Also the door to get to the elevators is locked all the times we've been there and we had to walk down the car entrance to the ramp. the garage itself is nice and clean, and easy to navigate. the location is convenient, but the shady scam of how they charge you is not worth it. Park at Ramp A. It's owned by the city and at least you know what you're paying.

Access to the elevated skyway has limited hours on weekends. Too many times I have used this ramp in the morning only to have walk outside to my destination because the doors to the skyway are locked at 8:00am when they are supposed to be open. Not a big deal when the weather is nice but frustrating when the weather sub zero.

Roughly an hour before your time expires, you get a text message. I slept through mine at 5 am. Beauty sleep prevailed. I spent a good 2.5 hours parked. It's a good place to park. Rather than paying $40 per night for valet at the hotel, we paid $20 for overnight on a Friday night and $10 for overnight on a Saturday night. We were really surprised to only be charged $10 when we left on Sunday at about 11:30 am (we had put the car in the garage around 3:30 pm on Saturday).* Like most garages, there are no in-and-out privileges. The valet parking at the Embassy did come with in-and-out privileges, and they'll bring your car around to the front for you. You pay as you go in this lot though. You have to wind your way around to the third floor to get a ticket, and a good deal of the spots are reserved (which you cannot park in of course). However, even for New Year's Eve weekend, there were plenty of spots available in the first two levels. Before we knew we could get to the garage through the skywalk when we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we tried walking outside in the -0 temps. That was a mistake, and it turned out to be really misleading how to enter the building from the outside. Each locked door led to another door, which also turned out to be locked. We walked back in and asked the front desk at our hotel how to get through from the inside. The night we parked there initially, we also didn't know about the skywalk connection, but fortunately the hotel entrance was just a half block down from where we exited. *The pricing sign was really unclear, and we felt lucky to get charged only $10 for parking overnight on the weekend. There was a lot of fine print too, so I'm not convinced that the pricing is consistent. We left happy to pay only $30 total for two nights (we took the car out just for a few hours on Saturday). You also cannot park for more than 24 hours at a time without calling ahead and/or having a reserved spot.

The lot was at 1000 Hen., and my printout told me to enter the lot at 1000 Hen. I did, but then noticed my lot's 2nd address, according to my paper, said to park at 1022 Hen. So, which is it? Was I supposed to park in spot 22? No clue and there's nothing explaining it. Not going to say I wasn't worried about getting towed, but I didn't and so, well, that's good news. I will definitely park here again. They do need to fix the address issue though.
