Great place with a great staff. Highly recommend it for MSP parking. Quick trip to the airport.

Have used them exclusively for years. Not anymore. Multiple calls and a long wait for the shuttle. Other companies came and went 2X-3X while I waited for these guys. On the last phone call, 34 minutes after the first call, I was told that I needed to be patient. It never used to be this way. The worst part is, they don't care anymore. We recently used EZ Air Park and when I got to my vehicle, it was dead. We tried using the battery pack they have on hand but it wasn't working. Our shuttle driver, Pete, saw the hood up and stopped by and made sure we were using the pack correctly, but it just wasn't enough to jump start the car. We started troubleshooting and none of our options were great, for sure. THEN, Pete comes by with his personal vehicle to jump start my car- and it worked! This took a bit of time, bc my car needed to be pushed backwards for access and it wouldn't shift so had to manually be adjusted to allow shifting, and he was patient and calm and helpful throughout and we are so grateful. Very nice drivers. They pick you up and deliver you right back to your car. We love it as we don't have to bother anyone to come us.

Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. Save your money and park at the airport. The customer service is rude and left me waiting over 30 minutes at the airport because they were not prepared for the number of people that showed up. Didn't call me back, left me hanging and I could have been home already with an Uber or if I parked at the long term parking. The rude persons name was Christine, she didn't call me to tell me they weren't showing up and hung up on me. read more

This is by far the best off site MSP Airport parking lot. Their rates are lower than the others, the service is fast and friendly. When leaving my car at the lot and at the airport coming back to the lot, I never wait long for a shuttle. The drivers and cashiers are always friendly. You can quickly earn free parking days with their frequent Parker program. I have been coming here over 15 years and always have had a good experience. I don't even consider parking elsewhere. read more

We arrived in Minneapolis at midnight got our luggage and then began calling for our shuttle would call let ring for minute and then we would be disconnected. This went on for an hour finally get a lyft ride to the lot and the attendant was asleep. I had to knock on the window to wake him up. As he was trying to tell me the problem was there outdated phone system the phone rang and he was able to answer. Gave me $20 off but I had to pay $35 for the lyft ride. Tried to reach the office today, went to the website and filled out the contact form called and left a voice mail message with the supervisor and have not heard anything back at all. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Just wanted to add that the business did reach out the next day and made the deal right by us! I hope to use them again in the future as they are conveniently located and fairly priced, maybe just won't on a late night return trip. read more

I returned with my daughter and two grandchildren June 21st. My car wouldn't start, noticed it was on empty and found the battery to be dead, It was after 9:30pm and I needed to drive 2.5 hours home. The 2 drivers and the person manning the main gate, I can't thank them enough. All 3 of them were so patient and kind. I have to add with the ok from the lady at the gate and the other driver continuing to work past his time, Ricky was able to go above and beyond in helping me. He was able to take me to a gas station after the 3rd attempt, I was able to buy a gas can and gas, he jumped my car and made sure we were on our way. We had a great experience. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Drivers were friendly.

Long wait at 1 am and the shuttle was packed after picking up at both terminals. Saw other shuttle companies 2-3 times before they came.

Had a great experience with ez air park. Quick check in and delivery right to our terminal. The bus picked us up/dropped us off right at our car so we could wait in the warmth of our car instead of the cold weather. The whole process was very simple, affordable, quick, and easy. When we arrived back at our car after the trip our car battery had died. We called the service and our very kind bus driver Scott came back in the pouring rain to give us a jump. Scott was very helpful and kind. All in all we had a great experience, we would recommend Ez air park to anyone! read more

We were told that a shuttle would pick us up within a half hour. We waited over an hour in freezing temps and kept being told that "He's just about there." When we went to leave the lot the person at the front was extremely rude. Not worth the savings. Parking at the airport itself would have been better. read more

Quite a way from the airport so give yourself plenary of time. Directions to meet shuttle are NOT clear upon return which wasted more time. I will try other park and rides hoping for better results. read more

We waited at the airport exactly 38 minutes from our initial call for the shuttle until he finally pulled into the lot. We were told it would be 10 minutes. We were also lied to about what the delay was-we were told he was at terminal 2 and stuck there, yet when he showed up at terminal one the shuttle was empty. Will never ever use them again. read more

I see I got a response and someone sounded as if they were dismissing my experience. Probably not the way to go, implying that my car was not hit in their lot. How would you know if you have no cameras? I went straight home and parked in my garage, noticing the scratches the next morning as I entered the garage. I don't expect compensation or even a refund, but validation to my very real concerns would be more appropriate, even if you do not necessarily agree with them. I've been parking here regularly for years but their service has really gone down hill, it took me 45 minutes to get the shuttle to the airport, I travel too much to add 3 hours to the shuttle tide. Their great folks but Uber is starting to look better with each trip. The wait at the airport on the return is getting longer all the time too. There was a single shuttle servicing both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and we waited for an hour at midnight for a ride to our car. When the shuttle arrived over 30 people were crammed into it while still leaving a family of four behind. We watched other shuttles come 2 and sometimes 3 times during our wait. My recommendation would be to use ANY alternative to this company. One star is way too high a rating for this company. read more

Waited 35+ min for a shuttle when their info says a shuttle every 10. Saw 2 Ride Ramp shuttles, 2 Park 'N Go, and 2 Park 'N Fly shuttles in this time. I'm choosing them next time. read more

Horrible wait times. Waited 45 minutes after calling twice for a shuttle. Company says they will come every 10 minutes. This is not the first time I've waited. Park and fly and park and go shuttles came through 2-3 times each while we waited. I do not recommend this service any longer! read more

EZ Air Park has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have fantastic rates and the nicest staff from top to bottom. I've recently moved from NYC to be closer to my mid-west territories and thought I'd have to kiss 'off-site parking' goodbye. I was thrilled with EZ from the 1st second. I've tried 2 others....once, and never again. No reservations necessary and they pick you up AT YOUR CAR and drop you off right to your terminals. You're paying, and of course walking WAY less than parking in the airport. EZ is about $11 a day with a 7th straight day free and 1 day free for every 10. They'll give you a frequent parker card which you use to get into their 24hr, staffed, well lit lot and on your way out you just scan the card again and with a credit card linked to it, you're out in a jiffy. AAA discounts as well. read more

I used this place for years.The parking lot is safe and affordable. The ride from the lot to the terminal is efficient. Drivers are courteous. However, I've had to wait over 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from terminal one. According to the signs on their shuttles, you do not beed to call for a ride from this terminal as long as you arrive before midnight. Well, over 40 minutes, we called twice and were told each time a driver was on his way. We literally watched the other three companies run their shuttles to and fro the terminal two to three times while we waited in vain. This is not the first time this has happened either. I am going to switch to a different off site company based on these experiences. Better options are available at MSP. read more

We have used EZ air park twice and will continue to use it when flying out of MSP. They offer a nice discount for Mayo Clinic employees. It is much cheaper and easier than dealing with airport parking. Curbside pick up and drop off at the airport. Carside pick up and drop off in their lot. Shuttles run frequently, so there is rarely a wait. read more

I used EZ Air Park on a recent trip. The service they provide set my trip off on the right foot. The drivers and staff are so friendly. It was so easy, the bus picked me up right at my car and dropped me at the door of the airport. They helped me with my luggage. I always thought parking at the airport was the easiest but this is by far more convenient and so much easier. Paying half as much is an added bonus. Thanks EZ Air Park. read more

Only giving 3 stars because usually service is good. But on 10/27 the wait has been over 30 minutes. Landed at MSP from red eye flight. Called to let them know I arrived. And waited, waited, and have seen 3 quick ride ramp vans, 2 park and go vans. So this time 1 Star. Usually deserve 4 or more. read more

I was very disappointed to discover that after being quoted a total fee, that another 9 hours were added to my charge when I came one stinking hour earlier - after the airline sent an email saying there were long lines at security. There were many surprises: an additional fee of $3.50 per car not mentioned on the website. The AAA card I tried to use for a discount as I entered was not allowed until my departure. I suspect because then most of us just want to get home and forget to use it! Don't have a loved one traveling with you in a wheelchair. Not only were we put in Row 7, not in Handicapped Parking (does it exist there?) but when we returned, we were parked in, and I had to back out of the non-handicapped spot to get her in the car. We waited in the 95 degree heat for over 30 minutes - again with a wheelchair which necessitated finding all of the inconvenient elevators. I ended up calling EZ Air Park to remind us we were there. Nor do the busses have a proper place to put a wheelchair. The driver put it on the top shelf of the luggage rack. I worried that either it was going to fall and become inoperable, or that it would hit someone on the crowded bus. So quotes have no validity here. read more

Excellent place to park for MSP. No reservation needed. Drove in, parked, shuttle came right away, pulled up to the car, driver loaded our luggage, dropped off at our airline. On way back, the shuttle was waiting when we reached the Offsite Shuttle location, driver loaded luggage, dropped us off at our car, unloaded luggage. Car was in good condition upon return. Received 1 free day after a week, also got AAA discount. Excellent price, excellent service. Will always use EZAirPark!! THANK YOU!! read more

I was traveling by myself at odd hours of the night, both on my departing & returning flight. This made it very quick, easy & worry-free for me. The shuttle came right to my car and picked me up, as well as delivered me back to my car upon returning. The price point is nothing to complain about either. I will definitely be using this service again! read more

Very poor service, guy in the phone was extremely rude on phone. He lied to me and then when driver got to us he lied on the radio about how many riders he had so he would. It get caught in the lie. Very shady and rude people employees. Will not use this service ever again. They also charged me twice and refused to refund me. read more

I haven't parked at the actual airport or other off-site parking lots, but I can't imagine that it would get much better than this! No reservations needed; you just drive up, get a ticket, park your car in one of the Rose and in less than five minutes and, more often, immediately, A shuttle arrives to take you to your airport terminal. When you return to MSP, all you have to do is call easy Airpark and the same shuttle usually gets there within five minutes to bring you right back to your car. The whole process has always been seamless the past three times I've parked with them and the prices are reasonable if you won't be gone for long - I paid $26 to park for about 36 hours (I believe they charge in 24 hour increments, so that may have been the price for two days). read more

Prices reasonable, safe and secured lot, prompt courteous service! Shuttle picks you up right exactly by your parking spot, you are provided with a slip that reminds you in which row you parked plus it also has simple easy to follow instructions on where their shuttle pick up is located by the time you arrive back at the airport. Just giving 4 stars though since the last time i arrived at MSP, it was raining, they had this huge umbrella stored in the shuttle which i thought was used for customers loading on/off the shuttle.... but that's not the case since even if rain was pouring that time, driver did not bother to open it and just let me walk in the rain to my car after he dropped me off. I still tipped him though for driving all the way from airport to parking lot. Anyway, i'd still recommend this lot for the price and security provided :-) read more

Had a reservation with a deposit. Checked in hour late. (Flight was moved to later time) 1:00 pm instead of 12:00 No problems. Lady was not courteous. When we returned our flight was an hour delayed. Waited to be picked up for 25 mins. Watched other shuttle services come through twice before we were picked up. Our drivers were great though. When we checked out we were charged for and extra day for being late. We were suppose to leave at 7:00 PM and checked out at 8:27 PM. Called and they said The company we reserved through is only an estimate and we were late checking out and an hour late checking in. Will not use them again. read more
