Jen is simply the best. Not only was she referred to us by some friends, but she still keeps in touch with us. She treats us like friends and cares about how we are doing even a year after we bought our home. She took us to a ton of open houses and showing before we found the house of our dreams. We are in love with our house and the process for this house was smooth and easy. When we eventually sell this house and move to a larger house, we will go with no one else. In our minds, Jen is the only Realtor for us! read more

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our Chicago condo with Jen Schreiber as our realtor. She made the entire process incredibly smooth and low-stress. As first-time homebuyers, we relied on her opinion often--and truly trusted her guidance. Jen was extremely responsive (even submitting our offer while on vacation!) and supported us at our closing. She also has an amazing network of referrals for anything house-related, which makes each step easier. We would recommend Jen to anyone buying or selling in the Chicago area. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Jen. We had Jen lease our condo about 2 years ago and sell our condo for us this month. As first time landlords and sellers, she was thorough and patient with our many questions. She always made us feel like a priority and truly went above & beyond (even working closely with our tenant throughout the sale). Jen is honest & communicates every step of the way and we're contingent/sold our condo within days of being on the market with extremely competitive offers. We loved working with Jen and would recommend her to anyone!!! read more

Jen Schreiber is simply the best. We were clueless first time buyers. Luckily Jen is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and funny. We instantly felt like we were part of her family and that we would be able to rely on her to be real with us during the process. She helped us find a lovely historic condo and was by our side through the entire process - answering our dumb or stressed out questions and cheering us on. We always felt lighter after consulting with her. She also surrounds herself with other professionals who share her care for detail and high standards. Any recommendation she gives you will be a gem (from home inspectors, appraisers, cleaning services, attorneys) she only works with people she's personally vetted. She was our compass through this entire process and we'll never work with anyone else! read more

Jen ticked every single box when it came to what I wanted from a realtor. Her knowledge and expertise are top notch. I worked with her on the sale of my townhome. She answered any question I had within 24 hours, she offered advice on how to sell the fastest and get top dollar, was always honest, she is clearly passionate about her work, and an overall good human. It was beyond a pleasure to work with her and her team. If I ever need a realtor again, it will undoubtedly be her. read more

Jen is by far, the best agent I've ever worked with. She is so determined and works tirelessly to help you any way she can. What I also love about Jen is that we worked with her over two years ago, yet she still reaches out with information, she's still available for questions we have that come up, and she is always in solid contact with us. I wouldn't use any other agent again. She's outstanding! read more

Working with Jen through the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home was amazing. She went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. Prior to selling our unit, we were given a very detailed pricing strategy which lead to multiple offers and we went under contract above list price within the weekend we listed! Jen listened to our needs and was super flexible in seeing many, many homes in various parts of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She helped us submit multiple offers at various homes and when all was said and done we were able to find the perfect house that appraised for more than the purchase price! Additionally, Jen worked with our buyers and their agent to ensure the deal on our condo closed quickly and helped us set up a rent back option as the buyers allowed us more time to move out. Jen was incredible to work with and made the stressful situation shockingly fun! Her passion and positivity are contagious! Her work ethic is second to none and her tenacity is unbeaten. I would highly recommend Jen to clients across the Chicagoland area and wish we could work together all the time! read more

Working with Jen was the best decision we made when we were thinking of buying. She is fun, knowledgeable, and did a great job of making us feel comfortable. Her wit and humor are matched only by her professionalism, hardwork, and sincerity to help her clients. We were kinda nervous being first time buyers but she took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us get a condo that we absolutely love! We had a few hiccups along the way (as we assume everyone does) but Jen was there for every step of the way making a daunting task seem like a breeze. Its a cliche, but she really is the light at the end of the tunnel. She has our highest recommendation and is a beautiful person, inside and out. read more

Jen is an amazing realtor. She helped us sell our house, and purchase a new one and in both capacities, she went above and beyond. From the selling perspective, she listened to concerns, brought me back to Earth and has a serious eye for staging-- ultimately getting us the most in the sale of our house. On the buying side, she was tireless when it came to research, negotiating and making sure the house was in tip top shape for our move in. Our process moved very quickly beginning to end and while it could have felt a bit like whiplash-- listing a house, selling it in LESS THAN A WEEK and finding the perfect house for our family-- but at every turn Jen was confident, honest wise and supportive. I'd give her 6 stars if Yelp would let me! read more

Jennifer is quite simply an awesome real estate agent. She has deep knowledge of seemingly all of Chicago, is supportive beyond measure and makes what is often a complicated and stressful process incredibly simple. She's very professional but also fun and as a result, makes the experience fun. She has a great grasp on pricing at and her guidance with negotiation is top rate. I have both sold and bought a property with her and both experiences were nothing short of delightful (not to mention fruitful!) And she has a recommendation of equally solid vendors for virtually anything you'd need from lawyers to mortgage assistance to vendors for almost any type of home project. Again...made it so easy. I will never use anyone else and recommend her to anyone who is looking! read more

Jen was truly amazing throughout the whole process of selling our condo and purchasing our home. She made everything very easy for us and had us prepared for everything before it would come up. She made several suggestions for our condo to help it show better and we listened to her advice. The marketing material she did was very well done. From the pictures that were taken to the description she wrote for us, we were very impressed. She was able to sell our condo just days after listing with serval showings and 1 open house. We had our eye on a home we really wanted and Jen was a great negotiator for us and moved very quickly to get us the house. Jen is not only very professional but she is also just the nicest person and very fun and we felt very comfortable with her the whole time. I have already referred Jen to several people and I will continue to do so! read more

My husband and I met Jen via mutual friends, and I'm happy to say I now consider Jen a friend. She sat down with us to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home, price ranges, location, etc.. She was never pushy, gave us her honest opinions on houses we toured, and was always available via phone/email/text for any questions we had. Once we found our home, she made the buying process seamless and painless. She introduced us to amazing partners in the mortgage company, inspector, and lawyer. Jen handled the negotiations as a seasoned veteran, always getting us the best result. I don't know what more to say...she's AMAZING, both as a realtor and a human being. read more

I am so incredibly bummed that I'm moving out of Chicago and wont get a chance to use Jen's services again. Please consider Jen when selling/buying, our experience has been so perfect I can't help but sing her praises. Our story was that we had a very specific timeline and very urgent need to close quickly as well as a desire to not have to stress myself out to tears every day. (Listen, moving 600 miles with a 12 week old is hard enough, having an agent fall over herself to make things easier for you is a rare and wonderful thing.) Jen listened to everything we said, didn't bulldoze us with outrageous demands, and rolled with all the punches (including negotiating offers while I was overseas with laryngitis). I need to stop using parenthesis and just tell you if you're looking for a realtor with a great personality, down-to-earth, incredibly easy to work with as well as knowledgeable then Jen is for you. read more

Jen is an amazing realtor! When looking for our first home, we had some specific characteristics we really wanted. Jen went above and beyond to find us EXACTLY what we wanted. Throughout the searching process, Jen was constantly available and willing to meet us at any time to go for a showing or answer questions. She was a wealth of knowledge. During the buying process, she connected us with so many of her contacts to make the process smooth and easy. After we bought, Jen helped us find contractors to renovate our bathrooms. I can't say enough good things about Jen! Even one year after buying our home...Jen emailed us to remind us to apply for the homeowner's exemption with the state. When we wanted to re-finance our mortgage, we reached out to Jen and she connected us with a contact of hers making the process smooth and easy. She is wonderfully thoughtful, organized, and so easy to work with! read more

Jen recently sold my condo for me in Ukranian Village and the experience was amazing. I am not the easiest client to work with as I no longer live in the United States and Jen accommodated this entirely. From being available via Face Time at odd hours of the day, to working with tenants, to condo associations and plumbers for repairs Jen made sure that the sale of my property was handled; she literally gave me full ability to carry on with my daily life and handled every detail of the sale to perfection. I would recommend working with Jen Schreiber to anyone who will listen. She is an absolute legend! read more
