Terrible service, employees are super rude. I spend 45 minutes in line and then employee start yelling that they can't print any ssn cards.

The employee we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful! He was out to help us get the most for us at the time we signed up!

I was in Minnesota helping daughter move. I got a speeding ticket in unfamiliar area..my oops.. But…read morein the process the officer kept my license by accident. My daughter and I went there and it is tight security there. You only can get to the lobby and you must state why you are there or what you need. Once I told them they patched through to the officer who said he would drop it off after an emergency they were in. We waited a while at home but finally had to call as I needed it. He came in about 20 minutes to our home, apologized...saying " I bet you never wanted to see my face again!" after giving me a ticket....It was ok I said. Never feel good about getting a ticket. I felt like the kid in the candy jar. Its much different there than Chicago. Peaceful neighbohoods...people taking their time. The moral of the story watch those MPH signs on Bloomington street as they change block to block.... and if you are not aware..oops. If you are fortunate enough to be stopped by the officer I had...he was kind but did his job. Normandale is 45mph all the way to 494...a much better route I quickly took when headed back to Chi Town.

Although I originally thought I was not speeding, I must confess that upon some honest reflection,…read moreI was speeding. Damn! As I paid my speeding ticket online last night, I also reflected on what an awesome encounter I had (compared to what could've been a Boss Hog moment) with the officer writing me the ticket. This Bloomington officer (not sure I should mention his name) was kind, considerate, and very patient in spite of my outward shock and awe at being pulled over while singing loudly to Van Morrison in the early morning sunshine. While I wholeheartedly and adamantly disagreed at the moment of ticketing, this officer remained friendly and down-right sweet (yes, sweet!) when dealing with me. The ticket still sucks, but I must give kudos to this Bloomington cop! You know you received your taxpayer's money worth of good service when you thank 'em for ticketing ya. Now back to driving more soundly but still singing loudly...

This Saturday, February 21st, I had a package delivered to my parcel box. When I tried using the…read morekey, it wouldn't open the box. I tried multiple times over the weekend, hoping that I'd be able to get it to open, but it didn't work. On Monday, I called and asked if someone could get it open, to that, they said they'd be able to assist me, and I thought my issues were resolved. They were not. I called multiple times again on Tuesday to get the box open, no help from the mail carrier, but I was told on the phone that someone would come over personally and help open the box. I gave the person my cell phone number and my address. No one bother to came by and help. I then called again Wednesday morning. They said that the mail carrier will be able to take my package out of my box and then leave it on my front door. When I return home from work (around 3PM), there is no package on my front step, the box still does not have a key, but the key to open the locker has been removed. I called multiple times to get some help with this and they told me that they delivered the package at 11:30. Their response to this situation is to tell me because the package on my front door is missing that someone stole it. In this neighborhood, there are multiple other homes with packages on their doorsteps and none appear to be missing. I also have never had anyone steal packages before, nor have I heard anything from my neighbors. The parcel box seems to still be locked with no key in sight (assuming no other package has been put in there), I can assure you that no one is stealing my package in my community. The lack of customer service, lack of accountability, the continuous empty promises and lack of reliability with this USPS location and the leadership running this shit show needs some serious attention. Every time I go in person to this branch, people working the counter are extremely rude. There is no redeeming quality about this place.

This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage…read moreroads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.

What a joke - I've gotten a message in my mail that there is a package for me It says we are unable…read moreto reach you at your house. I've been home every single time. I work from home and no one from USPS has rung my doorbell or has tried to deliver something. We have the laziest mail delivery person because they have to "gasp" drive up to our house and ring our bell - instead of putting the package in our mail locker at the end of the street - heaven forbid they should drive down to our house. I have never seen a lazier mail person. and they wonder why Amazon or other delivery services are cutting them out of the loop.

She was older, grey hair, and a big mole on her left cheek. She stares at me and says "why did you use this box?" in the rudest tone. I said sorry what? and she says "you used a priority box and it's a parcel shipping label." I asked if she could just ship it parcel and ignore the box because I was unaware I couldn't do that. She looks at me and again, in the rudest tone says "you're just not supposed to do that but whatever I'll ship it." I looked at her and said "try to be a little kinder next time because it's not that hard." I understand she may have been having a bad day and I truly never really write reviews but I don't remember the last time I have had such a rude encounter. Hope this lady chooses kindness next time. - a 19 year old kind person :)
