My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised.
