Nancy Perlman is our real estate angel. We were living in Pennsylvania but anticipating an eventual move to Chicago to be near our son's family. About July we became serious and contacted Nancy who really did her homework. We knew of her work through our son for whom she had been realtor on two of his properties. She organized our house hunting as though it were a military campaign, helping us think through the challenges of living near our son although his area tended to be high-priced.
