We went to Feldmann Imports and they said they work with LaMettry to do bodywork/repairs after accidents. Both my wife & I have busy work schedules and LaMettry helped make the process easy. They communicated with our neighbor's insurance company to get a quick quote/estimate. After my wife dropped off her vehicle, they took her to enterprise to pick up her rental vehicle. During the repair process, they kept us in the loop and explained everything well. When repairs were done, my wife was able to swing by to drop off the rental vehicle at their shop and drive off in her vehicle. Enterprise then came to the shop to pick up the rental vehicle. My wife was in and out in no time. Repairs look great and they offered lifetime warranty on their work. HIGHLY recommend LaMettry for any repair needs. Service is top notch.

It's a leased car so I needed to get it fixed before my lease was up. La Mettry quoted me an insanely high price to get it all repaired. I told them I didn't want to go through insurance and they encouraged me to - I'm assuming they can get more money if customers go through insurance. I got a second opinion at a local place by work. I've used them in the past and they've always done a great job. The repairs will be less than half of what La Mettry was quoting. No insurance necessary. The less expensive place told me I was taken advantage of and that La Mettry is known for this. Steer clear.

I spoke to Dan and he gave me a quick quote, said they could squeeze me in now if I were game. I said, "heck yes!" And by 11:30 they were finished replacing my light and I was on my merry way! I cannot tell you pleased I am with their service and reactionary behavior. It's difficult at best for a woman to received honest and swift car repairs, let alone close to home. I like their no nonsense approach and will recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the area. It's a lot easier to get to them as well because the road construction in the area has moved west of them on 66th. There's a park just to the west and a Caribou just to the east if you want to hang out and they can give you a call when they're through. Tell Dan that Yelp sent you!

Normally I would call BS, except without any prompt Kris asked if I'd ever noticed "what sounds like a freight train following my car down the highway." UM YAH it's SUPER loud. I didn't think anything of it previously though and thought my car was just loud. So he replaced those and my car no longer sounds like I'm racing a railroad. We're still working out what's causing the squeak because so many parts of my suspension could be the culprit, but Kris and his team have been fantastic in helping me work through each of these issues and find/repair the source. Their quotes were substantially more affordable than what other shops quoted, their hours / communication / efficient working speed are very convenient for those of us who work 9-5 M-F, and they explained every single thing they were doing. No need to just "take their word for it." For the first time ever I've not felt like a shop was taking advantage of me for not knowing squat about cars (my husband does and was equally as impressed with their fairness, honesty, and quality). And a major perk for me, as a gal (roll your eyes all you want), is that each and every person I've encountered there would look me SQUARE in the eye when addressing me about my vehicle. My husband would be standing right next to me and they would address him when he spoke or had a question, but otherwise they addressed me clearly as the owner. This may not sound like a big deal to most folks but it speaks huge volumes as a gal who is always pushed to the side in favor of talking to my husband about my own dang car. This shop and team have left a great impression and I'm relieved to have finally found a reliable mechanic team.

Called at 4:15 to see where they were (phone automation was also awful), they connected with the driver and he said, "sorry running behind, be there in 10 min.". 1 hour later and 90 min outside of the service window I called again, and they could connect with the driver because the store was closed for the day. 10/10 would not recommend...

I submitted a service request online, which required my VIN to even proceed. I entered it, scheduled the earliest available appointment--ten days out--and thought I was set. But no. That same day, I got a text asking for my VIN again. Fine. I sent it again. Then, just 36 hours before my appointment, I get a cryptic text: "Sorry you cancelled your appointment... click here to reschedule." I never cancelled anything. No explanation. No courtesy call. Just a passive-aggressive text telling me to start over. I called their 800 number, which was its own special kind of torture. Their phone system is a labyrinth of useless prompts designed to keep you from ever reaching a human. After more than ten minutes of button-mashing frustration, I finally got someone on the line. Her explanation? "We cancelled your appointment because we didn't have your VIN." Are you kidding me? I gave it to them twice. They couldn't be bothered to double-check or pick up the phone--they just nuked the appointment and expected me to wait another two weeks. This isn't just bad service. It's a masterclass in how to alienate customers with laziness, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. Avoid at all costs.
