They keep the chipper outside with a hopper that collects rain only to fill up the cutting area. The small discount was not worth this bucket of rust. I have been to many Tractor Supplies and I have never been so disappoint in how bad a product was presented to be sold. I should have looked closer and would have never loaded (took) the chipper. I almost purchased a puppy from them but between the look of the poor puppies, unbathed, lethargic, and confused. They all had a reddish look in their eyes, and I would bet they have underlying issues. As most Of the reviews indicate, people have spent thousands of dollars rehabbing these poor animals. I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.
