Going in the room almost has similarities to a concert. First trying to find a goddamn parking space. The audience is waiting around. The clerk is the warm up. Actually she had an odd resemblance to singer, Kasey Lansdale. She liked that. The officers of the court, attorneys are the roadies. Then the band, court reporter, defendant etc. The bailiff is the announcer. Then the star performer, the judge makes it all happen. And the decision is the encore. My first experience was on jury duty, when the OJ Simpson verdict was handed down and there was cheering in the room. I was on a crack cocaine possession case. I really enjoyed it, I also hated my job at the time and was hoping for a murder. We found him not guilty and I think he was more surprised than anyone. Then there's the in between traffic tickets, which ended up being a royal pain in the ass due to lack of staff and it was easier to pay the damned ticket.

J&I recently went for our passports and I must say was pleasantly surprised at the time it took to receive our passports. Very fast! Let's here it for the Dept of State and Ramsey county for processing at lightening speed! Come prepared with the old checkbook. I think that's all they accept and they are closed for lunch from 1-2 pm. Hasn't been a long line to wait in yet (so far). We were going to take our own photos, but they can do them too for $10.00 and it's worth it versus having to crop it and get the right lighting. Friendly people on staff and helpful.

It's a fairly wealthy suburb and has a lot of Caucasian elements - affluent, ethnically homogenous, not too much authentic international food, lots of chains - but also some cool places and some interesting local culture. But the main focal points are definitely the airport and the mall. Which are close together. When I come here it's usually to go to the mall cuz as much as I'm not a big mall person, Barbie really is and this is the ultimate Mecha of malls. I said Mecca but that too. I think.

With all the information out there on the state website and the Roseville website all the documents you need, do your research, and stop blaming an office that goes over and back to help everyone! Yes it does sometimes take two people to check in so the line goes faster! You want to get a number without the staff to look at your documents so you can sit out there wait for your number and have wrong documents as you didn't want to go through the triage to know that you have the correct documents. Do your research. This Office answers their phones, emails and the service is outstanding between passports and license center! My friends and family have been coming here for many many years even when they were located at the old fire station. ​ This office deserve a great review as they do give you all the paperwork you need and a list of all state requirements. I would hope you could follow the directions provided. God knows the service they provide is not always easy, as for the ones that give poor reviews are the ones that have no idea what it takes to do their job. Unfortunately, one of the floor leads responded loudly by saying, "I'm not making that call." I found that response unprofessional and frustrating, especially since I was only following the instructions my insurance company had given me. Thankfully, another staff member, Mailee, stepped in and offered to make the call. She handled everything professionally, resolved the issue quickly, and made the rest of the process smooth and stress-free. The Witch's Hat is one of those landmarks that's right under your nose (you can see it from 94), but most people don't pay it much attention. It's especially witchy when it's summer when the water tower looks like a giant witch is in the trees (or that the trees themselves are wearing a hat) from a distance If, like me, you can't figure out when they will let you inside (one of them is around Memorial Day), it's still worth a visit because the views of the skyline stunning.
