This was the second auto body repair CC did on my car, same car! Two different accidents. In this one a driver blindsided my Jeep in the passenger side and did ~$4000 damage. I put off writing this review because I was hoping they would make things right. My overall experience with Classic Collision in Kennesaw was not ideal. In late June, I clipped a deer while in KY. Fortunately, the damage was relatively minor (busted blinker, dent in front fender, busted windshield). The first red flag should have been that they scheduled me to bring in the vehicle on July 5 when they were closed. I made a new appointment for July 8. At that time, the service agent told me it would take until July 31 (minimum) to have it repaired. I explained that wouldn't work for me since I had to pay for a rental (don't ask -- agent made an error). Initially, I wanted to leave with my vehicle and find someone else, but the service agent told me that it was unlikely I would find anyone who would do it sooner and they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Reluctantly, I left it. At first, I was encouraged when I received a text 2 days later that said they were working on it. Then I received a text saying it would be ready the following Wednesday. That was great since it was only a week. Except it wasn't. And it wasn't ready for 2 more weeks. Ultimately, it was there for 21+ days. Apparently, the body work was pretty minor and was done within 4 days. It took the rest of the time to replace the windshield. The first one they ordered (aftermarket) would not calibrate despite multiple tries. The second one wasn't in a box (?!?!). Finally, they got the third one in and I was finally able to pick it up. Btw, during the 3 weeks it took for the repairs, it became increasingly difficult to get updates. Twice I physically went to the repair shop after not receiving callbacks. At one point, I made up an excuse to get something out of my vehicle to make sure it was actually there. Additionally, although I reached out to the GM via email 3 times, I never received an acknowledgement. I'm positive I sent my emails to the correct address because I asked for his card at the shop and they did not bounce back. In case you thought that was it though, it was not. A week after I picked it up, the lane assist etc. stopped working. After doing a little research, I discovered it was most likely due to a problem with the windshield calibration. I called the service agent and made an appointment for a few days later. I was told that I had to be there at a certain time because they use a mobile glass guy (one of the reasons the original replacement took so long) or it would not be fixed. On the day of the appointment, I left work 4 hours early and arrived 15 minutes early. There was just one problem. The service agent didn't tell the mobile glass guy I was going to be there and he was also not there. Fortunately, they were able to get the glass guy to stop what he was doing and come to the shop. While I was getting that done, I pointed out that the molding over the fender that had been replaced had already started popping out. It was at this point, I also found out that it was an aftermarket replacement and sometimes they don't quite line up. I was assured that a replacement would be ordered. However, to this date, I have not been contacted. And, I am now having a problem with another piece of the molding (bottom of door) also coming loose. I will attempt to contact them once more. However, I am quite over it. I selected this place because I had read good reviews online and we all know that people usually only leave reviews when they are bad. I was referred/sent to CC in Nov 2024 for a warranty paint issue. At that time, Darryl looked at the vehicle, wrote up a service order and said he would contact me with a remediation date...I never heard back. So, in January 2025, I called several times, and Darryl said they were on it and that Beau would give me call right back. Beau never called so I kept calling, finally reached Beau and he said he'd speak with Darryl and call me back. Again, that call-back never occurred and whenever I did call, they were 'not available'. I guess they got tired of me calling so they finally did reply back in March 2025 with "we no longer are honoring the warranty." My only question back to CC is "why didn't you remediate the issue when you did honor it?" I will never refer this company to anyone. read more

Horrible service. They cant even afford 10 minutes to give you a quick estimate on your car. Clearly means they aren't confident in their abilities to do a quick diagnostic like other shops. We have a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica that CC repaired on the front passenger-side exterior damage. CC did a great job repairing the damage; however, they neglected to put the chrome trim back on the outside of the door. I did not notice the missing chrome until about two months later. When I called back and reported this to Classic, they stated they will check in and reach back out to me but they never did. read more

I've had the worst time with this place. They were nice and extremely helpful but didn't take responsibility for any of the damages they caused. I had front end damages from an accident that pulled my whole front bumper off. I feel like I left with more damage than repair. Let me list the things that happened. 1. They just left my car out so someone tried to break in it and scratched and bent my door and the inside frame is all gashed from whatever they stuck in there. When I brought it to their attention, they said it was like that when they got it. Lie. 2. I was told they took pictures of my car upon arrival. So to confirm the damage was done when they got the car, I asked for the pictures. They sent me the pictures that I had just sent them of the issues in #3. 3. When I got my car back, the turn signal light just popped out and was hanging because they didn't secure it. 4. They cut a connector for the shutters out of my car because "when we looked it up, it said you didn't have one." So why was there a connector there if I didn't have one and why would you remove it if it was there when you got the car?? 5. When I took it back to get the connector issue corrected, they just twisted the wires together and out electrical tape over it. Poorly done job. It got wet because tape isn't any kind of protection and shorted out causing my fuse to blow. Fast forward to today, I'm at my dealership having the half-assed work they did, done right. I should've just brought it to the dealership in the first place. Lesson learned. I hope this saves someone from what I went through. read more

Although the work was done properly, the whole process of getting three pieces of trim replaced on my car took a total of two months from initial estimate to final repair. First, we had to wait for the parts which somehow took 3 weeks to come in even though other local shops said it would only take a few days, then it took them a week to install the parts probably cause they didn't start until three days after I dropped my car off even though I specifically made my appointment after the parts came in so I didn't have to wait as long. During this whole process a pair of prescription sunglasses I left in my car had gone missing and when I confronted them about it I got a "a manger will follow up" next thing you know it's two weeks later and nothing. Summary: Yes they did the work correctly, but took forever and they don't do a good job keeping you informed on the process, and make sure you remove all your valuables from your car cause they will go "missing" read more

Bad review because of their lack of COVID precautions. Absolutely no COVID safety measures are taken - no staff are wearing masks, including when you go into the office and speak to the receptionist. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. I read through some of the negative reviews here and it's shocking how it is exactly what I experienced. My vehicle was in to Repair damage on driver door and some damage on rear driver side door. The paint job on the door turned out good. However do not bring your vehicle here unless you are willing to keep your vehicle there for an extended amount of time. they billed Me labor for a part that was handed to me to self install. Still waiting for a part for the past 2 months ( wheel cover) that they claim to have ordered but I checked with Tesla and it is available (7 day ship). I'm still waiting on manager to get back to me about refunding me so that I can order myself. I spoke to her weeks ago and she has not returned my call. I will never take my car here again. I would give zero stars if I could. They don't work promptly - my car was there for two months. They answer the phone, but no one is ever available and no one ever returns your calls. I was given several different completion dates, that they could never meet. There was always a new excuse. Once they finally returned my car to me after two months the repair work was incomplete! There was damage to the front of my car and I was told that it was there when I dropped off the car which isn't true. I left with more damage to my car than before the repairs. WARNING - DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! A deer jumped into my wife's 2020 Tesla Model X (my point behind this is this is a 5 month old ve, hitting the windshield and causing a minor scratch on the car. We brought the vehicle here to be repaired and regret doing so. After picking it up (on a rainy day) I did a quick inspection and the scratch and windshield looked fine. After getting home I realized they didn't put the pillar lining back up fully (it was a simple clip) and the passenger door wouldn't open within prying it open. I called and told them and talked to who I'm told is the customer service manager (Adrien) who told me they would fix the clip but they didn't do anything to the door so that would need to be an insurance claim. I explained that the door opened on the tow truck (I had to grab a couple things) and I'm sure they had to open the passenger door to repair the vehicle, which she responded "we never once opened that door". I asked how the evaluated the damage (the scratch was right next to that door) without opening the door. She said they didn't need to. Anyways, later that afternoon the General Manager calls me back and says "no, the door was opened because I personally opened it to vacuum the car." He told me to bring it up and they'd fix it. I told him I had a short trip planned but would bring it up after. Fast forward a few days, I'm driving on a short trip and need windshield washer fluid - to my surprise, it's not working. I stop to fill it up and it's still not working, that's when I realize they missed putting a screw back in to hold trim under the hood AND didn't hook the windshield wiper fluid tank back up. Anyways, I bring the vehicle back and was told by the General Manager that "it wasn't us, it was our windshield repair company". Take responsibility for your repairs - even if it were a vendor you use. I went through you, paid you, have documents (including a lifetime satisfaction guarantee) from the repairs you (whether it was you or someone behind the scenes) - OWN YOUR REPAIRS. read more

I got my car repaired here on a Monday and they did a great job. Their customer service skills are great. They'll offer you bottled water or coffee while you wait on the inspector to look over your damages. I did my claim through Geico, so I was covered for a rental car, and this shop conveniently has an enterprise agent available so you don't have to wait for anyone to have to bring you a rental car. Everything was done so fast from start to finish that day. My car was dropped off and I was leaving the shop to get to work in less than 30 minutes I had to get my bumper replaced completely with a few other minor repairs and I was able to get my car back that Thursday, and the best part was that they detailed my car also. I most definitely will use this body shop the next time I have any issues with my car due to the great experience I had with them on this occasion. read more

During a crazy wind storm, my driver's side door blow blew back and hyper extended (like an umbrella turning inside out). It was impossible to close the door after that. I managed to get it to Classic Collision late on a Friday afternoon. After deciding I had to leave it there, I was paired with Paula, who was a dream. She partnered me with a tech, Victor, who managed to get my door functional in AN HOUR for about $50. I was seriously amazed (after initially being told the door would have to come off to do a proper estimate). Paula graciously worked with my request for function vs form and no one made me feel uncomfortable that the inside of my car looks like I live in there. Be careful! Steer away from a place that has relationships with insurance companies!! Nissan Town Center referred me to this shop. Initially, I thought this was a great place, until I found out they fooled and deceived me! They gave me back my car in an unsafe structural state! The structure is so out of line that it effects my safety. They horribly pieced back my car with the wrong type screws and covered up the damage with bondo instead of replacing the parts. Found out that if they had replaced the parts like they should have, my car would have been declared totaled! This location was trying to get Progressive in their shop so they did a cheap, unsafe repair job on my car in order to win their business. If a collision place is needed again, we will not use this location. Upon picking up my car, I found smoked cigarettes in my car. I immediately notified the staff and decided to check my trunk. Upon opening my trunk there was an old dirty comforter in my trunk. The manager confirmed a homeless man was squatting in my car!!!! Seriously!!! And, when my husband called him back to discuss the issue, he couldn't remember which car it was. There were several people, evidently, that had this same issue. read more

This was my 1st time taking my car here for a repair but I have to say that I am pretty fed up with this place! I don't mean to give a bad review but more so to let the consumers know what I had to go thru. I took my 2012 Infinit G37 IPL back three times and still didn't get it right. It took longer than expected and after being called the 1st time stating it was ready, I left there just to find out there were more problems wrong with my car because of the poor work of putting pieces back together. Whoever worked on my door did not put everything back in place. I spoke with the manager and he stated it was already like that when I brought it in but its funny because that wasn't the problem I had when I took my car in. I spoke with the VP, and thank goodness he gave me his word and yes they kept the car there to clean up the mess they made, which was very professional on his part. Needless to say, that when that was done and I was called for pick up, I'm only left with another problem. I ended up with a leak near the rear side mirror, I emailed the VP and again took the car in and they said nothing was wrong. Now I'm left with the headache of going back n forth just to get this right so I took it to another place and they had to fix someone's mistake or careless work. I brought my wife's Subaru Legacy in after an incident with a deer. While the repairs appeared to be satisfactory, my wife had noticed that the passenger side steering responsive fog light was not illuminating the road. While the light did turn on, the fog light housing itself was loose and pointing down. I sent an email to get this issue resolved and was told to bring it in. When I brought it in, I explained the issue and the car was taken into the garage. A while later, it was brought out and said it was fixed and the adjuster had popped out. My wife said it was better, but not the same as before. I recently drove it and did notice that the adjustment was off. I went to adjust the angle with no luck, as the adjuster screw just spun. When I pulled out the fog light assembly it was clear that Classic Collision had just glued the housing to the bracket. The quality of work is clearly disappointing and even worse being lied to when asking what the issue was with the fog light. Shoddy work. read more

After a deer ran into me on the back roads from Kennesaw to Dallas. My insurance company told me they only work with certain centers and classic was one of them. I took my brand new BMW X5, purchased 2 or 3 months prior, there for a headlight to be repaired and they stripped my car stole my bumper. headlight, stole the screws that hold down the back seat, took the grill,destroyed the blinker and made it totally illegal to drive. All I wanted was for the headlight to be repaired and now I have a car that is legally not drivable that I just paid for because of IAM MORRIS and I have documents and pictures to prove how shady they are and how they will take your new luxury vehicles. They are shady criminals. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED they totaled my car out over 3,000 in labor! The employees were very friendly, And when I picked it up I thought the work looked pretty good. But it was a very minor repair, Just a replacement of the front bumper cover. But then I had a headlight bulb go out. I took it to another shop to have the headlight bulb replaced. They found several screws and bolts and clips missing. I was very upset to hear that. We used CC for a repair and did not challenge the cost. That was a mistake. Went back for a second repair and was shocked at the estimate. The list of repairs was extensive for the minor damage to repair. Took the car to the factory dealer to check the cost. $2100 turned to $750, maybe $950 depending on hidden damage. Do yourself a favor and check other body shops to prevent burning your hard earned money. If you want some water or coffee for twice the price, it's your money. If you think their manufacturer certifications mean they will do a great job for a fair price, you are mistaken. read more

If you value the integrity of your car, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS BUSINESS. State Farm recommended I take my 2012 Volkswagen CC to this shop to fulfill an insurance claim. Not only did Classic Collision of Kennesaw do a subpar job of communicating to me what was going on, but they actually damaged components of the car that weren't even involved in the claim. After picking up the car and immediately taking it to a VW dealership to have it inspected, I was shocked at the damage to the interior door card, the speaker grill, the interior clips, the key fob and the steering wheel. All this occurred under the care of Classic Collision of Kennesaw. After returning my car to them and the business having my car for almost a week, simply for them to tell me that they won't be repair the steering wheel or the key fob, the general manager Ike Johnson CLAIMED that he had taken my car and key fob to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw and the service manager had told him that the damage to my steering wheel was from wear and tear and a pre-existing problem. When I reached out to to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw (because I have a relationship with the service manager and with the dealership), the service manager stated to me that Mr. Ike Johnson's claim of having reached out to the dealership was FALSE. They had NEVER communicated anything about the issue to the dealership, they had NEVER brought my key fob in for repairs, and they had NEVER brought the car in for inspection of the steering wheel.
