I get in the car and the back seat is covered in blood, she's bleeding out of 4 of her nails and in pain. I called the vet upset and she then proceeded to tell me to put flour on it and it should stop rather than tying to explain how it happened and if there is something we can do to fix the issue , she then started to cuss at me and trying to make us look like bad people when we were just concerned as to why our dog was bleeding out of all 4 paws. I was in desperate need and could not find boarding that would accept them. The staff and owner took them in and made sure their runs were prepared. My boys also do not like each other so they made sure they were separated. The staff and owner were very patient with both of them and treated them like their own. I will board all my dogs there again, because I trust them. They were knowledgeable about animals and they contacted me when there were concerns. I highly recommend this place and I am forever in gratitude for welcoming my dogs when I needed it the most.

We were recently called and told that our dogs had developed diarrhea while we were away. When we picked our dogs up the lady checking our dogs out to us was extremely unfriendly and stand-offish and made us wait while they "got our dogs ready", which has NEVER happened before (been using this kennel since 2017). When I went in to inquire, the owner was so…read moredistraught that it was pick-up time (though there was no one else there at the time), she could not tell me with certainty that my dates were open, nor could she answer my questions thoroughly, stating "her husband handles that." Papers were everywhere; the room was a mess, and I was refused a tour, because she would have to "move boards around just to get [me] back there." The lobby was thick with cigarette smoke. Her husband was to call me the next day to arrange for a look around. He called the next afternoon, telling me there was plenty of space, no problem, but couldn't get me in for 3 days after my first requested tour day. After scheduling, I asked him about the smoke, and he told me the dogs were in "enclosed rooms" so the smoke wouldn't bother them. The next morning, I got a call that they were booked solid the entire month, then was hung up on. From this extreme shift from "plenty of space" to "booked solid" in less than a day, along with his rudeness, I can only surmise it was due to my inquiry about the smoke that I was refused the tour and service. Do NOT go there. These individuals are not to be trusted. They are disorganized, rude, and lie.

I rescued a lab mix in May of this year and he has been going too. He originally had some behavior issues but has since gotten better since he has been attending daycare. I have been going to Dee and Ken for over a year now and my dogs couldn't be happier. My parents also take their Australian Shepard for grooming and she looks and smells amazing. I have boarded my elderly dog with them twice and have had a great experience with them both times. The business is very clean and organized and the owners care a lot for them. My wife and I were on vacation with the in laws and decided to take our dogs to this kennel. We ended up having to spend $400 on our dog after getting home from vacation at the vet due to our dog getting a parasite from there. He lost 10lbs being there. We are not upset about the fact of the dog getting sick as we understand that's a risk taking our dog to kennels. We are upset on how it was handled and were lied to. The owner texted my wife Saturday morning saying our dog was throwing up and it had a blood tinge to it multiple times. We were 10 hours away and trying to contact our vet to get things figured out, we were trying to see if we needed to leave vacation and head home early. The owner offered to pick up medicine for our dog. We were trying to make it as easy as possible for her and have it sent to a closer vet by her and my wife got a text saying "I'd like to get going as I need to mow my big yard today. Are we still talking to the vet?" Which isn't very professional when people are paying you and trusting you with their family pets. We finally got everything settled and she picked the Medicine up and food the vet prescribed to help his belly. She says it helped and he wasn't throwing up anymore. We didn't hear back that day. Sunday we don't hear anything and it's noon, my wife texts and asked how everything is going today and she texts back an hour later with a picture of puke from him from the morning which I'm guessing was around 8am because that was when she did Saturday. It's now 1pm when she texts back telling us he is still throwing up. She said she will let us know at 2pm shift how he is after she talks to Angel and will let us know. We never heard back. Finally at 8pm my wife texts her asking if she had heard anything from her helper Angel. She gets a reply back at 9:15pm saying she went about her day and forgot to ask how he was doing. Again we are paying you good money, this is your job. If this is your kennel you should be wanting to know how a sick dog is doing in your kennel. She texts angel and gets back to us at 9:35 saying he had liquid diarrhea that was blood tinged. If we would have known this we would have left immediately to get him and take him to the vet. She kept saying he was acting normal and happy in texts but, I'm sorry when you have blood tinged vomit and diarrhea you aren't happy and normal. He's been home since Monday(3 days) and he's still sleeping and mostly lethargic. Still has diarrhea, Nothing happy and normal about it. She mentioned to us when he first threw up that she had 3 other dogs need to go to the vet for a cute hemorrhagic diarrhea, 2 of them ended up in the ER the weekend before we dropped off our dog. A responsible owner she should have mentioned this to everyone dropping their dogs off so they could make the choice of kenneling their dogs with a possible sickness. She had medicine and gave them to the 2 dogs that ended up in the ER for parasites. So she clearly knew something was going on in her kennel. My mother in law called her vet as a precaution when we got home for her dogs and the vet wouldn't even give it out. She had the medicine that was prescribed to our dog there at her kennel so how would that happen if they don't give it out without symptoms? She has not been very truthful about the whole situation to us and I believe the only reason she mentioned this was because of another review that was left by the owner of the 2 dogs that ended up in the ER. She had no problem calling for payment for the stay but when it came to getting back to us about our dog she "went about her day and forgot". She should at least own up to her mistakes. Disappointed after spending $185 for our dog to stay there we had to drop another $400 at the vet because of not being told the truth. Luckily my brother and sister in law were able to get him early Monday morning to get him the his vet. When we picked him up the get said he did not good very good when he got there.
