Just called and got a quote from another shop saying they will charge $80-90 for labor if I bring my own products. So where is the extra $100 dollars for labor coming from with this company? Well, overall after checking in today and going multiple issues with my Old car... they took me in without a schedule. Immediately at Noon. They ran diagnostics for problems I experienced but couldn't duplicate. It was $169 cost, but they waives coat as they couldn't duplicate the issues. Ended up getting all Tires changed, Oil change and new battery!!! $1048?!! Oh...and they have never seen a car with tires that lasted so long. Its 2024 and the last time I changed my tires was 2007!!!! ( I don't drive that much in my classic car)heh They're a great HONEST and fair company Concerning the care of your vehicle!!! I'm Hooked!!! I get up there I was told that I have to pay for another one, they are not and my warranty isn't going to cover it. So basically, if anything goes wrong while I am paying you almost $400 a month I have to still pay to get repairs and the equipment. So, I told them I will bring there equipment back and be done with it. Ok, cool is what the employee tells me. Be mindful I just made my payment two days agonizing Thursday that was due on Friday. Today is Saturday. So I ask do I get my monies back cause I paid and I am not using the equipment. I was told no, we keep that money. So to everyone please don't go here. To say he pays attention to detail is an understatement of epic proportion. Being new to the area, I took a chance on his shop that hasn't been around long and has no reviews and it was the best decision I could have made. He thinks of EVERYTHING and wants to make sure his customer is satisfied with his work. He uses the finest products too, I'm so used to my car being detailed and slipping on my new, shiny seats and running boards, but not with his products; everything looks amazing and shiny without the cheap feel of it being slick and slimy.
