The Manager, Patty, has been extremely overbearing with both customers and groomers despite not being a groomer herself. Have been reported to the AG, and accused of falsifying shot/ vaccine records. The puppies look sick, and the reviews coincide with that. I almost purchased a puppy from them but between the look of the poor puppies, unbathed, lethargic, and confused. They all had a reddish look in their eyes, and I would bet they have underlying issues. As most Of the reviews indicate, people have spent thousands of dollars rehabbing these poor animals.
