She ordered the wrong size bridesmaid dress and wouldn't admit her mistake, telling me instead that I had just gotten fat and that was why the dress was too small. She said she would do the alterations for free, and I sure got what I paid for -- check out the photo! They look like they were done by a drunk five-year-old. She was nasty on the phone and didn't even make an honest effort to fix her mistake. Great bridal shop!!! I had an appt for Saturday morning and showed up with a large group in tow. Eva welcomed us and showed us both the sample dresses and the selection of gowns I could order. There were so many great options!!! She offered to help us or leave us to try gowns on in the room on our own. Because we had so many people we opted to do it ourselves, but she came in every 15 minutes or so to check in and offer helpful comments. I ended up picking a sample dress which was 50% off retail and fits great already. She offered to hold it for up to a month without deposit if we wanted to shop around but I knew it was the one and we put money down. I love that the alterations are included and done by Eva herself. I can't wait to go back and work with her on making the dress perfect for my day. read more

Eva has been fantastic during my wedding planning process. I contacted her late last year asking about a specific bridesmaid dress I had a very difficult time locating. While she didn't carry it in her shop she offered to bring in a sample of the specific dress I was looking for. All of our communication was over the phone as I live in New Hampshire, and my bridesmaids from CT called me and sent photos from her shop to confirm if the dress was the right fit. Since we all agreed on the dress she took orders and I had my bridesmaids all call her individually for sizing and payment and she took care of the order. She is appointment only however she had a break in between clients so she gladly took me in and let me try on dresses. The best part about this place is Eva herself. I went to so many bridal boutiques in search of a dress and found the sales people to be pushy and obnoxious. Eva lets you look through and do your thing and comes to help when you need it. She never made me feel like I had to buy anything and I felt zero pressure. I wish I went here from the beginning but it's literally on the street I grew up on so I never thought to go. The place itself is very cute and she even does FREE ALTERATIONS AND STORAGE! How can you beat that??? I was looking for a plain dress and a lot of the dresses were lacy but the one I ended up purchasing was a new style not yet on the floor yet. I had a difficult time everywhere, though, trying to find a plain fitted style. Will recommend to everyone I know who is engaged! read more

The experience was so wonderful a few of the bridesmaids that were getting married within the last two years, have also used her. I went into the store and almost walked right out. I went to try on bridal gowns intending to buy and the consultant, while she was nice, she was not helpful in the slightest. She was very old and I was confident that she could help me find something new and different. Also, she didn't pull any gowns for me, but instead told me to look at the dresses and try on what I wanted. I tried on 2 and my mother in law helped me as the consultant left.
