The only entrance we found was through the hotel. But the security guard was very helpful and the hotel staff were also very helpful. Definitely come and park there.

Roughly an hour before your time expires, you get a text message. I slept through mine at 5 am. Beauty sleep prevailed. I spent a good 2.5 hours parked. It's a good place to park. We parked at the 900 Chicago parking lot and paid the parking attendant directly upon arrival. We followed the instructions provided and clearly displayed the parking receipt on the dashboard as directed. When we returned home, we discovered a yellow violation notice tucked under the windshield wiper. The frustrating part is that our paid receipt, issued at 7:15 PM, clearly states "12 Hour Parking," yet we were issued an $81 parking violation at 9:06 PM -- less than two hours later. This feels incredibly predatory and deceptive. It appears patrons are being ticketed despite paying properly, possibly in hopes that people throw away their receipts and simply pay the fine without disputing it. Thankfully, I kept my receipt, but many concertgoers may not. This situation raises serious concerns about the practices being used at this parking facility. Customers should not have to worry about being wrongfully ticketed after paying and following all posted instructions. Interstate Parking Company of MN, LLC needs to address this issue immediately, review their enforcement procedures, and provide a legitimate dispute process for customers who were improperly cited. I would strongly encourage others parking at this lot to keep their receipts and document everything.

After 10 min of holding up was able to get my code to work no thanks to the garage. They also double charged my card for the reservation and its impossible to contact anyone to get support for a reimbursement.

Rather than paying $40 per night for valet at the hotel, we paid $20 for overnight on a Friday night and $10 for overnight on a Saturday night. We were really surprised to only be charged $10 when we left on Sunday at about 11:30 am (we had put the car in the garage around 3:30 pm on Saturday).* Like most garages, there are no in-and-out privileges. The valet parking at the Embassy did come with in-and-out privileges, and they'll bring your car around to the front for you. You pay as you go in this lot though. You have to wind your way around to the third floor to get a ticket, and a good deal of the spots are reserved (which you cannot park in of course). However, even for New Year's Eve weekend, there were plenty of spots available in the first two levels. Before we knew we could get to the garage through the skywalk when we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we tried walking outside in the -0 temps. That was a mistake, and it turned out to be really misleading how to enter the building from the outside. Each locked door led to another door, which also turned out to be locked. We walked back in and asked the front desk at our hotel how to get through from the inside. The night we parked there initially, we also didn't know about the skywalk connection, but fortunately the hotel entrance was just a half block down from where we exited. *The pricing sign was really unclear, and we felt lucky to get charged only $10 for parking overnight on the weekend. There was a lot of fine print too, so I'm not convinced that the pricing is consistent. We left happy to pay only $30 total for two nights (we took the car out just for a few hours on Saturday). You also cannot park for more than 24 hours at a time without calling ahead and/or having a reserved spot.
