They did a great job on my car. I couldn't even tell my car was in an accident. The damage was gone and the paint was blended seamlessly

- Do Not Bring Your Vehicle here for Insurance Repairs - This shop was the preferred repair shop for Farmers Insurance(Ken). After my BMW was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light, they completed the repairs and returned the car to me--delivered by tow truck--with suspension damage still present and a brake warning light illuminated on the dashboard. They claimed the issue was "prior wear and tear," despite the rear strut moving nearly three inches from the mount--making the vehicle undriveable. Car has not moved for 2 months since Classic Collision repaired it. Farmers Insurance, of course, denied responsibility for completing the necessary repairs. A body shop shoul advocate for you--the customer--not the insurance company. Please, for your own peace of mind and safety, find another shop. read more

I had to come back after getting my car. There was a scratch and they were able to fix it. Alan was nice enough to clean my car.

I recently had body work done on my BMW. I had quite a bit of damage in the front due to a fender bender. I was told the car needed to be in the shop for about 2 weeks Eric arranged for a rental car for me and had them pick me up To my surprise the car was ready in 6 days. They did a wonderful job . Eric had me leave the rental there and off I went Eric was so accommodating and listened to all my concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again ( hopefully I won't have to ) I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

I'd give them a zero if possible. As has been mentioned...constant delays and lies and to top it off it was given back to me with more damage than was initially there. Jared and Diana might believe their own lies but I think they enjoy getting over. Now, he blames it on Mike at Hartford stating because they are an approved shop with Hartford (shame on Hartford Insurance)they have to do what Hartford dictates with or without first notifying me-it's my vehicle! Jared was to be back to me on June 7th after looking again at my damages. He had said that Hartford denied paying when he initially asked for the same damages I pointed out. Today he had the gall to say that since my vehicle "had such little damage" he actually did me a favor! read more

I took my car to this location to get fixed. I wanted to take the car to the dealership but the insurance company assured me that this shop was some what affiliated with the dealer. the car was in the shop for almost 5 months. when I got it back the car still had issues, took the car back to them and they said they fixed the problem. A month later the Same issue came back. i been trying to get someone from classic to help me they never called me back. very poor customer service. stay away from that place they don't even deserve 1 star read more

My first review was done through Google and left directly on the site. After speaking with Dominic on April 20th, he assured me he would be the one to help me get my window fixed. He told me it sounded like I needed a new regulator, so he would order it which would he suspected it would probably arrive the following week and I would hear from him around the 25th or 26th. He assured me he would put me in a rental while the window was being fixed.....here we are May 2nd, I haven't received a call or update from him so I guess the window won't be getting fixed lol. My advice to anyone considering Classic Collision please save yourself the headache and find someone else in the end you will regret dealing with them. I feel as though the good reviews are from people they know personally who they asked to leave good reviews because these people suck ass!!! read more

Very unprofessional, lies for no reason. Something that was supposed to take 20 days takes 2 months and when you call them they tell you lies and unkept promises. I was told that the front of the car was supposed to be replaced I'm not sure they even started yet. I've lost job opportunities because I don't have a car. I'm a full time student and can't afford to take uber everyday. To get to school I have to take two buses. Stay away from them. read more
