Andrew and Trent were simply outstanding. When I first picked up my car after an insurance claim repair, the paint match wasn't quite what I had hoped for. I took the car anyway, but they assured me I could come back if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Honestly, I didn't really believe it at the time. Over the next few months, the difference in color on the bumper began to bother me more and more. Eventually, I left a negative review on Google. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Trent, inviting me back to have the bumper repainted. Skeptical, but hopeful, I decided to give them another chance. From the moment I arrived, Andrew and Trent treated me not as a "problematic customer," but as someone whose concerns genuinely mattered. They listened, reassured me, and stood behind their work. I just picked up my car, and I couldn't be happier. The paint looks fantastic, and the whole experience has completely changed my perspective. I have removed the negative review and I'm replacing it with this one simply to express my gratitude to these outstanding individuals and the entire team who took part in this process. They've earned my respect and appreciation by exemplifying true customer service excellence. Until next time--hopefully not too soon!

Business built on deception and lies…read more I came in asking for a quote to fix damages. He quoted me for $1700 to fix the damages without replacing anything. I consult with family on whether to have the dealership fix and replace the damages to 100% or let JNT do it since everything will be covered by insurance. I decided to call Mitchell and inform him that I would be choosing to let the dealership handle the repairs. Mitchell assured me that he can do exactly what the dealership does, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I'd rather help small businesses. This was during the pandemic when small businesses were hurting as well. Knowing what I know now, I would have opted to not choose his services because they are a SCAM. The complete date was set for a Tuesday two weeks out, the car was not finished until Thursday of that same week (two days after the original complete date), which is no big deal. I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that it was kind of dirty, even after I waited for his team to wash, so I went to the car wash right after. I noticed the car was still dirty even after the car wash. Upon further inspection, I realize that the entire car is covered in overspray. I'm confused about what he was painting since he told me he was going to replace the damaged part just as the dealership would have. I also noticed that one of the rims that was on the quote to be refinished was also not done. I return to him and explain what I've found. He took off the wheel and sent it to be refinished. Even though he had the truck for two weeks. I begin to notice the contours on the "fixed" side didn't match the contours on the undamaged side- which sparked more interest in what was going on. I asked him about it. His explanation was that the part came from the factory unpainted, so he had to paint it himself. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to come forth and be transparent with me just as I was transparent with him. I have audio recording of him admitting that he lied to me, he even offered to redo all of the work. Except, how do you trust someone after they've lied to you? Also, while my car was at his shop, my passenger front door showed signs of someone trying to pry themselves in (top of the door was bent outward). I dropped off my vehicle for him to remove the overspray. The buff job done to my vehicle to remove overspray is extremely subpar. There was so much damage to my top coat, I could see the swirl marks of where he went over with the buffer (entire truck). Also, the top of my vehicle still has overspray. After the poorly done overspray removal, I noticed that the part he "replaced" was a different shade of black compared to the rest of the vehicle was. If he would have charged me for the original quote of $1700 for the work he did, I would not be upset, but he charged me for the whole insurance check of $2800. He offered to give me $50 (which he never did), but $50 for what? I am extremely upset with this business and it's almost been over a year since I've dealt with this business and I am still livid at the way they operate. I have pictures to support my claims, as well as audio recording of our in person conversation of me confronting him about the repairs and his admittance to lying to me. Please refrain from giving these people your business. I've read the other reviews on here as well as Google and the good reviews are from all women. Not to come off as misogynistic, but we all know how predatory places like these can be towards women. Tried to help this man and his business from the good of my heart and ended up getting burnt. I will never return again, hopefully my review will save someone time, money, and mental stress.

JNT is by far one of the best businesses I have gone to for anything car related not just for body repair. The guy is simply a magician. You can no longer tell that my car was involved in any collision and he did it at half the price and five times the speed as anywhere else I looked at. Not only that but he was the only person that was willing to give me estimates over the phone by sending him pictures rather than have to take my car in. He was willing to fix things that most places would have just replaced and that saves a lot of money. This is a family run business and they're willing to work with you and they don't have the overhead of some of those larger companies that have a large office staff. I don't need that and I don't need to pay for those things. The owner is incredibly skilled learned it as a family trade. He understands what you're going through when you get in a wreck and that you don't want to deal with all the hassle, he just fixes it. And he does it fast. I droped the car off first thing in the morning and it was done by 3 o'clock. I don't think the other guys could've even got parts in that amount of time. I've now had two cars, one right after the other, repaired by Georgia Luxury Auto (GLA). I'll…read morenever go anywhere else. Here's why... The first car was done perfectly and on time. The second car was a whole other story because of complicated insurance issues. My wife was hit by the semi of a shipping company at night. I gave the info to GLA and the process began. And then the insurance process hit a great big snag. The first problem was the shipping company needed to determine whether they were going to cover the claim or their driver's own insurance, based on what they were doing at the moment of impact. Were they delivering packages? Were they done for the day, off the clock, and just driving home? So that took an inordinate amount of time -- not GLA's fault, of course. Then Garrett, the Estimator at GLA, submitted everything to the insurance company the at-fault people decided would cover the claim. If that insurance company were as diligent as Garrett was in trying to move things forward, it would have been done at least a week earlier. As it stood, the insurance company didn't pay much attention to the emails Garrett sent them and dragged their feet, resulting in delays for GLA. After days of not getting needed responses from the insurance company, Garrett had had enough. He escalated the issue to the owner of all the GLA locations, they worked out a plan to force things into motion, and it worked. The parts were ordered, the work started, and I could finally relax. The mark of a great repair company is not that it does everything perfect every time because that cannot happen; reference W. Edwards Deming's Red Beads Experiment for a great example. No, the mark of a great repair company is how they respond to and manage ANY issue, regardless of whoever is actually responsible, in the damage-insurance-parts-repair ecosystem. GLA resolved problems they shouldn't have had to resolve because they were the responsibility of other companies, but they managed them anyway. GLA -- especially Garrett -- tore through the spiderweb of other people's problems and got the job done. Bottom line: I don't know how the personnel of any repair company could have done more to earn my repeat business. GLA has it.
