This isn't a snoody insider shop, where an angry neckbeard will laugh at you for not knowing your Image from your Darkhorse. These folks are happy to help anybody with their first venture into comics, or will kindly leave the veterans to browse. They will set up a pull-list for you, if you want to keep up to date on the latest issues, which is even easier and more convenient to do from home if you use Facebook or Instagram. Just follow their posts and comment on their new release postings to pre-order anything in advance. And my favorite Sunday activity is following their weekly "Claims," where they feature new-to-the-store key issues and bundles at great deals. It's also a great spot for Free Comic Book Day and Halloween. They have some back issues, including some nice expensive finds on the wall and behind the glass, but since it's not the biggest shop in the world, you could probably look elsewhere for that. The customer service and atmosphere is what I come for, though, so it's my first and primary destination for new books.

Among the game shops nearby, this seems to be the main one where people can sit down and play a good game of commander. The card shop isn't particularly large, but has a front area with games and figures, a few glass counters with singles in the middle, then about 6 open tables in the back area for group TCG games. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The single cards that were available were most of the popular commander stables people might be looking for, but from my understanding, they also have an online TCG Player inventory that you can browse through. Their commander open-play nights are also convenient - Mondays and Saturdays. This is a great alternative to the other major store about 30 mins away, Alternate Universes, which has their commander open play on Tuesdays and Fridays. Overall, great place to come and chill out for MTG commander games.

I've been going here for weeks and not once has it been organized or not in complete disarray. The owner is nice , I believe his name is Mike, but the other store employee is just unpleasant. I asked for change once and asked if I had anything smaller, which thankfully I did that day. But the second time I had a 50 and asked hey do you have change for this? (I was buying $35 worth of things) and instead of saying, sorry I don't have any change. he got incredibly angry with me and said I will not be giving you change at the start of the day and that I "tried to do this last time" I wasn't rude either time to provoke him, I was just trying to pay cash since it's the nice thing to do for a small business. I will from now on be trying my best to never go here again, I recommend you do the same. There is a store 7 minutes from here that is much cleaner, nicer, and has a larger selection to choose from.
