Not going to pay. Ethics. My mom had a unit we moved out of yesterday as her rent had gone from about $80 to about $200/month. She tried every way to get ahold of someone. Went to the office, drove around, called, website, app.... Stop jerking people around. The only way to get ahold of someone is to tell them you want to give them money. Everyone was very nice. The Manager is very efficient, thorough, personable, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I have used another storage facility in the immediate area & have had 3 price increases within the same time frame that I have used this facility. As a result I will be moving my personal property from that facility to this one too. Extremely clean, very nice facility, very secure. The climate controlled unit that I have is really nice. I don't have to get out in the elements to get to my unit; and with the temperatures the way they are now in the summer, it's nice to have a unit indoors. All & any issues that I have had, have been taken care of in an extremely expedient manner by the Manager in charge. I would recommend this to anybody looking for this type of facility.
