Disappointed mostly for the drivers that the air conditioning was out in our bus. Found out it's common in 13 of 15 buses and the mechanic is on leave but will hopefully be called back soon. Driver was great despite having to drive in the heat with a mask on and the windows down to get any air flow at all. I understand that it's a time of survival for travel-related businesses but maintaining the fleet is important for customer and employee health and safety too. Also, the PNF app feature "Come Get Me" is non-operable at MSP. Had to look up the phone number and call for a shuttle. read more

We have used Park N Fly on many previous occasions, but I wanted to submit a review for our latest trip to give our shuttle driver some recognition. On our return from Denver to the MSP airport, our driver, Luke, was phenomenal! He was so efficient and friendly, even entertaining! He loaded our luggage on and off the shuttle, even put them in our trunk when we found our vehicle. There is a new exit system in place, and Luke insisted on helping all of his passengers at the lot exit to ensure a successful exit. Okay prices compared to parking at airport, but pickup times from airport back to lot have slowed in 2021. Prior to 2021, they consistently picked up within 10 minutes of arrival at the pickup area. Now I've had multiple pickups that took more than 30 minutes. read more

I have used the Park n fly for a couple years now and it is my parking of choice off the airport. The experiences have always been great! I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. As for the staff, they were always friendly and courteous. It is perfect if you are looking for a cheap parking option when traveling. read more

PLAN ON GETTING THERE AN HOUR EARLIER. It took 50 minutes for Park N Fly to get us to terminal 2 and we almost missed our flight. When we got back, we scanned our ticket and our pre-paid barcode and still had to pay the difference between the discounted pre-paid amount and the regular daily fee. Person there said their said that their system does not work for pre-pay. We will not be using Park N Fly again. read more

***UPDATE***Park and Fly got in touch with us and have extended an offer of free parking for our next trip. Impressed with the earnest attempt to make it right, and will report back upon completion of our next trip in August! We just got back from a trip after parking in your Bloomington, MN location. We travel quite a bit, but have never tried Park and Fly. We saw a Groupon so decided to give it a try. We arrived at approximately 5:30am on Sunday, January 9, pulled in for lot parking row 16 as directed, and waited for a shuttle to come to our row, as directed by the on-site signage. No human personnel were allocated to the surface lot booths to note our arrival, but since we followed the instructions on the signs, we were confident we'd get a ride to the airport promptly, as we always have with other off-site parking lots. We waited, and waited, and waited... for almost half an hour, and there was not a single shuttle to be seen. The one we did see upon pulling in was apparently serving only the covered parking and was full. NO SHUTTLE CAME!!!! We ended up requesting a Lyft, which arrived within 5 minutes, and cost us extra money for a service you should have promptly provided. On top of that extra expense, the Groupon was not all that great of a deal, and did not scan in the surface lot booth upon our departure. Before you say we should have allotted extra time for parking and shuttle, be aware that we give the whole parking and shuttle process an entire hour, in addition to arriving at the airport two hours before any flight. We also called the Park and Fly number while we waited for a shuttle and got no answer. Seeing no humans manning the booths for the surface lot, and given the bitter, bitter cold that day, we saw no choice but to make other arrangements. Given this experience, I would be very, very reluctant to park here again. read more

I have used Park and Fly in the past, and won't again. We paid for valet, the trip to the airport was fine. We had to wait 20 minutes at the terminal upon return, and there were about 20 or more people still waiting when we finally got on a shuttle. Half empty shuttles kept pulling up, everyone would surge forward, and it would only have room for 3 or 4 people. No one wants to wait after traveling all day, and when you book your space, they should have enough shuttles to accommodate everyone. Where to park was unclear, how they were picking us up from said parking spot was unclear - drivers were EXTREMELY rude. On our way to the airport, our driver, Jeff, drove like a maniac. WELL over the speed limit (I could not see the speedometer, but it was definitely a terrifying ride). Speeding doesn't get you to your destination with any timely significance, and you arrive safe - and alive. I had my kids on that bus! Upon our return, I called to confirm pick up as I was requested at drop off, the person I spoke to was short to me and rude, and treated me like I had no idea what I was asking. Our return driver (didn't get his name) drove fast too, but not as erratic and insane as our first driver, except inside the Park N Fly parking lot - pedal to the metal after almost backing over the 3 cars behind us in the covered parking lot, after we dropped people off - he could have just gone down the aisle we were in to arrive at the outdoor lot!? Which, he decided to do when the 3 cars behind us didn't back up because they couldn't. The only nice person I encountered from Park N Fly near the MSP airport was the check out guy at the lot. Perhaps if the drivers were nicer, would SLOW THE F DOWN - (People! IT's 3 miles! And then you're in a PARKING LOT!) they would actually get monetary tips, instead of verbal tips, like "Slow down and be nicer" Or, at least SLOW DOWN! read more

If you live in the area, you know our cab companies are as shitty as they can get and expensive as all get out. And so cabbing it between home and the airport is usually out of the question for those of us who have budgets and aren't independently wealthy. The same can be said of parking in the airport ramps, which costs somewhere in the vicinity of $16/day if memory serves me right. Compare that to the Park 'N' Fly in Bloomington (it's in between the Hilton and the Embassy Suites over by the Mall of America) which only charges $8/day and the choice is obvious (use the prepay option online, it's cheaper). The shuttle from the Park 'N' Fly leaves every 3 to 5 minutes, which is not only very convenient but also means you aren't stuck waiting around when you're in a hurry to catch a flight. Personality was also a plus for the shuttle driver who dropped us off at the airport on Wednesday evening. The conversation was a cross between random old man speak and Dumb and Dumber, and I mean that in a good way. If my parents lived in The Cities, I'd probably urge my dad to take a part-time job here. He's in his 70's, retired and frequently complains about having too much free time on his hands. My dad is also the King of Random Old Man conversations, Minnesota style. You *know* what that means. I love it. Final Tip: don't be a cheapskate. Tip your driver. read more

I had a great experience with Park 'n Fly! I was heading out of town for a week for work travel and made a reservation in advance. It was about $60 for 6 days. The bus driver and everyone I encountered at Park 'n Fly was REALLY friendly. I wasn't expecting that! The bus pulls up right behind you as you park so you can just hop right on and head to the airport and they give you a little ticket to remember your parking spot. Heading back to my car was just as easy. The shuttle was waiting when I got to it and the driver helped with my luggage. He even put it in my car for me when I got off the bus! Not sure if that was just my unintentional damsel in distress look or if that's their normal service. I'm definitely going to use Park 'n Fly in the future because it sure beats getting up 2 hours early to take the Super Shuttle. read more

Do not park here! There are too many other places nearby that will not bait and switch you into paying higer rates and prices. We were told by at least 3 employees that we could use a coupon we had and we were specifically told to park in the ramp. 8 days later when we left and went to pay, we were told by a very rude cashier that we could not use our coupon, those "other people didn't know what they were talking about" and we could call her manager later but he wasn't there (big surprise). Then we had to pay twice as much as we were planning to pay or that we would have had to pay somewhere else. We have tried to reach the manager numerous times and never received a response. Don't use the car wash service! I was excited to try it for the first time last weekend. I picked up my car on Sunday evening and it had a big crack from top to bottom on my windshield. I was charged full price for the wash and parking. The manager Bruce Davidson said his insurance would take care of it and he would send me a three day parking pass for my trouble. The insurance company told me they are not responsible for the damage and Bruce never sent me the parking pass. Now I am on my own to repair my car. So just a warning ... Don't use the car wash service!! read more

Heads-up if you make a reservation and are not able to use it. My company uses these services excessively and we are supposed to be getting a better rate but it turns out that the regular long-term parking right at the terminal was only $6 more for a 3 day stay. So, if you go for that option, they won't even consider crediting you for a future date. What was really annoying was the customer service lady who was in a foul mood the minute she answered the phone. Sighed and complained just by being asked about their policy. Seriously?! Super easy! Wide variety of services, valet, car wash, park under cover or not. The drivers pick you up at your car. (I have never waited.) A bus has always been waiting at the terminal when I land and you get dropped off directly at your car. (They give a slip with your space number upon getting on the bus.) Easy to get into, but hard to get out of. If you have a reservation the QR scanner at the exit gate won't read the QR code on your cellphone. Cheap parking that is close by (less than a 5 minute drive) to the airport = win! They always go to the smaller terminal first (if there is anyone flying out of there) but even going there first still gets you to the bigger terminal in under 10 minutes. I been parking here for the past 6 years and have had no complaints about using their service. Always gets me to the airport fast and never hassle to get in/out of the lot. I would suggest signing up for the corporate membership so you will get a discount on your daily parking. I would definitely recommend using their service. read more

I usually have good experiences here. The employees are friendly and scramble to grab my bags. Today was a slight cluster as the regular self-park covered entrance was blocked off and there were signs in the way of where they told me to go park. It still works pretty smoothly and they get you to the airport ASAP. read more

I've been using Park N Fly for 1.5 yrs now, the service has always been impeccable! The staff is friendly and courteous. I most often use the valet service. I've never waited more than 2 minutes for the shuttle to the airport after checking in, and the shuttle back at the end of my trips is usually waiting for me after I get my bags- last week's trip was the exception, I waited 10 minutes- still not too bad. With the vale it's nice that my car is cranked up and warm when I get back to the lot. The rewards program is nice, I don't travel very often, but have earned enough "points" for a couple of free stays- we use those for vacation (personal) travel. The price is good, better with my corporate discount- I would suggest seeing if your employer has a discount with them, or if one can be started. I would suggest giving them a try, if you haven't already. You'll be glad you did. read more

Unbelievable!!! Easter Weekend and we arrived at MSP at 11:30 PM. Got to the pickup area at 11:52 PM to find about 40 people waiting to be picked up. They had only 1 shuttle running from terminal 1 to lot. How is that possible on a Holiday weekend. We were finally picked up 1:01 AM. Website says they run shuttles every 8 minutes. Over an hour wait is totally ridiculous. Will never use again. The only positive is the driver (forget his name) was very apologetic and nice. read more

I typically park at the airport for my business travel but recently I have switched to using Park N Fly and it is fantastic! They have very reasonable prices (especially for covered parking in the winter!); and they make it very easy to reserve, check in and check out. Waiting for a shuttle can be less than desireable but i've never waited very long so I can't complain too much! read more

Recently moved to Minneapolis...I was hesitant to find an off-airport parking site. I dunno...I just was afraid that the shuttle drive was going to take so long going to the terminal or coming back home to my car. Parking on-site at the airport is just SO convenient.... AND super expensive. The last on-airport parking bill set me back (or my company rather) $60.00 -- for I think a day and a half or so. Enter Park 'N Fly - - one day, $11.40 with tax. I think the other reason why I wasn't set on finding a regular off-site parking location, was that I was selfishly so accustomed to my previous one in Phoenix that I loved! Anyhoo -- of course, I checked out the yelp reviews and it appeared that Park 'N Fly would be my best bet. "Frequent parker program - after 8 days, you get 1 free day *Tons of space - covered and uncovered *Fast and friendly shuttle to the airport They do allow you to make online reservations -- that part seems all weird to me. Do they really fill up that fast? I dunno, my travel plans change so rapidly... so i'm not sure that'll be the best option for me. The van service is very efficiently run. The drivers are courteous and helpful. I'm on the Frequent Parker program and had prepaid for my three-day parking services. Unfortunately, the blizzard that closed MSP diverted my plane to Chicago for the night. I couldn't return until the following day. Upon exiting, the cashier waived the unpaid day for me. Very good frequent Parker program - low rating due to if you make reservations (needed for snowbird session ) your credit card gets hit same day - then at check out - no receipt - then if you booked well in advanced - an accounting nightmare - then if you flight is delayed - more charged etc- it would be so much easier to take reservation and charge as checked in and pull out- penalty for those who don't show up - no those that DO! they say gold & platinum members have preferred parking but when you as employees they say NO - Positive - bus runs often and picks up drops off where you parked read more

The second call I was immediately told to "wait" and the phone was put down for 5 minutes and I listened to the woman talking to coworkers. NEVER AGAIN! I would much rather pay a few extra bucks to park at the airport than to wait 30 minutes in sub-zero temperatures for a shuttle and then on return be disrespected by a rude cashier. They were short staffed and short tempered. I will say that the shuttle driver on the way out was very nice (and I tipped him accordingly), but that's not enough to make me use this service again. If you fly out of Humphrey, keep in mind that the shuttle will take you to then main terminal first, even though it is further away. read more
