Service 5/5 Great attendants, my card was once acting up and they allowed me to go through. I really appreciated that. Reasonable prices and great service. Prices 5/5 You can catch discounts on Group On and its very convenient. Ambiance 4/5 Its a parking lot with uncovered and covered lots. Once the Parking Spot took over from Park N Fly everything went downhill. My status, discounts and earned free parking days all evaporated. The corporate discount we had, which was not as good as the frequent parker discount also evaporated. To add insult to injury, I had a long trip so I booked the covered parking and surprise! No spots available and had to park outside. Their non discounted rate is only a couple of dollars less than parking at the airport. The tiny savings is not worth the surprise of no parking spots available or the 10 minutes waiting to get picked up at your car nor the 30-45 min wait at the airport for the ride back. It's even more fun to watch the driver circle around and around the various levels and then not pick you up. Or, when the entire group is flying out of terminal #1 except for one person and they go to Terminal #2 first to drop off the one person delaying the majority of the passengers. This place (Park N Fly) was my go-to for over 20 yrs of heavy traveling. The new ownership is terrible. Hopefully they are treating the employees better than the customers. Case in point. I just tried to book parking for next week. Here are the results: The Parking Spot: $85.32 covered parking, pay ahead. Assuming there are actual covered spots available when you arrive. MSP Daily Parking: $85.00 covered parking, pay ahead. Quick Ride Ramp at MSP: $52.50 covered parking, pay ahead. So, you can park at the airport (MSP) and walk right in, no waiting for a shuttle and guaranteed covered parking. For the same price you can park at The Parking Sport, hopefully getting a covered parking spot that was pre-paid, waiting 10+ minutes for shuttle van, another 10+ minute ride to the airport and then walking into the airport. Or, for only $52.50 you could park at the airport using the Quick Ride Ramp, wait 0-5min for a 2min shuttle ride and walk into the airport. Not seeing how The Parking Spot is helpful. They have lost my business and any future recommendations to other travelers. read more

Ripoff rates that does not make any sense . I was using this parking for many years, but with new management rates sky rocked to insane level. The current rates for covered self parking is higher than in Terminal 1 . Can't really understand what is the point to park there? read more

I have used Park N Fly around 5 different times now and every time has been great. This most recent time the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (despite it being extreme early in the morning!!). The shuttle comes quickly to the car. The most time I've waited for a shuttle to pick me up from my car was probably 1-2 minutes. The drivers always help me with my luggage. It makes the traveling experience much less stressful. Based solely on my experience recently, I was going to give them 1 star, but their response to my issues warrant a little higher rating, as they are trying. It sounds like they know they have had a rough few weeks in October, but they are working to resolve it. My main issue was being dropped off so far from ticketing with a lot of bags, when I was having to use a cane. We asked if we could be dropped at the skycap to get help with the bags and were told no. The assistant manager reached out after receiving my rating on their own survey and addressed my concerns. There are protocols in place for people needing assistance. They will drop you with your own car, or drop you right at ticketing, is what I was told after the fact. BUT, It has to be arranged 2-3 days ahead of time is what I learned only after getting back home. My suggestion to them is they make this clear when booking. Had I known I had to tell them days ahead I would have a cane and need to be dropped at ticketing, I would have done that. What I don't get, is how the driver could not have done that in the moment. We were the last ones off the van. It was obvious I was struggling getting out of the van with the cane, plus we pointed out that getting all these bags and me with a cane across the airport to ticketing, would be extremely difficult, as it was. We weren't near luggage carts, nothing. Just dropped off with a bunch of bags and me using a cane, unable to pull my own bags. We figured it out, but it was a physical challenge I didn't need at the start of a 15 hour travel journey. But, we were told this is the drop off. The driver didn't say anything about how I could make arrangements ahead of time for a closer drop off, or to set something better up for my return. It was just "no, this is the drop off." In my opinion the driver should have taken us around to ticketing then and there, given the circumstances. Frankly, it would have been the decent and right thing to do. I didn't argue it with the driver in the moment. Truthfully, I was in the verge of tears and already embarrassed that I needed to ask for extra help. I didn't schedule that ahead of time, as I wasn't aware that was required. The assistant manager reached out and let me know options for the future, which is why my rating is 3 instead of 1 star. They are trying. Things go wrong sometimes, but how we respond to an issue, makes all the difference. I appreciate his response and suggestions for next time. But, it should be clear that arrangements have to be made ahead of time, if you have a disability and need to be dropped at ticketing. I understand the need for scheduling things that go outside the normal pick up and drop off, but what about doing what is right in that moment? Never could I imagine dropping off someone with a mobility issue, with bags, that far from where they need to be and just leaving them there, knowing I could have helped them with driving a few minutes more. This might sound extreme, but it was dehumanizing. We are human beings who need to watch out for each other. We aren't cattle being carted about. I don't always need my cane, but when I do, exertion becomes very painful, resulting in muscle spasms and extreme exhaustion and fatigue. When we returned, there was a whole different issue getting our car, but this review is already too long. I paid for a convenience, what I got was not just an inconvenience, but a loss of dignity as well. Human decency and kindness has to come before procedures sometimes. I reviewed my confirmation email. Nowhere could I find the information shared with me after the fact, that I needed to give a 2-3 day advance notice if needed to be dropped at ticketing. So, how is anyone with a disability or who needs assistance supposed to know this ahead of time in the first place? read more

Rude, rude and rude. Arrived at 7am on 1/6/24. The gate clerk accused me of trying to run him over as he flagged me through. Then went on to rant about people not seeing him all the time, and refusing to open the gate until he was finished spewing. I told him to have a blessed day. Upon returning on 2/6/24 at 6pm, another creep who walked away after giving me my receipt without opening the gate. I had to get the attention of another gentleman to open gate and told him that the other guy was a rude A-hole. I hope new owners get ride of the trash employees. read more

My wife and I were excited to go on vacation to LV . it was around spring brake so i thought id for sure get a parking spot at the Park n fly close. to MSP Airport. i did pay for the spot right of way to get it off my plate of things to do. Unfortunately we got 8.2 inches of snow and our flight was cancelled so we didnt get to go. so i called to cancel my Parking Spot spot and get a refund which i paid now. i guess if you Paid Now and are for sure to get a spot and your flight is cancelled you dont get a refund. this dosent make sence to me . The Minneapolis Airport Park N Fly is now Parking Spot. Prior to this merger I liked Park N Fly well enough. Since the merger drivers have steadily gone down hill. This morning "Bill" (I suspect he gave me a false name)(Bus 1309) was over-the-top-rude. Up until now, drivers have grown to be more disinterested but not flat out rude. This morning, this driver went out of his way to be completely unprofessional, sarcastically asking if I wanted a ride and wondering why I would not walk down the ramp to the bus rather than his driving to me. This after it took 15+ minutes to pick me up standing in 20 degree weather and wind. He mocked and mimicked my standing, waiting for the bus. I am quite tall and felt he was mocking me because of my height. This was very embarrassing in front of a bus full of customers. I mentioned I would address my concerns to his supervisors. He said, "You do that" and literally slammed the door almost hitting me in the face as he drove away. It is clear the Mpls. Parking Spot drivers are not supervised but supervise themselves. Probably the result of short staffing that they tolerate driver's attitudes. I would rather they just pay drivers more and pass the cost along to the customer rather than tolerate this sort of service. Save your money and go to Park and Go. I will be from now on. I would have given no stars but that was not an option. read more

We've been using the services of Park 'N Fly for a number of years. We usually only fly once a year however due to the pandemic we hadn't flown in over 2 years. We had some credits expiring and figured we could fly this weekend instead of driving so we wouldn't lose our flight credits. Park 'N Fly is the most economical way to travel. We looked at parking at the airport. We could park for two days for the cost of parking at the airport. Plus after parking at either terminal parking area, there would be a pretty good walk with your luggage to get into the terminal. With Park 'N Fly, you pull into their secure lot. Usually they will have a shuttle waiting or a bus will arrive shortly after you park. Their drivers will help you load your luggage and drive you to the terminal. We always fly out of terminal two. Almost every time we have used their shuttle, we have been dropped off at our terminal first. One time there were passengers that needed to go to terminal one so we were dropped off after that. The drive is only a few minutes from terminal one to terminal two. Their drivers are usually friendly and efficient. They will give you a card that has the location of your car. There are indoor and outdoor parking options. When you return, all you do is give them a call and they will pick you up at a designated location at your terminal. Reservations can be done online and they have some discounts available. Next time we fly, we'll probably use Park 'N Fly. read more

I am a frequent flyer from MSP. Why one star? On two occasions, completely forgotten in the garage. Many times they seem to be stretched thin where you won't see a van at term 1 for 20 minutes. Don't fly out of term 2 as it could be 30 minutes. I tried their valet service and waited 10 minutes for help. On 4 occasions I've paid for covered parking only to have to park In uncovered areas as they were overbooked. And lastly, a really rude driver nicknamed "Cowboy" who told me I couldn't ride from the airport as the van was full and I wasn't allowed to stand. (I have stood on many occasions in the past) He then started yelling at me and lecturing me in front of other passengers escalating the situation. That's it I'm done with them. read more

My husband forgot his back in the car and didn't realize it until we were in the airport. He went down to where the ground transportation sits for arrivals and there was a Park and Fly van there. He told the driver what happened, and he immediately took him to our car and was back in the airport in the TSA line before I got through it myself. We couldn't believe it! I also called the 800 number and the person was not able to tell me how to book the closest park and fly at the Minneapolis Airport . She was not knowing that it has more than one terminal and not able to tell me which park and fly location would be the best for me when I go to that . We were stuck at the gate to leave. The machine to scan our ticket was broken. We pushed the talk button for the employee. We tried explaining to her the machine was broken. Instead of listening she kept yelling at us to use the red light scanner. We were trying to tell her is was broken. But she continued yelling at us. She could hear us just fine, but she was yelling over us. Finally when she walked over to the machine, still yelling she realized the machine was broken. Her attitude changed. Oh I just couldn't hear you she was saying. Not true because she was answering our questions. She just realized she was wrong. No need to be rude to customers just because it requires you to actually work in the middle of the night. read more

Wow have they gone downhill to the bottom. Waiting in the lot in the middle of day 10-15 minutes to get picked up. Then the huge delay when I returned. I saw 18 people that could not get on the bus that finally came and they said 8 to 12 minutes for the NXT bus --didn't answer the phone when I called. and it was another 20+ minutes and then the new driver went to a new spot so the people that had been waiting for several minutes couldn't get on.. I sent messages and kept getting responses so I messaged back and then someone actually called me and had the audacity to tell me to stop messaging. My time actually carried over into a new day. Let's see how that goes at checkout. Update-When I got to my car it was blocked in the keys were not in the car blocking my car. These whores will do anything for money but they don't understand Customer Service how to run a business a business. My car at pick up. Driver NOT customer focused. Ex: Are you sure you parked here? Are you sure you have a Jeep Liberty? Are you sure your Jeep is blue? Why don't you flash the lights? We stopped & I said my Jeep is not a 4x4. He began to argue with me that all Jeeps are 4x4. Mean. He kept telling me where I parked, yet but not there. He kept correcting me. Really Park & Fly this is how you value a customer? I went out of my way to select you & this what I get? When I arrived early on the 4th had an incrediable friendly women driver. We had to wait over 30 minutes for pickup from our car on the day we arrived. When we came home from departure there was a line 50 people deep for the Park 'n Fly shuttle. Everyone would just run and flock once a bus came every 20 minutes. We called and there was only 3 buses for the 2 different airports. When it became evident that we were probably going to have to wait over 2 hours for us to get back to Park 'n Fly, I decided to order a Lyft back to the ramp for my family since we have 3 small children. Cost me $20 for the Lyft. We did see Park 'n Go across the street have shuttles coming a lot more regularly than Park 'n Fly. I'd stay away from this company if you're looking for a reliable shuttle option. Also tried emailing their company at park@pnf.com a couple of times with my feedback with no response, just proof that they don't care. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I attempted to cancel our reservation 2 days prior to use, which they advertise you can do. I was unable to successfully cancel, so we it used the reservation. 4 days into my trip, WITH MY CAR PARKED IN THE LOT, I get an email that my reservation was successfully cancelled. 5 days after attempting to do so!!! I immediately contacted customer service letting them know of their error. We return to our car.... They would not let us out of the lot. "No record of our reservation." Fine...we pay again. $25 MORE than our initial payment. Which was already a lot of money. I will NEVER use this service again, nor will I allow anyone I know to use it. Extremely disappointed. Added a ton of stress when on and returning from a vacation. read more

We used ParknFly for years and have never had a problem. We used them in September this year. We park our car, the shuttle comes within moments, often we are rushing to get out of the car not to hold the driver up. On our return we waited maybe 5-10 minutes. We got a seat immediately and went straight back to our car. I am sorry to hear other people experiencing issues, but we are using them again in December and expect the same great service we have always had. read more

11/19/2022 fly in from Florida in Terminal 2... got luggage and went to area where transportation is... called PNF.... (twice).. after 35 minutes, I got an uber and cost me $25 to go from Terminal 2 to Park N Fly area (probably less than 5 miles)... had to walk thru lot to my car with all my luggage... I will never ever use PNF again... Had no hat or gloves and it was extremely cold. PNF claims they were at the airport... saw every other shuttle but PNF... no excuse for such horrible service in the middle of the after noon. read more

We flew in Monday 7-17 @ 2am. Robin promptly picked us up, and brought us directly to our car after. She was so very pleasant and energetic. I was not too happy about having to wait for 30 minutes to be picked up at Minneapolis on 11/25 and one of the passengers called twice and I called and all we were told it's coming. The person on the phone was rude. The driver that pick us all up was not very friendly. The driver would not help my mother with her luggage on or off the bus. read more

I parked my vehicle at your MSP location, and wanted to recognize the driver that picked us up from the airport. It was around midnight, and she helped us with our bags and car seats. Additionally, she overheard us discussing our daughters birthday (she was turning 8 at midnight) and the driver gifted her a bag of skittles to say happy birthday! It was very sweet of her and it made my daughter's day. Her daughter just turned 8 a few days before so we had that in common. Working nights is tough when you have an 8 year old at home and it was very kind for her to do that for my daughter. read more

Here is the exchange And issue I had with Park and fly. I paid online and saved the email. Apparently I was supposed to print the email and bring it printed. I missed that and that's 100% my fault. I checked in with a copy of the email and the guy never said a word about showing him my phone and needing a copy of the email. He handed me a ticket told me where to park and sent me on my way. I prepaid for all this and the email showed that. I returned from my flight and got back to my car and went to leave. The cashier said my ticket didn't show I prepaid. I showed her the charge on my Discover card and she said that didn't matter. She offered no help even though it was clear I paid. I sat there awkwardly blocking the exit until I decided to go look for someone at the entrance. Nobody was at the entrance so I left. Here was the company response. Mr. Linderg, the cashier was right for asking you for your conformation code or letter. It states on the e-mailed letter that you got to present this letter as proof of payment along with the ticket you pulled when you entered. Failure to present proof pf payment will require payment in full. She asked you to go into the ramp to see the manager, but you chose to "escape" as you put it, which is wrong on your part. You may still have an open reservation with us because you were not validated out. My Response (btw she asked me nothing and offered no help just stared at me) Yes I understand that I made a mistake. Your employee offered me no help in resolution and that is my issue. She looked at me like figure it out instead of helping me. The fact is park and fly was paid in full for the service they provided which I showed proof of and is the ultimate goal. The customers goal is to pay in full for good service which I was not provided. For your information I was the one who searched for the manager of my own accord. It was not suggested to me as it should have been. Upon arrival at the ramp exit nobody was there so I left knowing I paid in full. I fully admit that I didn't know I was supposed to print the email and that is my fault. If that is a good excuse for poor customer service than so be it. I will share your response with my recommendation. Sorry for any inconvenience I caused by leaving without a ticket but you still got all your money. All I can say is take an Uber or park at the airport it's worth a little more money. read more

I've had a disdain for parking at off site airport parking for the longest time. Mostly because the airports I was flying out of were nightmares. I waited once for a shuttle for close to an hour. I vowed to find ways to avoid airport parking after that. Now my husband travels a lot for work and part of that involves leaving his car at off site parking. On our most recent trip together we decided to cash in his free nights to save on costs. I was skeptical at first, but now I'm am a convert. To start with the shuttle magically appeared right behind us as we parked. I guess they radio in where you are going. Really nice because it saves you from having to haul your bags around. They also give you a parking number so when you return you know right where your car is. The best part is you give them the number and they take you right to your car! The shuttle drivers were super nice and very helpful. It was nice being greeted with a smile after a long day at the airport. There was virtually no wait time either for pickup. It seems like they always keep a shuttle near or at the airport. So much better than past experiences. I would totally use them again if I had a free parking coupon again. We live close enough to the airport that Lyft is cheaper for long trips. 11/100 read more

Three years ago, I left a review that was completely opposite of the experience I had tonight. Park 'N Fly was very timely in their arrival and our driver, Bobby, was so helpful! We had a ton of items plus our kids to haul and he made our ride back to our vehicle after a long travel day a breeze. I wish he would've let me tip him more - I only had a little amount of cash and asked if he had Venmo or PayPal but he refused. When going on a trip, delays are to be expected. But delays from picking up your car from the parking lot are inexcusable. My wife and I are in our 70's, both have a disability, are frequent traveler and use off airport shuttle services. We made reservations and prepaid in advance traveling out off MSP, terminal 1. We provided the time we were dropping off our vehicle and the time we would be picking it up. No issues dropping it off or in getting a ride pack to the lot. The problem was getting to our car and trying to leave. The Park and Fly lot was extremely full when we arrived back. So full that the shuttle driver could not even drive down our row and asked us to walk with our four bags, a couple hundred feet to our parked car. Having no choice, we took our four bags and looked for our car. When we found our car we found that it was totally blocked in. We signaled the driver and she told us someone would be coming. Ten minutes later with no one in sigh, I hiked over to the exit and explained the situation to the one employee there. I was told that there was no one available at this location to help but that someone is on their way. Twenty minutes later an employee did arrive and moved two cars so that we could finally exit the lot. By this time, there were additional customers complaining that they too were blocked in. the two employees we actually talked with were apologetic to us but said they had no control over this situation. This was our first time using Park and Fly Parking and it will be our last. This was a situation that did not have to happen but the over scheduling of parked cars was more important than providing good customer service. very disappointed read more

I fly often for work and vacation. I live an hour away from the airport so having an on-time and affordable parking option is necessary. The best part of park n fly are that their shuttles are SO QUICK to pick you up - both from the lot and from the airport. The drivers are kind. Also, they have an app and you can easily reserve your spaces there. You can apply a AAA discount and they have a frequent Parker program with rewards. I usually pay 12 bucks a night to park and that's so much cheaper than parking at the terminal!!! read more

Similar to the other review for 10/23, my experience was very poor. I was picked up from the airport 30 minutes later than expected. When the driver got back to the lot I had to walk 4 bags over a row because he could not get the shuttle down the row I parked in. When I got to my row, my vehicle was parked in by two other cars. The driver yelled out "keys should be in them, go ahead and move what you need to." These are other customers cars!! I would be pissed if someone random had access to my car. Anyway, one of the cars did not have the keys. I was stuck at the lot until a locksmith could come break into someone's car that wasn't even there. More than two hours after my flight landed I was finally on my way home. This experience was unacceptable and I will never use this company again. read more
