That's why I confidently recommended them to someone who needed their car repaired properly after another shop did some questionable work. They really exceeded expectations. The car is over 15 years old, and when they finished, it honestly looked brand new again. The paint may not have been an exact match to the original, but the overall quality and attention to detail were impressive enough that it was easy to overlook. I will say the customer service from the lady in the office could use some improvement, as the experience there wasn't the best. However, Robert, the manager, completely turned my impression around. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a huge difference and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. He even went above and beyond and replaced the other headlight so they could both be brand new. Wow! Overall, I would recommend this shop for quality repairs and workmanship...and the car was detailed which was a great touch!

5/5 Stars -- Seriously the best spot for body work!…read more I recently had to shop around after dealing with a bent side panel on my 1995 Honda Civic EG. I requested quotes on Yelp, and while a bunch of shops sent back crazy high estimates, Legacy Body Shop totally stood out. I went in and talked to Armen, and he's just a genuinely nice guy. He actually looked at the car and checked out the damage instead of just throwing a random high number at me, and his quote was the most reasonable by far. Not only were his prices the best, but the turnaround time blew me away. I dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up by Friday--super fast! Keeping this car looking original means a lot to me, and the quality of the work is incredible. It honestly looks like nothing ever happened to it, and the paint match is flawless. They even fixed a couple of extra minor door dings without charging me anything extra! It's so hard to find an honest, family-run shop like this nowadays. Whether you're paying cash or going through insurance, do yourself a favor and check out Legacy Body Shop. Thanks again, Armen, for taking such good care of my car!

We got a few different estimates and wanted to visit different places, to not only to see who can get the job done, but also who we felt comfortable doing the job.. in addition to that, the turn around time was a factor along with the price as well. After visiting a few places we finally came to see Steve at Island Collision Center. He told us exactly what they would do and gave us a good time frame as to when the repair would be completed. Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. When we had left the shop to our final estimates... during the entire time we just felt like "why are we wasting our time", with the other places. However, we did want to do our due diligence - which we did. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. Not only did his answers satisfy our questions, the rapid response time and communication helped seal the deal for us. When Steve told us to pick up the car we were happy that we made the right decision. We dropped our car off on a Tuesday and our car was ready by Friday. If you are looking for any kind of car repair from the smallest dent to a collision, give Steve At Island Collision Center a visit! You won't regret it!
