Another department would call me. I said do not charge my card 30 minutes later my card is charged and I have to go clean up the poop myself they wanted to come last week and I rescheduled because there was 8 inches of snow in my backyard and they said oh we can find it in the snow. I said I prefer to wait until the snow is gone- they came today and there's no snow and they missed all the poop so how would they have found it in 8 inches of snow , even-paid extra because I have part gravel and they didn't even clean the grass area let alone the gravel I texted the technician immediately after leaving and it showed the message was read on my phone and he never even responded.
