The vacuum cleaners are in really bad shape. In fact the whole establishment is in really bad shape. Not to mention it's not in the safest place in town. It's possible that you could go and get change leaving your car unattended and somebody can creep up and take something from you and you'll never know. They need a new establishment for washing cars in this town. We now go over to Hood River. But even that is costly now.(Bridge toll) We really need a new car wash or they just need to close this one.

I've used them twice while passing through Longview, and both times have been great. Nice, friendly service, consistent movement even when they are busy, and a nice, clean outcome. My biggest thing was that i went in and there was one large bird poop splat on the roof and I wanted that gone and wanted the roof waxed. When I went to pick up the car a large portion of the bird poop was still there and didn't change at all from when I took it through the car wash portion so it was very apparent that they did not wax the roof or take care of the remaining bird poop on the roof of my car. I ask someone to please remove the remaining bird poop which he did but it sucked to see it still there after I had paid $219 for a full detail and hand wax. Other than that the last guy at the wash tunnel SMACKED my side mirrors to dry them while I was in the car which I found jarring. The staff inside were very friendly and nice.
