After being in an accident for the first time, and not knowing at all what to do; Subaru recommended Classic Collision for fixing out car. CC's Stephen Kish was more than a great help, he helped us more than out insurance company did. They did an excellent job on the car and it was completed earlier than first estimated. DO NOT TRUST CLASSIC COLLISION WITH YOUR VEHICLE. This shop is a complete scam--negligent, dishonest, and utterly incompetent. If you value your safety, your time, or your money, go anywhere else. I brought in my 2023 vehicle with less than 25,000 miles after an accident that only affected the undercarriage--yet despite keeping my car for nearly a month, Classic Collision still failed to repair it properly and returned it to me twice in unsafe condition. After getting my car back, it was still making the same shaking noise when turning--even though Classic claimed they had repaired the axle. Unsurprisingly, when I took my vehicle to the DEALERSHIP, they confirmed that BOTH axles needed to be replaced--meaning Classic Collision completely failed to do the job they were paid for. This is absolutely appalling. Adding to their pattern of deceit, I have yet to receive the customer feedback link they supposedly send after service. Given their complete lack of professionalism, I can only assume this is a deliberate attempt to prevent me from sharing my experience and silencing negative feedback. If they were truly confident in their work, they wouldn't be afraid of customer reviews. So let's recap what this shop put me through: Held my car hostage for nearly a MONTH--yet still failed to fix it. Tried to return my car TWICE in unsafe condition Completely ignored a critical axle issue, despite all accident damage being to the undercarriage. Charged insurance an extra $2,800 for a repair that was NEVER completed. Admitted to using old, defective parts just to replace them later. Wasted weeks of my time and still failed to fix the problem. Failed to send a feedback link, likely to avoid accountability. Dealership confirmed BOTH axles still needed replacing--after Classic supposedly "fixed" them. This is a 2023 vehicle with under 25,000 miles--there is NO EXCUSE for this level of incompetence. This shop is an absolute disgrace. They will waste your time, take your money, risk your safety, and gaslight you into thinking they've done their job when they haven't. At this point, I wouldn't trust these people to pump my gas, let alone touch my vehicle again. Classic Collision should not be in business. Classic Collision came highly recommended by Infiniti of Gwinnett. I'm not impressed with their level of service or competence to repair vehicles. Please do not go here. Run as fast as you can. My vehicle has been with this company for over 30 days. They have had my vehicle 43 days, to be exact. The General Manager called me after I filed a complaint on his location with corporate and said he would call me back with an update. He couldn't provide an assistance. How can you be a General Manager and not know what's going on at your location. I went into the office Monday, December 18, 2023, to speak with him and waited 3 hours for him. How convenient, for him to be in a meeting for three hours. Yet, they aren't resolving any issues and don't know what's going on in the body shop. They said my vehicle would be ready on December 6th. They were waiting to have it recalibrated. A week later, I'm told they are waiting for an antenna. An antenna, they damaged, and I'm being penalized for their negligence. The antenna is on back order with no ETA. I'm paying for a rental out of pocked ($350 a week), because they have had my vehicle over the 30 days the insurance company allows for rental cars. They haven't offered me anything to help with this transition. No loaner, no financial assistance for a rental vehicle and I continue to get a different answer every time I speak to Tristan. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. I would have preferred the insurance company totaled the vehicle rather than deal with this company. I called the corporate location and was told the Regional or District Manager "Chris Brown" would contact me, and he's a joke as well. Please do your due diligence when searching for a collision company to repair your vehicle after an accident. This company has cost me more money, than I should've paid for the services required. I have filed a numerous complaint against them. I have filed with the State of Georgia Attorney General, as well as a federal complaint to have them investigated. Who would've thought, I would have to deal with this issue during the holidays. A time of peace and love and I'm being stressed out. They need to be fined and shut down. Lying about repairs, the time frame to have the vehicle repaired and returned, trying to get the insurance company to cover damage they did while making so called repairs. I could go on, but they're not worth it. I'm calling my attorney tomorrow to start the process of a lawsuit against them. Do not got go here! I dropped my car off on a Thursday, the 22nd of August. Friday, the 31st of August they told me that morning that it would be ready on that same day. 45 minutes before they closed I asked about an update. She did not answer and they were closed the following Monday because of Labor Day! On Tuesday morning they informed me that they were doing the same thing to the car on that Tuesday that they were supposed to have completed on the 28th of August and said that I'd be read by the 5th of September. Camilla has been lying about the status of my car every time I have asked about it by playing word games. read more

After my review, I was contacted by Mr. Jim Godsted, the general manager. He asked me to stop by when I had time so that he could look at my car personally. After meeting with him, he wanted me to make a follow-up appointment so that his guys could re-assess and fix the issue. That appointment was today, and Mr. Godsted had gone above and beyond for the entire process. He had the issue corrected, and even provided me with transportation to my work place while it was fixed. The level of professionalism, care, and genuine concern Mr. Godsted showed through this whole process was nothing short of fantastic. RUN, RUN to the next nearest Collision Center. This place has had my vehicle for 20 days now, they have yet to even look at it, inspect it, or offer ANY information on repairs and timelines. They have not returned one single phone call, email or request for updates in 2 weeks. At this time, they wont even begin the repairs, but the lack of communication is BEYOND HORRENDOUS and APPALLING!!!!! I just want a phone call or an update with someone who can tell me the TRUTH about when they will look at it and begin repairs. DAILY reviews will follow!!! 20 days is beyond long enough to inspect and provide information. If they were too busy at the time I took the vehicle to them, they should have told me. But instead they told me when it was taken to them, it would have been inspected in 2 days. Had a big job. Car was nearly totaled. Classic collision quoted 2 weeks for the repair. Them repairing the car made me nervous bc it was a fairly new, high end luxury sports car that I felt was beyond their abilities to adequately repair. They assured me that no job was too big. Fast forward to 6 weeks later. Car still not repaired. Cruise control not working. Cosmetic damage to my brake calipers. Calipers were patched up poorly. They refused to replace what they had damaged. During this time: Poor communication. Sloppy work (more on that later). Completely inaccurate timeframes. Different answers from different people. Fast forward 5 months. I have some minor issues with my car and take it to the dealer under warranty. Dealer inspects the car and shows me ripples in the car frame and body panels that were not repaired. Clips on the center console were broken (from improper removal at Classic Collision), some poor paint overgrowth causing cosmetic blemishes. Worst of all, Classic Collision reported inaccurate damage on their repairs and inspection. This made it into the Carfax. Long story short, they're bush league. Not professional enough to take on serious jobs and correct all issues. Not patient enough to perform repair work to factory specs. Look elsewhere. I had to sell this car BC of this. read more

Getting your car repaired is never fun, but accidents happen. I've been in to this place four times with different vehicles that have been hit from behind. The lobby of the facility is very nice and you don't feel like you're in a typical repair shop. The service when you come in is top notch, though they are busy so you might have to wait 5-10 minutes. Whether I'm paying for the repair and settling up with the insurance after, or the other driver's insurance is paying up front the end result is the same, service and quality. I've also had situations where the damage was more severe than the insurance adjuster was able to determine. Classic Collision handled dealing with the insurance company for me. They also have a good relationship with Enterprise and can have you setup with a rental in no time. If your insurance is paying for the rental be sure to have a confirmation code so there will be a car waiting for you. I've dealt with Progressive's drop off service for car repair and this is almost as hassle free. read more

When I picked up the car it a washed and vacuumed. Very friendly staff. Someone had backed into me. There wasn't any major damage but needed bumper repair, alignment and paint. Someone collided with my side view mirror on my car and ruined the paint as well as the rim of the mirror. It was simple to bring in my car and get a quick estimate. It wasn't too bad of pricing to get my mirror cover replaced. Immediately, the ordered my car parts and were able to install the new mirror cover the following week (under 30 minutes). I can't speak for their collision repair jobs as I only needed to have a pair of mirrors painted to match my car. I was quoted $50 for each mirror (which was far cheaper than I expected) and that it would only take one day for them to complete. I called the next day and they were ready to be picked up. The paint job is perfect; matches 100%! Travis was great to work with and I'm highly impressed with not only the quality and the price, but also the next day turn around. read more

They lost my car. They left it unsecured, sitting out front with the key inside for several days. Haley lied and said she didn't receive my car until I showed her proof of her signature. Crystal repeatedly told me that my car was there but when questioned after the police were involved, she said she never saw my car. Chris Madsen, the Regional Manager, called and didn't apologize, but said they weren't responsible for my car. Whatever you do, don't take your car there. Classic Collision came highly recommended by Hennessy Lexus but I'm not impressed at all! First of all I dropped my truck off on February 2nd and was told that the repairs would be completed by February 11th by 5:30pm. That soon turned in to February 12th at 5:30. Well I never received a call or text so I had to reach out to them instead. I was told my vehicle wouldn't be ready until Monday. Well I'm self employed and I lost income both days because I had to reschedule my clients. I'm most disgusted because this is a brand new vehicle and I've only driven it three times! Home from the dealership, back to the dealership to pick up paperwork(where someone hit me from the back) and to Classic Collision. I'm about to make my first payment and I've only driven the vehicle once(not their fault but geeez!) and oh yeah I was saving the icing on the cake for last.... the vehicle still isn't ready because they put the glass in wrong. Now who does that? And why wasn't I informed until now? Now they can't install the glass until Wednesday and that still doesn't mean it will be completed. Talk about pissed? Proceed with caution when dealing with this company and I have a few choice words for Hennessy Lexus for even highly recommending Classic Collision. This body shop might look nice but be aware if you have a low mileage car and it has potential to be resold for money. To make the story short, insurance adjuster estimates damages at $1400 but the shop claims that there's a lot more damages found when they disassembled it. So they estimated the damages to be around $6000. I'm wondering why the big estimate difference for just a minor hit on the back bumper. So insurance refuses to have it fixed because according to them it's not worth it but they just want to pay you the total car value amount and take your car even though you don't want the money and rather just get it fixed. Called the manager and see if he would be able to work something out with the insurance but seems like he didn't give a care and never got a call back. At this point I feel like this shop is working with the insurance company and doing something that is not honest. In the end we lost our car and just got a check for an average value of the car which we couldn't even go out and buy another car like the one we had. We were a victim of a car accident, we lost our car and had no right to pick what we wanted to do. I don't know what's going on in that shop and insurance people. Something just doesn't sound right. So think twice before you let them touch your car. read more

On October 26th I dropped off my 2015 Subaru Outback with Classic Collision to repair minor bumper damage that occurred when someone hit my car in a parking lot and drove away without notifying me. The good news: the repaired bumper, at least on the exterior, looked like it did when new. The bad news: When I got in the car to drive it home on Friday, the steering wheel was adjusted up as far as it would go. Odd. When I adjusted the steering wheel to its normal position and started the car, the gear shift knob came off in my hand! I walked back in the office with the knob in my hand and the service rep (Rick) just shook his head and said "we have never had that happen before." He asked if I would leave the car for repair and I declined as I was not comfortable trusting my car to Classic Collision for the repair. I carefully drove the car to Gwinnett Subaru who diagnosed the problem as a missing ring that holds the gear shift together. The ring was ordered and I carefully drove home. When I reached my driveway and tried to turn off the ignition, the key would not come out and the engine could not be turned off. BACK to the dealership where the car remained for a full check out. After parts arrived and the car was repaired, I was able to pick up the car four days later. The day that I picked up the car at Classic Collison, I left a voice mail for the General Manager. I have yet to receive a call back. I spoke with the service rep again and still no resolution to what happened. To make matters more confusing, the day before I picked up the car from Classic Collision, I received voice mail call from a female employee who said my car had been taken to the Subaru dealership to repair a seatbelt light that would not go off. After much investigation (no one at the dealership had seen my car prior to my bringing it in), the Classic Collision rep said that the call was meant for another person who had a car in for repair. I have never received any explantion about why my steering system was damaged. A call from the General Manager would have been appreciated. Customer service at Classic Collision is seriously lacking! "Steer" clear of this place. My car was working perfectly fine, it just had a rear bumper with minor damage when I dropped it off and the steering system was damaged when I picked it up! I lost the use of the car for days, feel that the car was abused and still wonder if other things will start falling off. All this and the car only has 7000 miles of use and is 9 months old! read more

I had two cars repaired and painted at Classic Collision. They do horrible work. They painted only a portion of my Mercedes CLK 320 and blew out the front windshield. They replaced my windshield with an after market windshield and did not tell me about the damage. I guess I did not learn my lesson the first time, so I took my BMW to get it fixed. The paint was not matched properly and the some dings were left in the car. I would advise anyone thinking of getting their car repaired/painted to take it somewhere else. read more

After going to Sports and Imports for years, they became rude, condescending and unprofessional when the owner's daughter took over. She told me to go somewhere else when I wouldn't agree to pay for any charges that were not covered by the insurance of the driver who hit me. So I did. I went to Classic Collision and the service was great! My car was finished on time and better yet, they gave me timely updates in its repair status. Also, I didn't have to sign a blank check saying I would cover costs that they felt compelled to charge. I will definitely go there again! Absolutely ridiculous experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only things you should expect would be a headache, Zero accountability, missed deadlines, awful communication and terrible customer service. I chose them for a repair and should have known what I was dealing with when after the estimate and before the parts were ordered or in, they told me to bring the car in. What?! For what? They didn't have an answer. They decided my point was valid. Order the parts, call me when they are in, and I'll bring the car in for a quoted 3 day repair. On a Monday, they said bring the car on Thursday, that's when the parts will be in. I gave them till the following Monday. I Called them....NO PARTS. Also....no answers or eta. It took a week more before they got what they needed and I had to call to follow up and confirm with them every time. They said the car would be done by Friday. Lie. No warning, no call, no explanation. I called to confirm I could pick up, only to be told it would be ready Tuesday. I was told they'd call back with an explanation. Friday evening came and went and the manager Chris never called back. Tuesday came and went. No car. No call. Wednesday morning, I get the oops...."Just realized no one called , car will be ready after 2." No sorry. No explanation why this took days longer than promised. Nothing. I am beyond disgusted with this place. I don't even trust the quality of work to the car. ....how can I? They couldn't do the simple things right. read more

They did everything they could to help me deliver the car and then pick me up when the car was completed. I did not have a rental car! My Car Nissan Altima 2006 was rear impacted by other vehicle. Other involved vehicle damaged to a point it looked to me may have been total loss. After Classic Collision repaired my car and I questioned about mismatch on Door and Quarter Panel, I was told that this damage was not because of this accident. The guy I am working with seems to have no technical knowledge or visibility. I am qualified mechanical engineer. I indicated that because of this accident, rear wheel alignment got damaged substantially and how can that guy say that "this damage is not part of this accident". This place has no clue and explanation how this door/rear Quarter panel gap exist. Even could not figure out either door or rear quarter panel is damaged or both.My vehicle had never a repair done on the side of discussion.I am very disappointed. We got out brand new Jeep Cherokee too close to the garage door and gouged the bumber. Picked it up from Classic Duluth last night (06/23) and the results were very unprofessional. There was a new scratch on teh bumper and a small divot your could see and feel where they made teh repair. There were additional scratches where they buff the finish out and residue that was not removed. I am a VERY unhappy camper as in the past I would have HIGHLY recommended this place. The BBB gives them an F rating. I took the dealerships word that they would do a good job. I took my Infiniti FX 35 to this shop and I received poor service and damage to my leather seat when I went to pick it up. They said they had pictures that the damage was there when I brought it in; however State Farm had the originals from a previous date that showed no damage. I think the picture were taken after I brought it to their attention. The bottom line is my car was damaged and not repaired and I have to come out of pocket for their very poor service. One would think that if you made thousands of dollars on repairing my vehicle and you give it bad damage, one would take responsibility. read more

THEY ARE HORRIBLE...TURN AROUND AND RUN.....My 2009 JAGUAR XF has been in this shop for one month. I was told by Jim that this process would take one week. After Jim lied to me, over the last month this place has sent me emails and telephone calls regarding the completion on the work,each time over the last month they changed the date of completion. After arriving to pick up my car for front finder work on Wednesday OCTOBER 28TH. I found that the work was not only sloppy but the front finder was not aligned and it seemed like the front right finder would rip apart if I drove pass a certain speed limit.This is a severe safety hazard. Also the bumper is not aligned around the tire on both driver and passenger. After complaining I was told by Jerry that my car would be ready by Friday October 30th. On Friday Jerry leaves me a voicemail saying my car might be ready on Monday November the 2nd. At this point myself and my progressive insurance agent have called only to be transferred to voice mails repeatedly.It seems as if they have stolen my car. Also if they don't have the skilled labor to complete a Jaguar then this should have been communicated to me upfront instead of trying to collect a check.My car still isn't totally correct. read more

Worst customer service! Forget trying to get your "rep" or person assigned to your vehicle, on the phone or to give you any information on the status of your repairs. I used them a month ago for the first time and spoke to a different person every time I called up there. They treat you like a number, not a person. The body work repairs were fine, but they replaced my windshield wiper fluid tank and left it dry as a bone when they returned it to me. Changed my "expected to be ready" date 3 times. All of which, I HAD TO CALL and ask for. No one gave me status updates. Then, someone hit me weeks later and I thought, "maybe I just got a bad deal and they aren't always that way." For the simplicity of keeping all my records in one place, I decided to try them again. WRONG MOVE. They never called me to tell me when my vehicle had arrived after being towed up there, I had to call and ask multiple people. BOTH REPAIRS I NEVER ONCE SPOKE TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CAR!!! HA! After many phone calls from different people to find my car had been totaled, I had to ask when I could come by to clean out my vehicle. They didn't make any effort to guide service or experience with their company AT ALL. I showed up and no one seemed to be able to find my information, my rep, or my vehicle. 30 minutes later someone who seemed very bothered to have to deal with someone who "wasn't his customer" found my car and brought me to it. I left and STILL a week later, haven't heard a word from my actual rep. As if insurance company phone calls and finding a new car isn't bad enough, now I have to ask a repair place to do their job? I work for a car dealership and have been in customer service for 15 years. I will make sure anyone I speak to knows this place is not the place you want to go if you don't want hassle and a headache. read more

I went here to just get an estimate and Sonny Nguyen got in the car and some how broke my cup holder cover and failed to mention it. I called and the front desk and she says they do not get into vehicles. He was seen getting into the car! Asked for the keys and everything! I proceded to call my insurance company who called and spoke to the manager. They are denying that they have done any damage. It was not broke when I got out of the vehicle but was broke when I got in noticed this on my way home. It would not be such a bad experience if they would correct the wrong doing instead of denying it. I came here for an estimate and I got a broken piece to my car. I couldn't imagine coming to get my car repaired when they break things so simple as a cover and then deny it when they should repair it.
