So I was happy with another parking facility prior to using Park N Fly, but at the last minute decided to give Park N Fly another chance. It was easy to reserve online. Easy location to drive to from Minneapolis. The staff upon arriving was nice. Ramp was a little bit tight upon entering. Price was fair (I prepaid). Once I returned from my business trip, I called Park N Fly and explained I was at the terminal awaiting for their shuttle. It was a beautiful day and I wasn't in any hurry. They must get many calls about patrons waiting impatiently, because the first thing the gentleman said was "you have to call us to let us know you are at the airport". I was puzzled because I thought that's what I just did. Very uncomfortable with that call, but like I mentioned, it was a nice day out, so I just repeated what I initially said. The driver that picked me up was friendly and complimented me on my vehicle upon drop off. I tipped him well. I then proceeded to check out and did not see anyone to help with my exit. I figured it was like the airport parking where you place your credit card and ticket into the machine for exit. I received a receipt and noticed it wasn't the same price, but I figured the difference was for the amount of time over my expected return. When I went to fill out my expense report for work, I noticed I was billed twice. One charge was the reserved price, the 2nd was higher. I immediately called them and Dave answered. After explaining the issue, he asked if I used ez exit, a term I was unfamiliar with. After explanation, I agreed I did. He said I was supposed to see a cashier if I prepaid. Hmmm, where were they? Anyways, Dave said to email both receipts and he would reimburse the difference. I received a call back from Dave promptly after emailing receipts and it was a painless process getting the refund. He explained I booked the reservation for 3 days and I returned 3 day, 9 hours, and 12 minutes so they would have to bill me for another day. I was fine with it. He said he would email me a copy of new charges. Since their process is not explained upfront by their staff, and no kind of apology, I'm sure I won't remember their process. so I won't be returning in the future. Overall, it's ok, just not the best around or cheapest. UPDATE: I received a call from Alexis to follow up on my concerns. Dave had forward my review on their survey I received in email. Use them everytime. Lately they don't seem to care about getting people to the airport. Driver drove around for 15min. Looking for some vehicle that he thought he saw pull in. Our bus was already pretty full and several people complained that they were running late already. Driver didn't care. read more

Had to wait close to 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Park n Go sent 5 shuttles in the same amount of time that Park n Fly sent 1. A lot of unhappy and cold customers who also noticed the difference in the number of available shuttles. Otherwise I would've given a much higher rating. read more

So convenient, it's ridiculous. Even at Terminal 2, calling for a shuttle brings one to the location faster than you can pee after your flight on Sun Country or Southwest. read more

Very prompt I can usually always know there will be a bus coming my way once I enter the lot. My last visit was a bit confusing however - the guy at the front told me to park in one row and then a van driver told me to park in a completely different place. Wasn't sure which one to park in. I'd recommend making sure the drivers know which row is being recommended. read more

Do Not Use Park N Fly. They post one price and charge another. I called to ask the parking rate, was told 10.95, and the sign at the entrance stated the daily rate was 10.95 per day when I showed up. At the end of my 3 day stay I was charged 12.95/day at the booth. When I ask the difference I was told it was a peak parking rate. The sign 100 ft away said 10.95 still and nothing about peak rates. When I complained I was given the customer service number, which do date has done nothing. Also, I picked up the shuttle back to my car at the Lindbergh Terminal but was taken to the Humphrey to pick someone else up. When we arrived at Humphrey, no one was there but we still waited 15 min before returning to the parking lots. poor customer service and then being charged extra. I will never give my business to this company again. read more

Always great service. Quick pickup and drivers are friendly and helpful. Easy access at both airports on return. If you're driving a larger truck they have areas that are easy to get in and out of. No more fighting with small on airport ramp spots and the circling that it takes to find them. read more

Your vehicles has seat belts, I would like to have a shoulder belt but I am glad that you have lap belts on your shuttles. The drivers are polite and friendly. The shuttle bus are clean and comfortable. The shuttles arrive and depart frequently. (Score 9 out of 10) read more

Quick, reliable service gets you from your car to the airport in a jiffy. The drivers are friendly, too -- I've been offered candy a few times. We waited 32 minutes to be picked up in their covered ramp on our departure date. I called the company phone number after 15 minutes, was told they were on their way. No van, so I called 15 minutes later and was told again they are coming - I asked when and they hung up on me. I immediately called back and they would not answer the phone. I then walked the ramp until i found one of their vehicles to pick us up. I will never use their services again in my lifetime and suggest you do the same. Speedy from parking to gate. Helpful drivers. Could be a little faster on pickup at airport but generally pretty good.

No issue with the drop off, but HUGE issue with the pick up at the airport. I paid extra for valet parking and was told to text our claim ticket number once we arrived at the ground transportation we text our info. Thinking the wait wouldn't be more than 10 minutes. WRONG!!! After witnessing a competitor, Park n Go, drive by FIVE times, the Park n Fly bus came by half full from the other airport. Only 4 passengers were able to board. There was a mad rush of people running to get on the bus. Alas, I didn't get on. The bus driver said that more buses were coming - waiting another 10 minutes. In that time I saw three more buses from Park n Go. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME read more

Prompt shuttles, courteous drivers, covered parking, discounts and credit card tied to freq parker. They are a great help with dead batteries if you get one. A decent freq parker program. They even have valet car wash while you are gone (for a fee of course). The only thing I don't like is if you return early on an advance reservation, no refund or even credit for the extra days. read more

Cost is outrageous. It cost more to park here than it did to board my dog. This is my first time using this facility and the fees/charges are not posted anywhere that I could see. I was absolutely shocked when I was charged $184.00 for nine days. Totally not worth it. read more

Park N Fly, parked many times without a problem. DON'T PARK at either terminal at Minneapolis Airport. If you need assistance ie batter dies (in this frigid cold weather, often happens) and you need a jump, THEY WILL NOT JUMP YOU. I had to call their CONTRACTED towing service and pay $40 to get a jump. Any reasonable parking lot will have jump packs to get you going. Not so with MSP. I called them to speak with management, they blamed it on liability. Whatever. read more

The shuttles are nice, run frequently, and in about 10 - 15 minutes after parking your car you are dropped off at the MSP Terminal. I have made probably 10+ reservations in the past two years with this company. They promptly pick you up at your vehicle, no need to wander around or stand outside. They remind you to take all of your stuff. Our driver, Ken Hope, picked us up and was in a great mood which was a nice change of pace after a horrible two days of delayed travel. Upon checkout we were offered a complimentary bottle of water which was quite welcomed as I was extremely thirsty from the flight. This doesn't always happen but it was a nice treat. Your company is great I tell everyone about you and I will always choose your company to park and fly! Sometimes it is a little confusing knowing which driveway to pull into (surface or ramp driveway), but just look for a person standing outside or a shuttle sitting in the driveway. As soon as you pull in, they will direct you where to park. Note, if you are flying into the smaller Humphrey Terminal in MSP, you will need to call them. It usually only takes about 5 minutes for them to show up. read more

It's all there, someone makes sure you know where to park when you pull up, the shuttle drivers is 99.5% of the time right there waiting for you, the drivers are NICE and give me a card where I parked, nice clean lots, drop off is easy and explained for first time person, a van is usually waiting when I get off the plane or comes quickly if one is not there, check out is explained and easy. The E-park and reservation system is nice, but it does not take my AARP discount, so I never use it.... (I wish I could do this on-line and discount ahead of time).
