I get my haircut here because the quality of the cut is better here than other places and the speed of service is good.

So glad they let Salons and Barbers open up again! I was considering a "self cut"....which we all know wouldn't have gone well. Ok, differences with Covid-19. You need to make an appointment, so call and see when you can schedule. Wear a mask at all times. If you get a wash/cut, expect your mask to get a little wet, so best to use a reusable cloth one. My experience? Awesome as usual. Hilarious to see the amount of hair on the floor as I got my "summer cut". I hope it doesn't have to happen again like that! I'll be back soon as I have been doing for years. read more

I used to have beautiful hair. Then I trusted Asja and Karen at Classic Cuts, and $150 later my hair is fried and it will be a long time before it looks nice again. It looks like this place is highly rated by patrons but the owner Karen pays for good reviews. My best advice is that you go else where for your hair needs. I wish I had known, these ladies are not to be trusted. Update: my new hair dresser cut off most of my hair and won't do anything else to it but give me conditioning treatments. I realize now, Asja took my money and performed a treatment without caring about the actual health of my hair. I'm glad I have found a hair dresser who cares more about me than money. read more

Went to Classic Cuts the other day for the first time. Had a hair cut and a facial. Great experience for both. Sabina did a GREAT job on the facial! And you can't beat the price. I recommend you give her a try. I'll be going back soon for sure! read more

I am so happy to have found this place thanks to all the great Yelp reviews. I'm still a fairly new customer, but my experiences have been perfect every time. My haircut is fabulous, and I recently had Karen did a balayage with my hair and loved it! I highly recommend giving this place a try. Very affordable prices, wonderful staff, and superb haircuts! read more

So I went in to get it fixed and she was so open and more than happy to help me! It looks more even now and I'm going to see over the next few days if it needs more tweaking because she recommended it and is happy to help me again if it's needed. This is good customer service and I appreciate that in Karen! read more

I have been coming here for years. They are very affordable and close to home. I never have more than a 5 minute wait. Easy in and easy out thanks to the shopping center they are located at. All the stylist are very friendly and can fill in if the person you like to cut your hair is not there that day. You wont find better quality for the price! Overall this is a great place for your family to get their hair cut. read more

I have been following and having Kim cut my hair for 14 years, she does a great cut on any style that i have asked her to do. Take a picture of the hairstyle cut you want and that is a big help. Make an appointment though you don't need to, just keeps you from waiting. It's an easy location to get in and park. She was at JCPenneys and another place at the Mall and this place is a breeze getting in and out. She's top notch, the other ladies there seem to be excellent as well and have been there a long time which speaks well of their service. read more

I have my tape in hair extensions done by Asia. This place RULES! Someone else said this and I agree...Don't be fooled by the name "Classic Cuts"...I have been to high end salon spending tons of money....Classic Cuts is reasonably priced..and do the SAME job..if not better because they listen to you. p.s. it was 8 weeks into my extensions and they were all still intact...I just chose to have them re-done due to my hair growing out so much! LOVE THIS PLACE!! read more

Classic Cuts - Plano - Asia did it again! Back after 8 weeks for re-install of tape in hair extensions. LOVE THEM! - Hair Salons Near Me - Plano, Texas

AMAZING! Karen (the owner) took her time to ensure my satisfaction. And boy am I beyond satisfied. This salon is small and comfy. Not extravagant but perfect in means of necessities: customer service, available tools, and good product. Karen is very nice and down to earth I'm sure anybody would love her. Generally I saw regular customers and I would recommend to a friend, family, or stranger! I've also learned if you follow them on instagram @classiccutsplano you'll receive 20% off on all services excluding nails and waxing. You guys should most definitely check this place out. I will most definitely be returning on a regular basis. Today I received a balayage and cut and I have never been more happy with the results. What you ask for is what you get (: I love it. This place is not too busy and I heard back from an online appointment request within the hour. read more

Hello everyone my name is John and I have been going to this Classic Cuts for about 7 months now. It has been a very great experience. Before I used to stress about where I would go to have my haircut, until I was told to come here by one of my closest friends. They ladies here are all so nice and they are so caring as well while cutting my hair. They also always give advice on how I should be taking care of my hair for the style that best fits me. I leave with much more confidence that I do before I walk In. This will forever be my top choice. Top recommendation from me to you all. read more

Been coming to Classic Cuts for years, I have followed around my stylist Kim since I was a kid and this place seems to be the best for her. Awesome service and everyone is always so nice! Older shopping center but always clean. Recommend to everyone! read more

Very nice owner Karen. My manicure looks great. She took me on short notice and was very pleasant. Will come back.

After months of hesitation in finding a salon/stylist to just trim, highlight, and style my hair, I'm glad I gave Classic Cuts a try. Asja listened to what I was going for, gave some suggestions and did an amazing job! Very personable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in what she does. read more

I have been here a few times for a haircut, and each time l am pleased. The facilities are clean, and the prices are reasonable.

The service is amazing and the price is surprisingly low for the extremely high quality haircuts they give here. Karen is a master with coloring and is 3x quicker than any other place I've been to. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for the best bang for your buck. read more

I came today with my hair all bed headed and tangle expecting a good haircut recommended by a family member since I was coming in from out of town. The barber that cut my hair didn't even take the time to comb my hair out, so as she was razoring my hair away, it was tugging hard on the strands of my hair yanking some out at a time every time she went by with the razors. I also asked her to keep my hair long on top, and hate it when barbers shove their opinions in cut it they way they think they like. It kept getting shorter and shorter from the top, to the point I stopped caring. She also missed lots of spots to cut and in the end I'm surprised I tipped for such a horrible job. This is my first review and I had an account for years. Honestly someone should take away her license. read more

I had an appointment with Karen. She said she had cut a lot of short haircuts, however, she don't have a clue. I ask her to cut my hair in a certain manner and she did the opposite. I called her on it and she refused to finish the cut. I have reported her to the cosmetology board. She is unprofessional, unethical, and should not be licensed. read more

I went in with hair half way down my back and asked for a couple of inches off. Somehow the lady managed to cut about 10 inches off instead. Instead of below my shoulders as we discussed, I ended up with a bowl cut at chin level. Another person tried to clean it up, but still, I ended up going home and finding that not only was it about 8 inches shorter than we discussed, but it was an inch longer on one side than the other. To top it off, they charged my extra for the cut. read more

I usually get my hair cut a Sports Clips, but they were pretty busy on a Saturday midday. I had to go into work and decided to try this place out and will never try it again. I am only writing this review to bring awareness to the fact that one of the stylists that works there told me that I have good eye sight since I noticed that my fade was lop sided. I will say that the wait was non existence and it was pretty cheap. But none of that will make it better nor make me come back. I asked for 1 1/2 on the sides and finger length on top. I have points on my hair line on the sides that I asked for the fade to start. She started one side correctly and the other side an inch higher. I was not asked if I wanted the back rounded or squared she just cut into the already determined hair line shortening it. When she was done she asked what I thought and I politely explained to her that one side was higher and she looked at me like I was stupid and like she didn't understand. Than tried fixing it only to make it worse by raising each side instead of one. The whole time an older lady who worked there was shaking her head at me trying to explain what my stylist had done as if I was in the wrong. read more
