Craig and his team at Dream Town were FANTASTIC!!! We used him to both sell our condo and purchase our first home. He made the process so easy and seamless, and was with us every step of the way. He's a great person to be around, and you can tell that he is really passionate about what he does. We never felt pressured in any way (which cannot be said for all realtors), but we trusted Craig's years of expertise when it was needed. Our condo was in Niles and our house is in Edison Park, both areas that Craig is super familiar with, so he was able to give us excellent advice for a good sale/purchase in this market. When it came to selling our condo, Craig and his team really hit the ground running with showings and advertising our place. We managed to sell it after being public for less than a week, and got a great price for it! The stager and photographer that they use were both wonderful, and we really appreciated that Craig or someone from his team were ALWAYS present at showings, which is not always the case. We were looking for a realtor who would be a tough negotiator that doesn't put up with any nonsense, but who still truly has a our best interests at heart. During our initial meeting when we were fist interviewing realtors, Craig laid out a clear plan for us that really set us up for a successful sale, and we could tell he was just what we were looking for in a realtor. Our house hunt was a bit of a journey since it took us a bit to figure out exactly what we were looking for, but Craig was patient with us and made sure we saw everything that we wanted to see. My husband and I both trusted him to be very honest when it came to pointing out potential issues with a house, especially paying attention to what our resale value could be. He was incredibly helpful when we had to back out of a purchase due to a failed inspection (there were MANY issues under the surface that we couldn't have known about) and in the end, he truly helped us to find our dream home! As first time sellers/homebuyers, the idea of doing that in this economy and market was very scary and intimidating for us. We are SO thankful that we chose Craig and Team Fallico, and would 100% recommend them for any of your real estate needs. THANK YOU CRAIG! read more

My review will be based on actual end result achieved via Team Fallico on competence! Two words: Utmost Satisfied! We had a property for sale and they tackled it with extreme professionalism. Nick was a no-nonsense, kind, patient, utterly knowledged individual who listened patiently, then advised diligently and then "attacked" the vast market place. We signed the contract, he took the delivery of the keys, did not bother me with any trivials other than necessary feedback and took responsibility which I liked. An open house, followed by intense follow up, supported by sophisticated marketing techniques and in no time the property was sold in flying colors. They did not "bother" us unless it was totally necessary to do so. They even referred us to a fantastic real estate attorney Ivan Pulic. He was simply great handling the whole transaction seamlessly. Last but not least, Team Fallico's strength was obviously based on their immense experience and proven back log in Chicago real estate market. We thoroughly benefited and enjoyed their service to the fullest. Fine team, fine people, no pressure handling and incredible professionalism which is what we all long for. read more

As a first time buyer I really had no clue where to start and what the important questions I needed answered before putting in a offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for me or not. At first I went with an agent I had never researched but I "thought" we had a connection. I quickly realized I was going nowhere with her and found Nick Fallico after he called my office. Nick really knows what he is doing and is not pushy in anyway when coming to buying the first home we viewed. Nick has always been attentive and called me when changes have been made or to follow up with my wants for my future home. When we found my dream home he told us he would do anything he could to make this our home, and he did just that. Nicks passion is not his income, but watching people become filled with joy when finding the perfect home. Nick and his coworkers truly are a "Dream Team". He is the best of the best, and he helped me on this forever memorable milestone in my life. I am grateful for all that he has done for me and my family. read more

The absolute best team in the business. They just get it. I came to these guys with a 'needs" list the size of a 10 years old toy list to Santa, and they not only came thru, but at a lower price then I anticipated in the exact area that I wanted to be in. The amazing thing about these guys was all of the time they put into it; they showed my wife and I home after home, until they knew EXACTLY what we wanted and found it. During this process, never an email, text or phone call went by, which wasn't promptly answered! (and I sent a ton!!) Recently, I purchased a tear down property and a deal I had set up fell thru, the Fallico's jumped onto the situation and before I even had an opportunity to worry about it, it was sold! I couldn't thank these guys enough. If you are looking for an agent, you need to stop and realize that the BEST are the Fallico's!! Hard work, loyalty and never stopping till the job is done, Thank you Nick and Craig, You're truly the best!! read more

Craig and his team are just incredible. They were there for us every step of the way while selling our condo and buying our new home. Craig was always transparent in his communication, kept us informed about the market, and made sure we understood every part of the process. What really stood out to us was how professional, responsive, and organized the entire team was. They truly streamlined what could have been an overwhelming experience and made everything feel manageable and smooth. Beyond that, his team genuinely feels like a family. You can tell they care deeply about their clients and their community, and that personal touch meant a lot to us. We never felt like just another transaction -- we felt supported the entire way through. We're incredibly grateful for everything Craig and his team did for us and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

I can't say enough about Craig Fallico. We started with Craig when we bought our first home in 1985 and for every purchase and sale since both for our primary homes and investment properties. We have referred him to family, friends and extended family who in turn have done the same. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and professional and always smiling. He will never pressure you into any purchase or sale and will continue to show you house after house until you find the home that is right for you without ever making you feel you are putting him out. He will work hard for you whether you are buying a small condo or a mansion. He listens , offers professional advise and will work hard for his clients. And always with a smile. I highly recommend Craig and his team. read more

Nick recognized our dream home before we even got there, he was very in tune with what our family needed. He is very professional and at the same time, he is one you will want to have as a good friend. I will definitely use Nick again in the future and highly recommend him. We have been in our home for a year now and couldn't be more thankful to Nick. Just to add, when I first met Nick, I was looking to rent, I was impressed with how professional he was and although I wasn't ready to buy, he treated me as a client and made me feel very important. When I was finally ready, he was the only person that came to mind. Oh and I loved the fact that his father and I believe, grandfather were also real estate agents read more

After attempting FSBO for our townhouse, we decided to list it with Nick Fallico. He was responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the entire process. Nick helped us find a home to buy and then negotiate an offer that was accepted. Then it was a scramble for what to do with the townhouse we still owned. Nick screened rental applications while still showing it to potential buyers, and we ended up under contract to sell it just in time. Nick continued to make sure we made it through closing, and when things got stressful at the very end he was there to communicate with our buyer's and seller's agents to ensure we closed on time for both properties. I definitely recommend his services! read more

I have hired Craig Fallico at different times for the purchase and sale of a home. I couldn't ask for better service from Craig. He is very professional and respects his clients. Whatever you would like done in the process he will do. If the pandemic wasn't here, it would have sold in a week. It was difficult to accomplish for awhile but Craig kept plugging away and finally sold the house. He was very positive in a difficult situation. I knew that everyone would be safe when seeing the house because Craig had masks, sanitizer and reminded people of distancing. He has a saying, "Count on me." I sure have for 2 houses. If I have another transaction he will be the first one I contact. read more

I've known Nick for a few years now, and when it came time to find a new place in the city, I asked Nick. He was helpful from the get go, getting me access as the first viewer for multiple apartments, and he was there waiting for me at each showing. I ended up getting a great apartment in a high rise at the lowest negotiated rent in the building. Couldn't have asked for much more. To top it off, I had a friend that was put in a bind and had to find a place to rent on short notice. Nick had him taken care of within a week. Even took the time to mail me a "Thank you for the referral". Highly recommend for buying, selling, or renting! read more

These guys are second to none. Their knowledge of the Chicago land area is by far the best in the business. Their willingness to go above and beyond to assist in selling or purchasing a home is what makes them the top of their field. They care on a personal level that all your real estate needs are taken care of. Top of line communication, knowledge and experience . Their professionalism can't be matched in my opinion. They are THE ONLY people I would trust to honestly represent me as a seller or buyer. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my family. A wonderful experience during what is usually so stressful. read more

Craig did a fantastic job advising us along the way as we began the process of selling my mom's house; our childhood home. He is professional, engaging, sincere and honest. He gave us a timeline, advised what to do and what not to do. We got the house ready, listed and sold quickly. Craig brought in four offers and we sold for over the asking price. The entire process was extremely professional and organized. Craig and his team at DreamTown were fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling! read more

Excellent service and a pleasure to spend time with looking at houses. We used Team Fallico both to sell our PR house and buy our new home in Norwood Park. They were very patient with us considering we looked as far as Arlington Heights but I think they knew we'd end up in the City. We love our house and neighborhood! Thank you Team Fallico. read more
