My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!

If you are looking for a great attorney to handle your home purchase or sale, look no further…read more I am both a real estate agent and an attorney. As a real estate agent, I have probably sent 100 transactions to Vytenis Lietuvninkas and his trusty paralegal Evelina Maculius over the past 10 years. They have handled all of those transactions - flawlessly. Since I am an attorney myself, I am in a good position to judge his performance. Recently, I was at a closing where I was actually the seller (not just the real estate agent). The buyer, who is a friend of mine, asked me why didn't I just handle the closing myself, since I am attorney. I explained that since I can get such a qualified attorney for a reasonable price, I was happy to have Vytenis represent me so I could focus on other things. Although his office is on the south side and I am on the north side, Vytenis is always as close as your phone. And he and Evelina are very fast to respond to email as well. Give Vytenis a call today. You'll be glad you did.
