They have no way to contact them on their ticket. So after getting three tickets for parking, after I'd purchased a monthly pass, they finally returned my call only to inform me that I still owed them $285 for three tickets when a monthly pass cost $120. I absolutely refused to pay and then I started to send me letters threatening to send me to collections. Garbage Company! Garbage people. They are absolute frauds!

The lot was at 1000 Hen., and my printout told me to enter the lot at 1000 Hen. I did, but then noticed my lot's 2nd address, according to my paper, said to park at 1022 Hen. So, which is it? Was I supposed to park in spot 22? No clue and there's nothing explaining it. Not going to say I wasn't worried about getting towed, but I didn't and so, well, that's good news. I will definitely park here again. They do need to fix the address issue though.
