Cody was very helpful in setting up our move and staying in contact. Pedro had already been working all day and still moved our stuff diligently but carefully. What took us 8 hours to load alone at our starting location took them 2 hours to unload, including an insanely heavy desk, despite having to park across the street and climb 4 flights of stairs. The cost was incredibly affordable and SO worth it. Definitely will keep these guys in mind when we inevitably have to move again.

When they came to pick it up, the remote-controlled lift gouged our driveway badly in 2 spots. After speaking to Mike at UNITS, he requested photos, and said he would get back to us that evening. Never received a call back. No "how can we make this right?" response. Nothing. We are certain that if we had gouged their unit like this, we would be hearing from them. Now, 45 days later, the owner called! He doesn't like the one star review. Said he would come and take a look. Guess what? He never showed, or called us back either. We do NOT recommend that anyone use this company. They are not customer-friendly and do not respect your property. You will be disappointed.

Told them it was a rim lock. Was quoted $150. It's a Sunday so that was expected. Locksmith arrives in a non-marked car. Locksmith looks very young, maybe 19-20. I tell him that it is a rim lock and I show him the picture I took of it by sliding my phone under the door. I also tell him we don't care about preserving the lock because we're going to take it off immediately. He nods and gets started. Tries a few different sized tools. Tells me it's going to be $50 more because it's harder than he thought. Tries one more thing. Tells me it's going to be another $50 more because they have to drill the lock since it is a rim lock and they didn't know that. I corrected him and said he DID know that because I told him. The senior locksmith arrives at this point. I try to negotiate, kid won't budge. Says the company sets the prices. I considered sending them back but really wanted to get into my room. Tell them to move forward but make the kid shake on $250 total before they start drilling and no more. It was a tough lock to drill through. They didn't try to upcharge again, not sure if that was because of me or not. Long story short, $250 for 20 minutes in the house to drill out a lock. Company making a young kid do scammy behavior. 0 out of 5 stars. I maybe should have refused to pay that much but am an honest person who isn't used to haggling aggressively.
