respond, and didn't want to traumatize her, but intervention was needed. From the minute we entered the salon, she was treated professionally with respect and care. The groomer (I'm sorry, I didn't catch the name) was fantastic! She was calm, kind, and confident, which soothed my cat, who was able to tolerate nail clipping, grooming, shaving, a bath and a blow dry without a meltdown. And she has never looked (or smelled) so good! This groomer (who might have been the owner--- I wasn't sure) -- has serious skills! I definitely will be back. read more
