Push of a button. Each bath has a dryer hose as well and towels are supplied. Just ask to clean up after yourself. There's also a disinfectant setting to clean up after yourself. We tried a few different tubs for our dogs and this by far blows them away $10 for 10 minutes and 6 additional minutes is $4. Great for all sizes. As for the area, well lit and very nice in North Royalton. There is a button on the wall you can push if you have any questions or need something. Definite 10 out of 10
